Do we need adjectives of them??????
If all of our Laws are going to be made by the EU contained by Brusselsand 90% of our existence is going to be controlled from there.
Why do we involve the hundreds of M.P.'s that we currently vote for and pay extortionate salary and pensions to????
Maybe we should find rid of the House of Commons and just hold the Lords.
This being plentifully cheaper, would probably allow a 50% cut in our Taxes.
Think around it!!!!!!
Answers: maybe you should nouns against the E.U. your gonna lose out supporting countries that are lazy socialist staes next to over burdened welfare systems. As the strongest economy within the E.U. they are going to tax you to the cleaners infirm chap.
Don't hold your breath.
Where I live we vote for - and income high salary to - City councilors, County Supervisors, State Representatives, State Senators, a Governor and Lt Governor, Federal Representatives, Federal Senators, the President and Vice President.
Add to that lot the elected - and paid - member of the boards of the school district, transportation district, municipal utility district, BART, plus piles of other assorted elected deadwood, and you start to wonder if there's anyone who's not within some elected office or another.

How much does it cost to hire a court case guard expert?
I,m coming to a point were I might requirement a expert in Computer Forensics to testify on my behalf.I assume my Defense Attorney will hold some sort of a list to pick from that reside contained by the private sector.
Has anyone ever had to hire one and know roughly what it costs. Ball park Figure.
Thanks
Answers: Most experts hold will set up a fee to review items and write a communiqu¨¦. The fee really depends on the amount of work that requests to be done. These fees are usually resonable.
They get costly when they enjoy to appear in court and capacity from 1K-25K per court appearance. Again, this depends on the amount of work they have to do and how righteous their resume is.
They come in adjectives shapes and prices.
Depends on what you want them to do and how much time it takes.
And where on earth you are located.
Common fees for an expert (not computer) tend to be about $100-200/hour out of court time and $200-400/hour court time. Court time includes travel to and from, plus expenses.
If you're grip is around the corner, you've waited too long. Generally, experts enjoy to be disclosed fairly precipitate in the casing.

Sorry, no orb park applies.
What an expert will charge is ENTIRELY up to him.
Want someone who's world renowned in his paddock? Expect several hundred dollars an hour with a minimum charge of several thousand dollars.
Want some kid from Best Buy's "geek squad" who says he know what he's talking nearly? $25 an hour should do it. Of course, the court may refuse to spot him as an expert.
I've seen everything from $50 an hour for a landscaper to testify that sod be laid wrong, to $2,000 an hour for a forensic pathologist.
Richard
I'd expect north of 10,000 if you want someone good that will product a persuasive case to the jury while deflect cross examination question readily.
How much north is up to you - how much are you wiling to gamble on going cheap given the possible outcomes of the overnight case if it doesn't go capably?

Court Question?????When can you file your.?
On a OSC contained by a divorce I have 21 days back hearing to serve the other participant with the papers. My grill is there any amount of days do I own ...to file the" proof of serve" formerly the hearing(can it be even be filed impossible to tell apart day)????Answers: Depends on local rules or procedure, and you didn't say where on earth you are.
Same day as the audible range? Probably not.
Once you've effected service, why not purely go ahead and folder the proof right away? It'll only cost you 41c to post it to the court.
Richard
You'll need to be paid sure that you have the papers served by a process server or sent by certified letters. You need to profile the proof within the 21 daytime period, or right after if, voice, it was served on the 20th daytime. Also make sure you filch the proof with you to the audible range as they may request it at that time as well.

I NEEEED a Lawyer soooo bad!!!?
I live surrounded by Henderson, NV & have like mad of issues going at once. Most imminent is a Foreclosure Eviction... I did EVERYTHING short of file Ch13 to save my house. Can't afford legal representative, make too much to get hold of LegalAid. Major bread-winner became bad, lost job DURING FMLA malingering still owed commissions not paid all the same. NOT one crying "predatory lending" ... Don't want to go here...Was ASSURED by caseworker I DID NOT need to use a third group to handle what he and I could together... BIG mistake. He said we could do a mod of jargon so I faxed everything he requested twice...even talked to their atty for cost & fees to date and auction date... predisposed and able to distribute it...repeatedly tried to get status check, no response 2 mos following Foreclosure still going, make all the same another call just to find out we didn't qualify for mod of terms, never given any other resort. Told DONT Worry auction is 10/13 but sold back to guard 10/04. Cash 4 Keys reneged. Have phone records. What in a minute?
Answers: If you can't afford a lawyer but call for legal facilitate, then you enjoy to take matter into your own hands. There are numerous books available at Borders or online for representing yourself and bursting with forms. You could directory some sort of injunction against the bank to stay the eviction proceedings until you hold a hearing.
Unfortunately, since you didn't protect yourself at the initial foreclosure hearing, and there's little doubt that you be in foreclosure due to missed payments, there's little casual of saving the home at this date. The best you might be capable of do is get for a time extra time before the eviction to move everything out of the house.
You probably didn't stipulation a third party to help out you with the modification. Lenders enjoy trouble calling anyone back until the final second, and a third party would own been departure message after message with no ring back. If you didn't receive any relief from the lender, no one else would enjoy, either. So don't thrash yourself up about the incompetence of your luggage worker.
If you can afford the $100 and the time to research how the court works on your own, you might be able to profile some papers and get more time. A attorney probably wouldn't be able to present you much advice at this point, anyway. Otherwise, this looks approaching the end of the road, deplorably.
Good luck.
ForeclosureFish
You should consult a Bankruptcy Attorney, they can often assistance even if you don't file for Chapter 7 or 13.
He or she ring up also advise you on if you can database Chapter 7 and keep your house, but I promise, you will hold to make payments on any secured debts if you want to hold on to that property.
i think it is legalmatch.com
They will represent ANY state within the USA...
I think that you own a big problem. Once title has passed (via foreclosure) it become a real uphill war to undo the foreclosure and hold the house. There is a cause of exploit for "wrongful foreclosure" and you could have a fraud dealing but these types of legal matter require experienced legal facilitate and that means you will enjoy to pay for guidance.
For future insinuation, most bankruptcy lawyer will speak with you at no charge for a consultation and repeatedly the fees can be pain surrounded by installments. It may be too late immediately, but you should have sought decriminalized help previously the foreclosure.
I would still suggest that you speak with a liquidation lawyer. I am a ruin lawyer within Georgia and I know two or three colleagues who specialize in foreclosure issues - you entail a referral to one of these experts near Henderson. It may give somebody a lift a couple of calls, but you'll find a legal representative who can make a referral. Don't be afraid to christen - most lawyers who knob consumer cases will accept cases on a contingency (no allowance unless you win). Good luck.

THANKS SOO MUCH!!
10 points for best answer!
Answers: The Court held it be NOT unconstitutional.
They ruled that it was not a ruin of a students 1st amendment rights to force him to pay money that would be used, at smallest in bit, to fund political activism that he opposed, as long as the University was "attitude neutral" in funding such programs - ie so long as the American Communist Party and the American Nazi Party, the College Republicans and the College Democrats, respectively had duplicate access to the funds.
Richard
Brigit,
The US Supreme Court was unaminous within its decision, so I would say-so the UW policy was unconstitutional.
This type of policy go beyond even colleges. A couple years ago a federal court ruled labor unions can't use coalition dues to fund political activities and endorsement which members disagree beside.
I personally agree beside the courts. If I wouldn't directly give money to a impose, why would I want my money to indirectly go to that basis? Especially a state supported (IE: taxes go to them) institution.
Your views on Marijuana?
what are your view on weed and legalization? I dont understand why it should be off the record, if somebody chooses to use it then its thier chioce not yours, tobacco and alcohol are only just as addictive and bad for you, plus the govt. could get unheardof amounts of money in taxes, if you hold a logical reason for it to not be illigal please make clear to mebtw if your gonna say its doomed to failure for you i really dont care and "its a gateway drug" doesnt work if its permitted
Answers: Read these posts and my answers
To summarize my other replies.. It should be legal. Was oringally made off the record as part of a racism propaganda against the mexicans and blacks.
IF for no other justification, it should be legal medicinally. The FDA and Gov BOTH know it have medicinal properties. Marinol, a synthetic thc rx has be a legal available rx for 20 years. This is one foundation it is still illegal. Marinol costs roughly 1000 without insurance. Who is gonna wage that for something synthetic if the real stuff be legal?
Even if it is legallized, inhabitants will still say the gateway drug crap. They say-so that about cigs and alcohol as economically. However, the only true gateway drug is peer pressure and the entail to be 'cool' in front of friends. Think more or less it. In your adult existence, when was the ultimate time anyone forced you or pressured you into doing something you did not want to do or you thought was wrong. In your mature life, if this did arise, few people would jump against what they think contained by order to be cool. The gateway drug arguement is individual valid with someone who requirements to feel cool, most recurrently teenagers.
you know i think it should be court myself...i dont smoke but i have since and its HONESTLY not bad for you...its be proven that Nicotine is more addictive then heroin.but but thats legal.
the simply reason its not legitimate is because the goverment cant make any money sour of it.
it is a gateway drug i think but on the other hand so is drinking.so its just another drive why this goverment is stupid
Think of nicotine or alcohol ... alcohol is the MOST WIDELY abused drug and is a leading produce of death ... they have alcohol illegal surrounded by the early 1900s, but since too frequent people be already addicted, they purchased it through the black market, and thats when the prices rocketed.
If they be to legalize weed, I know profoundly of people would try it, and its easier said than done to find a decent conversation presently, I cant imagine speaking beside someone while they're high.
" I smoked pot but I did not inhale"
And it is bent because the govt makes more money rotten it being wrong than they would by taxing it.
POT KILLS 0 PEOPLE PER YEAR.
ALCOHOL KILLS OVER 100,000 PER YEAR.
CIGARETTES, 12,000 PEOPLE A DAY.
WEED HAS BEEN PROVEN TO NON-ADICTIVE. IT HAS BEEN NEARLY LEGALIZED IN CALIFORNIA. ARE CALIFORNIAINS SO DIFFERENT THAT THEY CAN HANDLE WEED BETTER? HEMP WOULD ELIMINATE THEY CUTTING OF TREES FOR PAPER. HEMP CAN ALSO BE USED TO BUILD HOUSES AND IT GROWS FAST AND STRONG IN HUGE AMOUNTS IF ALLOWED TO. THINK ABOUT IT.
Lets say marijuana are perfect and being used from yesteryear years. The reason why it is individual forbidden and is said to be illegal is because it slowly attack some neurons contained by the brain that can cause a personality some hallucination or dellusion.
You could influence that people could use it adjectives they want because they are spending their money and waisting their own life,if that would be the solitary reason consequently the government should normalize it, BUT! users of marijuana and other particular prohibited drugs are also waisting the lives of others, they gun down other person, innocent child, misuse females and many more. These bloodbath abd abusing are due to the artificial brain neurons, hallucination and dellusion, these problems are irrebersible. That is the common sense why it is illegal drugs.
it attacks the completely core of freedom
it is sad that we do not believe contained by it
The problem is this...marijuana, like any other drug, affects EVERYONE DIFFERENTLY. While the majority of us can smoke it and hold only the benefits (reduced tautness, laughing, euphoric feeling) there's always that 1% who own terrible side effects - they become true @ssholes who are unqualified to treat others with respect and dignity, they gain behind the gearstick and slam into trees, or kids.
I never had a discouraging experience, and it's true - the government could breed a killing surrounded by taxes...and they could regulate it like they regulate cigarettes - in recent times to be sure your homegrown ganja doesn't contain gasoline or some other additive designed to annihilate you instead of make you discern good.
I too believe that it should be decriminalized. I don't drink, but I smoke daily. That is unless we run into dry times. Then I stir without.
I've never be able to integer out why they wouldn't legalize it, but after reading some of the replies, I've get a better understanding.
Think how cool it would be to be capable of take a ride down the highway smoking a fatty and wave high! to the cop that pass you! Love the idea.
