It didn't. Miranda said that congress could provide different protections than Miranda did, but that those protections have to be at least as protective of defendants rights as the Miranda declaration was. The statute you're chitchat about tried to completely repeal Miranda short putting in any investigational protections. The court said that the statute was blankness.

Now, it could hold been anything but it looked resembling drugs to me and the other worker. Some people influence I should have not bothering for my safekeeping, some people utter I did the right thing. Answers: You did the right thing letting the overseer know about it. They may chose to investigate - they may chose to do nil.
If it was drugs, usually someone beside a drug habit will start to steal/embezzle from the employer.
It's not your opportunity to investigate what was contained by the baggie -just to report it. You did the right thing.
If she be done her shift then really explicitly her business what she does, but why would she be so comfortable in showing you this baggie of drugs, that seem strange!! I don't think your mediator really cares too much what she does when she's done work, so I don't dream up I would have said anything, but I don't guess your in trouble for dictum anything, she shouldn't have be pulling the baggie out in front of you. Answers: Not federally owned, state owned, but, even afterwards each state is somewhat different. Some will allow you to access instant dry land from the sea, others will say you are trespassing.
They are not per se public property, near are merely several dozen statutes that apply fo what can and cannot be done to them.
Try the Clean Waters Act for a start.
Guess you don't understand much, afterwards. Open bodies of water , rivers, belong to the states, not the Feds. Maryland and Virginia hold been aggression for years over the Potomac river access, as Maryland "owns" all the rights to the river, right up to the Virginia's shoreline. 150 year antiquated dividing line. in danger of extinction, as most rivers are split "down the middle" between adjoining states. This is one covering which is rare. And cause issues. Anyway, the public has the right to use them, following faultless laws and rules, unsurprisingly. And I'm sure any that pass close at hand a Federal base, or thru it, are beneath Federal control and regulation, just as any territory would be with a road on it. But the Feds don't "own" the rivers.

Trust me, every kid who is 15 1/2 years matured knows the difference between have a license and not having a license, and what it resources wrt to driving a car - anybody's motor. You don't need special experts, you already know the answer.
BTW, your insurance won't cover him when he dries your motor - only licensed drivers...

Additionally - if he totals your sports car your insurance could say "no route - we no pay" because you let an unlicensed driver drive your sports car...wanna know what your premiums would be after that kind of boo boo?
