Depends on your State. Most States are "Employment at will", which means they can fire you for ANY apology not prohibited by law.

Absolutely, they can fire you. It doesn't concern if you live in an 'at will' state or not. Calling surrounded by sick '2 or 3 times' since march '07 is excessive. Employers ecpect that you will never send for in sick, tolerate alone 2 or3 times in 9 months. That's an excuse that flies perchance once a year.

Answers: A child can not trick a parent into signing anything legalized. There are laws, however against forgery - if you sign your parents moniker to the document, that is forgery, and if it is a governement document, it is a federal crime.
If the parents signature is on the document and the document is in actuality signed by that person next the document would be legal (as far as I know). They can not claim ignorance for signing a document that they should enjoy read. As far as your parents being competent to take away your drivers' license because they want too - they can't. The solitary people that can bring away your drivers' license is the DMV - however, your parents can ask the DMV to take away your license, and the DMV most probable will.
As a minor your CA drivers license is held with your parents concurrence. One call from them to the DMV, and your license is revoked.
If you forge their signature, and gain caught, expect a 12 month driving ban.

If your parents want to take away your license, they hold to fill out a form and correspondence it to the DMV. They do not have to tender any reason.
Forging a signature is a serious crime and will parkland you in prison.
