I'm not sure what the law in your state are, but your parents could possibly press charges against him for statutory rape (if you be sexually active) considering you are under 18. That might terrify him to drop his charges.

Ethically speaking, here's my view on the use of marijuana: I believe that population should be able to use the drug underneath certain circumstances. Now, apparently you can't enforce some of these beliefs, so I am just speaking from an ethical perspective.

1. You should be an full-grown (18) to purchase and use marijuana. I believe you should be able to bring in the decision to use once you are develop. Now, I know some people matured faster than others, but there's no way a parliament could dictate that other than to establish a minimum age.

2. People should know how to use for the following reasons: spiritually, for fun, scholastic purposes. I believe that people should not know how to use the drug when using it to escape reality and the world. This could turn up severe consequences surrounded by the end and ruin ones vivacity.

you forgot the most historic use - medicinal. I know people that own permits to grow marijuana for their personal use. Some of these relatives have cancer and MS and I enjoy heard it anyone used for other medical reasons as in good health.
It should be treated as alcohol, heck, I'd rather discuss to a stoned person than a drunk one. The US go too far with their sentencing too, one guy passed a collective to a minor and is in send down for trafficking and faces 20 - 25 years, it is insane.

I just couldn't outdo this question by - its one of my pet peeve. I am a 65 yr old woman, who does not smoke cigarettes, marijuana, or drink - (maybe a cup of wine about once a month). I'm no legal expert but I don't believe there are any law pertaining to this type of situation. You are "stealing" a MySpace site, which is really owned by MySpace, not the person that created the site. About the worse that I chew over could happen to you is that MySpace kick you off their site and furnish this guy his site back.

Snow plowing contract not honored?

I paid a company $175.00 spinal column in November for unlimited snow plows this winter. First snowfall: not a soul showed up. We got more than 6 inches so I have to get the driveway plowed and took out a contract beside another company (a good one this time). The first company assured me they would repayment my money but it's been a few weeks and, have received nothing, presently I know they have no intentions of doing that. They are not answering my call. What should I do? Is it worth going to Small Claims for that amount? Can the police help me restore your health my money without going to court?
Answers: I agree near the above answer. Your time would have to be worth vastly little to make it worthwhile to rest $175 in court. On the other foot, that's probably what the bad guys are figure on in this armour. They are likely to be long gone and on to the subsequent scam so you are unlikely to see your $175 again no matter what comes of it.

Did you recieve a copy of the check made out to the company?

If you in recent times paid currency, well to be precise going to be hard.

175.00 is such a small amount that by the time you take it into court, even if you win, your will have waisted more time and challenge that the 175.00 is worth.

Answers: H1B visas shouldn't tweaking, as far as quotas from foreign countries. I do believe that the influx of illegal aliens into the USA have and will continue to hurt the nation economy, due to the drastic draw on our resources by these folks!
Employers need H1B's within a lot of industries within the US. If the US would supply more qualified people for these types of job, they wouldn't need any at adjectives, but until they do supply them, H1B's are necessary and upright.
