so i work surrounded by retail and it gets busy around this time of year similar to everyone knows. WELL ending night i started to capture a bad headache and i figure it would go away next to sleep.. it didnt, i woke up at 3am with a horrible headache and threw up twice, i fell final asleep until about 7 when i still feel like sh*t, i couldnt hold any food down, so i called into work (four hours beforehand my shift) and told my manager i couldnt come contained by, she asked why and i told her... she then told me that i be expected to come in because 4 populace did not show up... do you think that be right of her do do?Answers: NO! She's the manager, it's her responsibility to find other workers. You can't be held responsible for one sick. You should talk to your human resources. That's wrong. Those other 4 people didn't show. Why did you?
Eat a bunch of cottage cheese for breakfast, possibly a couple of sausage biscuits from McDonalds. Go to work and throw up on her shoes.

It sounds like you have a nice migraine going. Might want to discuss that with your doctor. I used to acquire them something awful. By afternoon, I would hurt so bad I couldn't see! Fed Ex (http://images.fedex.com/us/services/pdf/... and UPS (http://www.ups.com/using/services/accs/h... will both ship properly labelled hazmat items.
But, HazMat shipping requires proper documentation from the shipper (you), which, although you acquire them legally, you don't enjoy and can't provide.
If you try to ship them unlabeled - let's just articulate you don't want to find out what happens.

I have be written up before for not getting my work done contained by a timely matter. Time to split "Law & Ethics" into two categories?
I say-so this because our laws enjoy become too numerous and too draconian through a series of knee-jerk reactions to publicized tragedies and politicians who fight on "get tough on crime" platforms.All "win tough on crime" does is increase the punishments for crimes way above and beyond the rank of seriousness of a particular crime. Three Strikes Laws are an example. If you own a felony from 20 years ago, then steal a candy stick, and they can figure that equals two misdemeanors contained by some sense, then the administration can trump up those misdemeanors and hand you a vivacity sentence.
Don't believe me? Just take a look at some of California's more scandalous Three Strikes examples; they're on the internet.

If you really focus deeply and solemnly copy upon that statement with an plain heart and an open mind, you will see that it cannot possibly be entirely true. There may be a small thing of truth in it, because the law of the land are not other in congruence next to ethical principles. Okay, for example, why is it illegal to drive minus wearing one's seatbelt? Well, I don't know if that is a Federal law- but here contained by Georgia, it is the law. I would create in your mind that it exists in various, if not adjectives, other states.
Although it may appear that the government is trying to protect us, I do not regard as that is the authenticity. Why can't people simply choose whether or not to wear their seatbelts? Does it own something to do with the insurance companies, peradventure?

while prosecutors can lie and enjoy lied, it is The defense who has the charge of defending their client at any cost. there are far more checks contained by place against a prosecutor than a defense atty, and when the need for it comes along, they are significantly criticized, like Mr Nyfong during the Duke La Crosse troop fiasco.
