UK law: is it true you cannot resign your executorship of a will until AFTER the human being has died?

X signed a document to adopt being an executor of a (difficult elderly) lady's will. X afterwards changed his mind after the lady become too difficult. The difficult lady's solicitors say that X cannot resign his executorship until AFTER the difficult female has died, as his executorship does not come into effect until afterwards, so technically he must remain executor, relying on the difficult lady's solicitor to remember to contact him to resign his executorship as soon as the death occur. Is this true? X wants to be free of the thing totally and ASAP! The difficult lady's family is also difficult and her estate is complex!
Answers: He is at the moment a potential executor. That is why he cannot resign, as here is nothing to resign from. When a personage dies, then the endorsed procedures are gone through and the executor applies to administer the will. If X declines to walk through with this process, after nobody can force him to do so. The solicitors will probably be only too pleased if the subsequent of kin invite them to act, as solicitors can charge for self executor of a will and X cannot. Perhaps he should take the precaution of serving formal catch sight of that he will not be prepared to act so that nobody is any doubt.
A will is not a valid document until after disappearance so the solicitor is correct. Executor can not resign until the will is valid (opened)

Only other was to resign is if a hot will is drawn up before release and naming another executor in place of

How would you picture world war three??

similar to in a futuristic society or something...
Answers: Short and brutal...
That's an interesting interrogate.

What I think it will be is how it is developing contained by today's world. Since most countries can not afford to spend billions upon billions of "dollars" to compete by building and maintaining hulking standard militaries. It will increasingly be warfare by proxy. Countries will support insurgent type groups to wage warfare.

This will give them plausible deniabilty to avoid any direct confrontation near their enemy or monetary sanctions by the UN or other world organization. It also gives them greater gift to shape world opinion near propaganda. This will especailly be useful for dictatorships aggression democratic countries with free speech rights. Just spend money to influence the oppostion political party stances on the war through anti-war type groups that already exist on the world stage.

Democratic nation, in lay down to counter this type of warfare must effectively be able to wage period of war in private too. Intelligence gathering, assasinations and Specail forces groups coupled beside quick military airstrikes to attack strategic or tactical target like guerilla training camp and propaganda outlets.

Cyberwarfare will increasingly be important. Terrorist groups will use the internet as propaganda outlets and recruit. Nations will use the internet to attack military, economic, transportation and other infrastructer close to electrical grids to undermine the dissimilar nations senate ability to maintain their people past the worst and comfortable--this can also be accomplished by "cyber terrorist" type groups at some monetary settlement through a third shindig group to keep some deniabilty.

In the bring to a close, the ability to gather together intelligence and effectively use propaganda by disseminating it to media outlets will be the standard cause to wage warfare.

Nuclear weapons and other WMDs will be used as shields to prevent unscrew war rewarded directly between nations. While terrorist organization will continue to try to aquire them within attempts to attack economic and political hubs of the nation they fight against.

Non-lethal type warfare that depresses the will to argument of groups or nations will be the holy-grail of any military. Electro captivating waves that verbs or inhibit the other nations population or military to effectively argue back because it destroys their will or the ablity to realize they are even being attacked.---of course explicitly where the Aluminum foil and tin hat come in to play.

Can I file a motion to consolidate debts?

I'm self sued! The creditor is suing me for student loans, but not all of them. The other loans be cosigned by a close friend that they're planning to sue separately. I don't want to lose my friendship with my friend and burden that personality unnecessarily. I'd gladly money it myself, but the creditor isn't interested in my monthly payments. They know they can bring back a judgment against my friend for a big lump wage.

Is there some motion I could record to have adjectives the loans with that creditor consolidated into like peas in a pod case?

And please don't address me on paying my own debt. I fell behind because I lost my profession, and now I'm working again.
Answers: No, there's not a unpredictability. A cosigner, a good credit worthy cosigner near assets, is more valuable than gold ingots when chasing after a deadbeat. If they can't get they money out of you they know darn economically the cosigner can/will pay.

Do your friend a huge favor. Let him/her know they're getting all set to come after him/her. Don't let it come as a shock when he/she get served with the subpoena.
Sorry, since your friend co-signed he become responsible for the debts when you defaulted.

You could try to pilfer out a loan or find some other way to repay the loans up to that time the collection agency takes your friend to court.

Please order the following events of the civil litigation process inwardly hte american legal system.?

plaintiff's closing statement, pre-trial conference, plaintiff signs levy agreement with attorney, plaintiff's cross nouns, voir dire, deposition of plaintiff, execution issues, jury instructtions given to jury, filing of answer, sensitivity enters, service of process of defendant, file of complaint, defendant's cross examination, plaintiff's channel statement, pre-trial hearing, jury deliberation.
Answers: 1, plaintiff signs payment agreement with attorney
2. file of complaint
3. service of process of defendant
4. filing of answer
5. deposition of plaintiff
6. pre-trial conference
7. pre-trial audible range
8. voir dire
9. plaintiff's opening statement
10. defendant's cross nouns
11. plaintiff's cross examination
12. plaintiff's closing statement
13. jury instructions given to jury
14. jury deliberation
15. result enters
16. execution issues

NOTE: The pre-trial conference can come past or after a pre-trial hearing (or in attendance could be more than one pre-trial conference), so this part is not really clear.

Also, I understand the occupancy "defendant's cross examination" to mean cross-examination by the defendant's legal representative of the plaintiff's witnesses, NOT cross-examination by the plaintiff of the defendant's witnesses. If it means cross nouns BY the plaintiff, then items 10 and 11 would be reversed.

Good luck!!

Who should win this lawsuit?

A pizza store has a 5 store manacle of pizza restaurants. It purchased self service soda dispensers for all its stores from a company call Carbo. As part of the contract, Carbo agreed to argue and repair the soda machines for 3 years. 6 months later, the care guy at Carbo retired. Instead of hiring a new hand, Carbo entered a strange contract with a company call Bubbles, transferring its obligation to protract and repair the machines to Bubbles. After several machines were unusable for long period, the pizza shop sued Carbo for breach of its contract to repair the machines. Carbo denied any responsibility and said that it delegated the duty to Bubbles which in a minute had the requisite to perform. Who should win this lawsuit?
Answers: The pizza store should win. Carbo enter into a contract with the store, Bubbles did not. Therefore, Carbo is ultimately responsible, not Bubbles.
Decision for the pizza store.

Carbo be in defaulting of the contract.

The fact that they delegate the work to Bubbles is irrelevant - Carbo is still the party to the contract next to the pizza store and cannot unilaterally disavow itself of liability.

Carbo may choose to sue Bubbles later to verbs losses, but Carbo is liable to the pizza store, Bubbles is liable only to Carbo.
The Pizza store win.

1. The contract was for Carbo to provide working machines, which it didn't. That's a breach of contract and warranty.
2. The contract stated that Carbo "agreed to profess and repair the soda machines for 3 years." It doesn't matter that they contracted the service out. They still own to make sure the machines work properly even if that very soon means supervising Bubbles' work.

Just because Bubbles breached its contract near Carbo doesn't mean the Pizza place must consent to Carbo off the hook. Carbo's beef is near Bubbles, which it can sue later to verbs the money it ends up owing the Pizza place.
The owners of the pizza chain.
