This is a safety concern to me and my family circle. Its also a nuisance abatement issue for the rest of my neighborhood.

I know this may nouns like an mature saw, but I am really concerned, especially now that I know my neighbors enjoy purposefully trained their dogs to be vicious. ( I heard the man who owns them say aloud it.) I have told every regulation agency I know about this, and they of late tu

Answers: You could put up a privacy fence. Or, you could look right through the dogs and if it attacks, you have decriminalized recourse to sue your neighbor, and get the police to act in response. Call the Humane Society in your nouns. They may be able to relieve

Go to the public law library within your town, and have the librarian back you look up the laws within your town.

I talk to my trainer & she said maybe a fog horn would work, every time the dogs start to yap use the horn. That will scare them & they will stop temporarily, supply them a good treat, approaching a piece of beef or chicken. I am the GM of a health club. One of our competitors is spreading rumors that we are closing down when are really are not closing. We have multiple people come surrounded by and say that the other club told them we be closing. Is there anything we can do?

Simply win your customers to put it in writing what they be told by the other business and sue them. Make sure you sue for slander and malicious intent to cover yourself. Frankly, if I be your attorney I would argue the fact that you do not know how hurtful their malicious intent and slander is because potential customers infer you are closed down so how would you ever know. Not much. Slander is much, much harder to prove than libel and libel is highly hard to prove. You hold to be able to prove that the competitors spread these rumors, which I can't see how you are going to do that and that they did it to hurt you, contained by this case, easier to prove. You'll later have to prove how it hurt you. I doubt that you hold any hard evidence that your competitors are spreading this rumor even though you believe it or it is most potential they did.

However, maybe your legal representative could send a simple communication to them saying that you will pinch legal movement if they don't stop spreading these rumors. Just the threat could shut them up.

Confusion on my criminal record, simply talked to my attorney and even more confused now?

The L&L Battery was dropped and the mediation of guilt was witheld on the Child Abuse due to the circumstances surrounding the valise.

He also said I can have my transcription sealed, because I be never formally charged b/c a conviction and guilt was witheld.

Thirdly, I be also told I can still get a passport b/c (as above stated) I be never technically convicted.
