What do i need to do to bring back bf out of jail?

i call the county jail and the woman said he has a bond set for $145 for off the record turn and another $450 for supsended license. how much do i have to earnings and she aslo said the city has a hold on him. this is within south carolina

The info they gave you are what you would salary to a bailbondsman to get your bf released. Realize that those fees are NOT refund to you. That represents 10% of the total fee to release. The bailbondsman puts up the rest and keep the fee you pay cheque him as his when your bf shows up in court. The basic problem I see here is that there is a holder on him from the city. So the county will release him, but next he will sit in the city top-security prison because of the holder. You would be throwing your money out the window. Answers: Some conflicting info here. The usual background check i.e. run is the state level (BCI) check. That would show an FTA ( Failure to Appear). If the employer runs a national check (NCIS), that would show felony convictions ONLY. Most employer dont use the NCIS because of the cost. BCI is usually about $18 where on earth the NCIS runs $69. The FTA in itself is not too wounding. You said you paid a fine, so it be a misdemeanor. The problem might arise from the bench warrent that was placed upon you when the FTA become active. The best direction I could offer is to contact personnel at the hospital and explain what happen. For most misdemeanors, employers are a short time more lenient when you are honest roughly speaking a mistake. Good luck and I hope this helps you.

I have followed this crust and truly believe that 3 teenagers have spent partly of their lives in prison for a crime they did not commit? DNA fail to implicate them, and furthermore DNA plus history of hostility points toward one of the stepfathers. What do you think?
