Landlord responsibility?

Is a landlord/management company responsible for providing a working gas line spout prior to renting it out ?
I moved in to a brand new apt and three weeks later when I bought my stove and i be ready to install, the gas company notice that the valve that connects to the stove be deteriorated and unsafe to use. With my consent, the gas company replaced it with a fresh one. But I'm trying to get reimbursed for the duty. Technically I was supposed to request this service to be repaired by my innkeeper first but I really needed to use my stove to cook. Besides, this should have be taken care of prior to my lease right?

You should NEVER automatically blame the parents if a child does something wrong. There are times where on earth the behavior is learned from home. BUT in that are some children that are born bad. Serial killer tend to have family and friends that are shocked by what that person have done. Is it possible to find this guy for a law suit?

Yesterday I and my boyfriend be shopping at mall. When we be in food court, within was this one guy who looked at me and smiled at me.

Since my boyfriend is unbelievably jealous type, he didn't approaching this so he walked up to this guy to speech to him. This guy suddenly put his bags down, as my bf take close, my bf doesn't want to fight so he tried to push this guy down. But the guy elbowed him surrounded by the face afterwards punches him a couple time then kicked him surrounded by the thigh. My bf was trying to posterior away but the guy keep coming forward and kicked him within side then the director. My boyfriend was down and the guy stand by him and kick or punched him every time he tried to get up until the police come.

The polices came and they adjectives say that my boyfriend be the one who started it. They also say since the guy be deaf, it isn't surprising he took my bf's action as a threaten. All witness say aloud my boyfriend tried to attack this guy.

But my bf got two broken ribs, cannot bend his leg at adjectives because of muscle pain,
