Law Questions and Answers

How do ppl manage to gain out of ridiculous tickets like 96/55 or 92/55?

I've read in the region of many cases where on earth people enjoy gotten their 96/55, 92/55 etc speeding tickets dismissed. How does this happen? I know they hire traffic attorneys, but what do they argue near the judge (who is so starkly on the cop's side) to dismiss a young at heart person's ticket with a 96/55? I'm within a similar situation and need guidance on how someone who has this as their FIRST ticket can possibly hold the same ensue.

P.S. I DO NOT NEED ANY LECTURES/ PATHETIC RANTS ETC. ABOUT THIS, I KNOW IT WAS A MISTAKE ON MY PART TO HAVE BEEN SPEEDING ETC. I JUST NEED STRAIGHT ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS, TAKE UR PATHETIC LECTURES SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Thanks in finance.
Answers: Over a 43 year career I must hold written thousands of traffic citations. I remember one clown I wrote a Reckless Driving citation on for doing 115 mph in a 55 mph zone. He showed up surrounded by court with an attorney. He did stuff the charge because I did not know when the radar unit contained by that particular patrol saloon had closing been certified. He walk out of court smirking. I asked the attorney, who I knew, what he charged for a bag like this. He get $200 per hour, he billed the guy for five hours work (research, prep time, court time). $1000 tab. I pointed out that the fine was individual $500. The lawyer lately smiled.
By the way, a month following a deputy in another county nail the guy for the same infraction. He hired the advocate again, but, alas, the deputy did know when the radar unit be calibrated.

Normally, the argument is something is wrong beside the traffic radar or the operator (cop) is not competent or have something against the defendant or the citation is factually wrong.

Those cases be somebody gets bad a big ticket are actually not adjectives that common, you simply hear about them more than the ones that wound up paying the fine.
1. The cop doesn't show up.

2. There is some technicality that the cop didn't follow (like some procedural step).

3. The radar reading be not valid (i.e., not calibrated only just enough).
You already have the answer - hire a competent attorney.

You can find the best your town have to offer surrounded by the yellow page, many volunteer a free consultation. Get dialing first thing contained by the morning.
I've had one ticket for going 64 contained by a 45. It was a road that should enjoy been a 55 mph...i told him my speedometer must be stale. He lowered it right there to a 54 contained by a 45. I think it be dismissed because my speedometer was bad or something like that.
Had a right attorney.
LOL I like your PS... simply a quick little rant... I repugnance those people too! mother effers! I catch tickets for going FIVE OVER! why the heck do these people get hold of off... its not tolerant! ok im done :) have a nice hours of daylight!... I think they blow the officer in the put a bet on seat
In adjectives reality though. One time when i go in to barney a ticket the attorney had made a treaty with the go-between to give their clients a broken spedometer ticket... some BS huh? Idk if they in reality make a concord but the lawyer call up the people and said "economically we have dropped your ticket to a inconsistent spedometer, so get it checked out and rate the fines" which were close to 100x cheaper than the speeding ticket... NOT FAIR
Since you admitted to your speeding, you should plead guilty, not try to bring out of it. You deserve a lecture, even though explicitly not what you want to hear.

Terminated. It would lone be illegal if it is a management job. Any falsification to the organization is illegal.

Other later that the worst it would do is tarnish her record.

If she can do the livelihood, I would try keep her on. But she wants to tell your bosses and see if they will allow her to stay.

"The person" meets their exotic room-mate, Big Bubba.

And better hope "the person" wasn't trying to have sex near the minor, if "the person" is sent to jail and the inmates find out they hand over "the person" hell.
Drugs, driving, and minors. . ., and he is an adult.

I smell burning toast. . .
*edit*

the minor surrounded by this case be another male below the age of 18 under the influence of happiness with the 19 year outmoded driver.
First of all CA courts are not liberal beside DUI's at all. The merely thing I would concider your friend lucky surrounded by would be if he was lower than the influence of just drugs and not alcohol next he gets to keep hold of him license it may be restricted but he can still drive to and from work or school. But minus knowing the amount he was possesing later it's hard to influence whether or not he will be doing any jail time and supplying a minor next to drugs...yeah not good at adjectives those are all felony he should really concider hiring an attorney or getting a public defender if he can't afford a private attorney.

AA is not religious, unless you want it to be.
Go to a assignation as part of your schooling, no charge (lawyer joke)
What the heck? AA is not a constitutional right. They do not believe that it is a religion. Where did you come up with this? If a court mandate it then upright luck trying to stop them from going. They usually have a problem and entail help. Maybe you should pick another pasture.
Are you sure you want to go to directive school in recent times for this one issue? You seem to hold your priorities mixed up here.

But yes, civil rights lawyers would do this.
