What can someone do if another person vandalize their car, similar to with a switch?
this happen to my friend's coup¨¦, and all the proof she have is she saw someone speeding away as she was coming stern to her car. And she know whose car it is too.Answers: Have her speak about the police. They will investigate and see if they can find any evidence to support the story. If there is evidence consequently they can get the human being for vandalism. Your friend might even be able to sue them. However, in that will need to be evidence save for she saw them speeding away.
The best that she can do is confront that person and obtain them to confess they did it. Beyond that, it's almost impossible to prove "who dun it". She's really out of luck.

How would you argue against DUI license plates?
The idea is that when someone is stupid satisfactory to get a DUI, that character would then be force to put a special-colored license plate on his sports car that would signal him as a DUI offender. The purpose of this conception is to not only serve as a reminder punishment, but to also alert the authorities, as powerfully as other drivers on the road of a potiential risk.This is something that have already been done within Ohio and it might come to effect in other states as all right, such as California and Florida.
This is also my assigned topic for my debate class. I am required to argue in favor of this policy. Please bestow me an argument against this idea and I will try my best to keep it. As for how I feel instinctively, so far I personally agree next to this idea also.
Answers: I don't see a problem...we require sex offender to go door to door and alert the neighbors when they move into the neighborhood. Why not hold special licenses that speak about you "hey I drink and drive and may be unsafe"

I disagree to an extent...I think it is a suitable idea for articulate, a repeat offender. But not for a first time conviction. Everyone make mistakes. Some people cram from them and some people don't. But dream of if you made a mistake by drinking and driving, then studious from your mistake but had to verbs to be reminded of your mistake and drive around with special plates that single you out as a drunk? Plates resembling those are going to make police see you all the time. And don't swerve to avoid a pothole, cuz other drivers are going to ring the police and report you as a drunk driver just by seeing those plates.

Hmm would this apply to repeat offender or anyone who has have a DUI? Would the circumstances of their DUI be considered, would they take surrounded by consideration the alcohol point level? I don't think that it's a worthy idea for several reason.
1) What if someone shares a vehicle. There would be no way to differentiate which driver the obvious license plate is intended for.
2) Just because of 1 incident (in many cases) empire shouldn't be given a "scarlet letter" to mark them differently from everyone else. This could grounds discrimination from other drivers (especially ones who may own lost a loved one to a drunk driving crash) and the police. Marked License plates could encourage some drivers to engross in unsafe driving by honking or adjectives off (or perchance even hitting) the marked vehicle. That in itself can be purely as unsafe as drunk driving. Also, people walking by (like contained by a parking lot) might take the opportunity to vandalize the stained car. As for police, mark a license plate can be an excuse for profiling. As in #1, a distinct plate won't tell the officer if the current driver is the individual with a DUI. If for doesn`t matter what reason anyone requests to be pulled over, the officer will be able to run the person's driver's license to see if they own any priors.
3)There are no other crimes that require people to be out right dotted for wrong doing. Yes, sex offenders hold to register in a public database. But they don't enjoy to wear a special pin or mark on their clothing every daylight. Drug dealers, murders, rapists, and thieve don't have to dot themselves in public as criminals. As stated, I do not agree near marked license plates for DUI offender, but I do support Ignition Interlock Devices.

2. Such plates might fire up "vigilante justice" from those affected by drunk drivers. If you lost a loved ones member and saw one of those cars, you might be more tempt to key it or worse...or pulsate up the driver.

my friend quit his part time assignment working at walmart. They told him that he doesnt have to come for his paycheck and that they would messages it to him. Well that was two weeks ago and he call today and they said they already sent it out, but he found out they sent it to the wrong address. The real problem is that walmart REFUSES to CANCEL the check and convey a New one out. They told him to call the post department and work it out through them. He called the post bureau and told them what happened, and the primarily told him that whoever gets the check should return. But what if they don't? Its be two weeks. Of course they aren't going to cancel the check. They will hang around and see if it is returned to them and then they will transport it out, to the correct address. That other check is somewhere and they are concerned he will get it and dosh it. If you where smart, you would enjoy said it was stolen, after you would have gotten a latest one. By saying you F'd up and didn't update your address, they know it is out near and will wait for it to be sent fund by the Post Office.

Being that he (or you - you said "me" in the question) quit, I really dont see them doing anything for him. If he have been fired they might do more a moment ago to get rid of him for apt. But I would call the labor relations board approaching the first poster mentioned and see what happens. Hopefully, zero. In my county, small claims with the sole purpose applies to services or goods and the costs of these. Would hold to file a civil suit to go and get damages beyond that.
Generally you can't get anything for heated distress. Small claims courts aren't set up to handle that sort of overnight case. If somebody owes you money, you can get that. I believe that within some jurisdictions you can carry compensation for legal fees, but that's it.
PS: Small claims court doesn't use jury. There's only a regard as being.

Small claims courts can't award emotional distress judgment. Also, not paying someone money that you owe them doesn't meet the lawful definition of "intentional infliction of emotional distress" anyway.
If he owes you the money and hasn't compensated you can sue him for it, and for the small claims court fees, that's all.
