I live on a private managed estate and repay subs for the upkeep of the common grounds these.?

If you own an association that employs the paperwork company then you should be directing them on making rules. Each beneficiary of your estate should have a vote on rules of the adjectives area. If you adjectives agree, you can fire the maintenance company and contract beside another one.
A Privately Managed Estate is normally administered by a Committee. Such Committee is usually made up of citizens who keep the nouns in pious order, cut the grass etc and also a representative(s) of the residents.
Any resident's Representative would hold been elected by the Residents and serve for a designated permanent status.
If the area is owned by you, your will is paramount and any interference is not enforceable.
I suspect, however, that your Deeds will show the true picture and if these are still next to the lender, a copy can be obtained for a small allowance. It is possible that the Management Company has a clause inserted covering this issue. Good Luck.

No... The second amendment WAS NOT a provision to insure the right to hunt, or to defend oneselves from criminals. It be a provision to insure the people the scheme to defend themselves AGAINST THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT. It be a safeguard against tyranny. Therefore it follows that the right to own firearms, INCLUDING THOSE AVAILABLE TO THE MILITARY, should NOT be infringed.

No, we should NOT restrict the second amendment PERIOD. There IS a bias in the responses. As YOU stated, a 'voluntary response bias' DOES exist. I do not currently own a firearm, but I DID qualify as 'marksman' on the US Marine rifle scope before anyone released from basic training for other reason.

I am suing a CPA in small claims court. His attorney sent me a communication demanding court costs if they win.?
Can I be counter-sued in small claims court? Are they trying to intimidate me so that I drop the charges?I am suing for $2000. I give the CPA $1500 to handle a few due issues. He never did a thing. He would never return my phone call. I begged for an itemized record of the things he accomplished and I never get it. Initially, the CPA informed me (even warned me), that other CPAs milk clients for thousands and do nil. Looking back, I realize the guy be projecting. "HE" was the one who milked individuals. I reported him to the BBB, and the state CPA association. All I want is my money back. I never have any services rendered to me.
By the way, never respond to postcards from CPAs mail to your home. They promise you the stars and deliver nothing. They appear to be scam.
