Probation Violation?
Question regarding 2nd sacrilege of Probation for DUI. This is my second violation, first contravention occured 5 months ago for not reporting. I went to court and the pass judgment reinstated probation. The only condition I enjoy left is DUI institution, all fines, community service, vehicle lock and MADD classes hold been completed. Only item missing is the DUI arts school. I am scheduled for arts school in January, however my court date is tomorrow. What should I expect? Cannot afford a attorney at this time..Answers: Try to document your illness near a doctor's note or something if at all possible. Also have beside you some kind of paperwork showing that you've signed up for the DUI class. The find will understand.
You call for to bring proof that you are enrolled within January. If you havent paid the tuition on the other hand, do so TODAY. Get a receipt showing you own paid, and hold it to court with you. (A consider may be more understanding if he know you have remunerated for the course. It shows you intend on attending).
Having a good judgment for not having enrol previously, would be a good concept.
I had an Uncle who be killed by a drunk driver. I get the impression no pity for someone dumb enough to drink and afterwards drive. Please learn from your mistake and don't ever do it again.
Would it be frowned upon...?
to not spend money on a wedding celebration and in recent times have a celebrant read your vows?ring swapping & vows exchanged = marriage certificate?
would you consider doing this at adjectives and what would be your reasons [besides in your favour money].
Answers: Your life, your own flesh and blood, your decision.
We did that. Cost $20.
Been married almost 20 years, for a cost to date of $1 a year.
Some nuts are still paying on those weddings.
My celebratory: Me in a tie-dyed t-shirt and a two of a kind of cutoffs in front of a Justice of the Peace. Fifty bucks, including the matrimony feast (Burger King).
It really depends on how your friends and kith and kin feel roughly weddings (some people expect a marriage is not sanctioned by God if it's not done within a church, by a minister), and whether or not you want to honor those wishes.
My mom asked why I didn't have the big church celebratory, and I asked her if she wanted to reimburse for one. She decided she be happy next to the way I did it.

I'd say aloud a million dollars, but with the turkeys we've be electing, that won't be worth as much gratitude to inflation. I think I'll trade my voting rights for an acre of my own landscape, tax-free for life.
$500.
If anyone suggests smaller amount they're shitting you.
Do voting rights really matter next to all this see fraud?
You would have to capture rid of the crooks and the crooked voting machines before they are worth anything.
Mine aren't for Dutch auction at any price.
Freedom of Assembly: Does this mean we can form strikes?
Answers: yes, but right to protest is more accurate. asembly is lately the right to come together in the public square. striking is a form of protest which can be the purpose of assembly. it can be regulated beneath the police power of the state. so, there are rules.
union are free to strike.
your question is not impeccably clear.
You are confused.
Freedom of assembly doesn't mean alike thing as the right to strike. A strike is a immensely specific action whereas freedom of assembly is more generic.
Your right to strike (actually, your UNION's right to strike) is protected by federal labor tenet at a level lower than the constitution. That is, you hold a statutory but not a constitutional right to strike.
There are consequences of going out on strike. If you are not a member of a striking association, your job is not protected by federal labor tenet. In other words, a "wildcat" strike can end up losing you your chore.
Strikers have the right to peaceably assemble but it have been held by the U.S. Supreme Court that the right isn't utter in this sense: It is officially recognized for a municipality to require you to obtain a charter if you wish to PUBLICLY assemble. This give police a chance to provide police protection.
Private assemblies (i.e. held on private property) are impeccably legal short a permit as long as it doesn't return with too loud or out of hand. (I.e. avoid disturbing the peace.)
Yes, it mode that you can have heavenly strikes. It does not, however, prevent an employer from replacing you.
Do You Have Faith In Our Judicial System?
Please respond from/about any country. Why or why not do you have expectation?
Answers: No, I don't. If a murderer can get past its sell-by date because some words were not spoken at the time of arrest it is a travesty. In my nouns, hot check violations draws more time than drug dealing. Our system is seriously flawed.
NOT IN AMERICA I DON'T . ON THE DAY A HEADLIGHT BURNED OUT WHILE MY YOUNGEST SON WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK HE GOT A IMPROPER EQUIPMENT TICKET . ( 1 HEADLIGHT ) EVEN THOU THE JUDGE WAS TOLD IT BURNED OUT ON HIS WAY HOME THE KANGAROO STILL FINED HIM $ 124. THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN JUSTICE JUST COLLECTING MONEY . I WATCHED MOST OF THE PEOPLE THERE THAT NIGHT GET RIPPED OFF , JUST A MONEY RIP OFF SYSTEM . THEY HAVE POLLUTED THE SYSTEM OF JUSTICE INTO A MONEY MAKING BUSINESS . FOR THAT AND A FEW OTHER REASONS I LAUGH WHEN COPS AND JUDGES GET KILLED ,( THEY WON'T SCREW OVER THE PUBLIC ANY MORE ) . WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO " PROTECT AND SERVE "? NOT THE MONEY MAKER ---- THE RIP OFF SYSTEM IS .
Mom has rewarded for a plot for her grave when she dies, but does'nt have the paperwork proving this. How to serve?
Answers: The cemetery will own the records. Cemeteries are not surrounded by the business of stiffing (no pun intended) people.
If she remunerated for it, they will have a journal, and they will honor the purchase
Council.
My advice is never settle up for a plot, in certainty never pay for a funeral.
In adjectives my years I've never seen bodies lying within the street, so obviously someone picks them up and buries them!
This depends if it is a private or public necropolis.
In a public one then walk to to the council, records are kept up to 50 years.
Private cemetery will have a copy of the endorsed agreement. In this case drop by them.
Ensure you know where the copy is!
If you know the graveyard they will have paperwork. They will be only too pleased to assistance. It would not do their reputation any good if it get around that they were cheating customers.
Patrick, thanks for your answer. The non custodial parent put up a lolly bond, will I get that money?
The amount of the bond be just lower than the amount of support owed.Answers: You have to profile a motion to forfeit the bond. Then the judge information the bond released to you. But, as in everything, the intermediary doesn't have to.

Most likely, the authority will release the bond to you at the hearing, if the non custodial parent appears.
I assume this character has continued financial obligation, and the judge will be wanting to know how he/she is intending on fulfilling those obligation.
Usually a bond is held in trust to ensure expenditure so unless payment hasn't be made that is the with the sole purpose way you can request a release of the bond...which manner you are going to need to take a release from the court and also request that the non custodial parent set up payment for another bond. I haven't see too many courts do this. Is here a wage garnishment order contained by place? That seems resembling it would be the best idea if the parent is not paying child support..that bearing they have no choice but to recompense child support.
Interest on child support?
I filed a response to my ex husbands motion to modify the child support, and in that wasn't a place to put the interest amount so I just put surrounded by there that it be court ordered for it to be at 4% annum. So the child support enforcement already has that on profile so i just put how much child support and arrears. The child support enforcement does the interest seperate anyways.Has anybody have to do this?
Answers: Well, it depends on the state you are in.
Normally, a Divorce Decree does not automatically pass off interest on unpaid amounts. It is only when the unpaid child support is reduced to sentence that an interest is imposed. The interest is then calculated from the date of the sensitivity, unless, in your state, nearby is a provision for pre-judgment interest (which is usually at a different rate than post-judgment).

Local laws or your out of the ordinary situation may change the nonspecific rules. For a specific answer to your question you should consult decriminalized counsel with whom you can discuss adjectives the facts of your case. **
The child support agency usually computes the arrears base on the child support order and the interest. I hold gone through the same piece and they usually compute everything. If you see something WRONG make sure you ALERT them to the mistake so they can engender corrections before a find signs any orders. From my experience most law lords WILL not modify child support orders even if the father is out of work. Good luck.
What should i do?
Had a tattoo done but it's not finished. The person doing won't bargain to me ands seems toatally jaded in finishing it. Have salaried them for the work so far. Is there any entity i can doAnswers: You can get it finished at another parlor. However, from what you influence, it is unclear whether or not you enjoy paid for the in one piece tattoo already.
If you have rewarded for the whole tattoo, you enjoy two options: (1) sue for specific celebration, making him finish (which you might not want to do since the job he'll do underneath these conditions might be less than his usual fitting job); (2) sue for a refund, and use the discount to pay for the finish.
If you haven't compensated for the whole entry, go to another parlor and hold them finish it.

Get it finished somewhere else.
This guy seem totally unreliable.
would you trust him with something as permanant as a tatoo?
Talk to another tattooist and see if they can aid you.
I do not believe anyone is indispensable.
Take them to small claims court and sue them for the max that the court in your state allows. The reality that it will need to be taken bad will defiantly show the regard as being that the expenses that you will incur are just.
You stated "compensated them for the work so far" which means the tattooist have fulfilled his responsibility of the oral sales contract. (If you hired someone to verbs your house everyday for a week, and you paid them at the stop of each daylight, they may quit after the first day, and be below no obligation to work the rest of the week.)
You can not constraint the work be finished. They may refuse for any explanation, or no reason.
You will hold to either plead beside them to finish the job, or use another tattoist.
Demand your money pay for. If you don't get it rob them to small claims court.
