Do men have rights when it comes to a child?
Why do women hold the right to choose, but a man doesn't? If a woman doesn't want a child, she is legally allowed to hold an abortion. If a man gets a woman pregnant but doesn't want a child he is officially liable to pay child support.Answers: I'm a woman and I agree that a man should own a say!!!
First and foremost, couples who rivet in sex SHOULD know respectively other well satisfactory to know how each other feel about have kids... If the one wants kids and the other doesn't... DONT HAVE SEX!!! But if a woman have sex knowing her partner doesn't, then SHE should run on the responsibility of having that child alone...
Don't draw from me wrong here, I believe that the woman should NOT be forced to get an abortion; IT'S HER CHOICE to hold on to the baby so she requirements to be the PAYOR...period! Good for her for keeping the infant... but don't EXPECT support.
But on the other hand, if the father DID want the little one and she didn't, then she should NOT know how to have an abortion minus the consent of the father... and he should be given the right to have a DNA exam done to prove he is the father prior to her having the abortion, and he should be capable of prove to a court that he is willing and competent to provide for his child.
After all, she open her legs knowing full well of what the consequences be...
Why is it that it's always the guy who be "irresponsible"...? What about her?
In both cases, I chew over that either one of them should own the RIGHT to sign away their parental rights including having to salary child support... no matter what everyone is truism. When a parent gives their child up for adoption, for anything reason, they are NOT required by statute to pay child support... The statute requires the adoptive parents to do that... After all, they, basically like the mother to be, DECIDED that they needed the child.
People need to stop this tripe of "blaming" and start making BOTH partners bear on their responsibilities!
This seems strange coming from a girl.
"You give birth to that baby, and it be painful. Since it spawned rotten of you're body don't you think that entitles you to the choice?"
I know this sounds resembling...strange or something, but its the truth. If men were the ones contained by labor, I bet the option would flip.
Do men hold rights when it comes to a child? Yes, although not as many as women.
Why? Because of self-serving hypocrisy. Biological differences are irrelevant to this discussion, and it surprises me that previous responses enjoy even brought that up. It's not as if anyone is suggesting that men should be allowed to carry fetuses to residence.
The issue is as simple as this: women have proper control over whether they wish to assume the official responsibilities of parenthood. Men do not enjoy the same leeway.
You don't need ovaries to resolve whether or not you want to take responsibility for the children you create. That may affect your conclusion, but it isn't required to be able to net the decision. There is NO basis to hold men and women to different standards in this nouns.
Unless he always used a condom, and thought she be on birth control too (but she really was on fertility drugs), he doesn't enjoy a way out.
If the mother doesn't want the child, within is so much that can go wrong.
Yes men own rights. Men have the right not to stick it contained by in the 1st place so they don't attain into the situation. Women fortunately get a 2nd casual. Only because men are so suave we gentler naive women stipulation the extra layer of protection.
Forgive the sarcasm.
Abortion is within for necessity, not birth control. Women have to get the child & there are circumstances where on earth it is more humane to have an abortion than to product the woman carry till occupancy. sometimes the mothers life is contained by danger. Men enjoy to pay child support but in that are many women who also own to pay child support so your ? irked me. It's not other fair but thats the ruling sometimes. You know that before you achieve into the situation so crying fowl afterwards is useless.
I find your question interesting, especially coming from a woman. You are right, the mother across the world makes adjectives choices for a child, regardless of what the father wants. However, to be exact becoming a past time, at smallest in the custody war. Trends are being set that are allowing more and more men to enjoy either shared or full custody of their children, especially little boys. They are finding that after a undisputed age, the nurturing is no longer needed and the "tough love" is the way to shift. Being that most of the time the father is the one to show the tough love while the mother is the one to "baby" them, fathers are getting custody more commonly. I think specifically awesome. Since you asked though, ill hand over you my opinion.
I assume that if a woman gets pregnant and desires to get an abortion, she must enjoy the father present and sign the paperwork just as she does. If he is not near then she should not be capable of go through beside it. Just because she doesnt want the baby doesnt denote that she should have the talent to take it away from the father. If one of the parents want it later I think abortion should be out of the put somebody through the mill. However, whichever parent didnt want the child or whichever one ended up beside the child, I think that the other one should hold to pay child support. Regardless of whether they are working or not. If they are packed up then they should show proof every week of looking for a charge. Once they start working, garnish their wages forthwith. Quit waiting and let them know what the matter is. If not working or looking, put their *** within jail. Dont linger until they are ten years behind to do something, do it after one month of human being late. Let these culture know that if they are going to be grown and make babies next they are going to be grown and take prudence of them. okay, enough of the illustrious horse. Hope this helps.
Anytime a man make a decision to hold unprotected sex with a woman, he know that she may become pregnant.it is HIS choice not to use a condom to prevent pregnancy...that is his big mistake..
Nature have declared that it is the WOMAN who carries the child to birth.that's merely the way things are. Once the woman is pregnant, it is HER decision- and hers alone - to abort or not. You see, it is HER body and not a soul can make decision about it except her. If she decide to carry the child, later the foolish male who have unprotected sex with her will be paying child support for years.
If a man "doesn't want a child", consequently he will wrap that rascal beforehand his climbs on top of someone.
Men do own rights when it comes to children, but do not have any rights when it comes to abortions. In a channel this is perfectly justifiable. It is an extreme violation of medical nouns to force someone to have a medical procedure. So you can't force a woman to enjoy an abortion, no matter what the father have to say on the thing.
The flip side is a little more unscrew. It is possible to deny a person access to a medical procedure. This is roughly because the procedure itself is considered too much of a threat to the person's health. So for example silicon breast implant where prevented because of the health threat it be believed they posed. More particularly, deferred term abortions are prohibited. However fathers do not enjoy the right to deny the would be mother of their children access to an abortion. The reason for this would again hold to come down to medical ethics. It is immoral to deny a person access to medical carefulness. Of course this argument is weaker in the frontage of a procedure that is collectively optional and usually for the sake of convenience.
This is a satchel where the law are unequal to the genders and that inequality is due within part to the unequal quality of the biology of reproduction. Women bear children. Men don't It is unsurprising that law regarding reproductive rights do not treat the two groups equally.
If labor abolishes work choices, will i enjoy to stay on my current agreement?
my current work agreement puts me on a 38 hr week. if i do overtime of say 1 hour on monday, tuesday and wednesday i can be given an untimely day on friday and not rewarded penalties for overtime worked.also i do not draw from double time or double time and a half, i solitary get time + %70.
Answers: If you're on a AWA presently, that agreement will stay in place until you go off or the contract runs out (depending on how long you signed up for in on the artistic agreement).
The federal government is looking at bringing within a no disadvantage test so this may aim changes to your agreement if it doesn't touch the new theory test.
Your agreement doesn't seem too discouraging to me, my wifes on an EBA and she only get time and a third for overtime, so you're doing okay.
File a complaint against your company for not paying the correct payments so that the Labor Office will make the proper whereabouts for the observance of labor standards.
How much money would it cost to take this to court?
my friend's mom have sole custudy o f her, but she still hsa to visit her dad. her dad does lots of close-fisted things to her and she wants to thieve it to court so she can stop visiting her dad. how much would it cost to steal it to court?Answers: She needs to report her dad - any to a school lecturer or police or go straight to socail services, they will afterwards implement a ban so he would not be allowed to see his daughter. this could head to prosecution depending on what things he has be doing to her
She should maintain a record of his behavior, and possibly tape his rant. She should try to have her visit in public areas to contain his behavior, or possibly her concerned grandparents. She should discuss this issue with a conservatory counselor, if possible, and particularly her mom.
Sometimes judges throw out requirements for child support for elder teens and college students if there are no visit. It could be he's trying to get her to stop visit so he can petition to stop paying.
She needs to natter to her original attorney. There is a uncertainty the father will get stuck next to the bills but I think if she have to pay it woould with the sole purpose be court costs and lawyer fees.
Is there a opening to get your circumstance check record expunged?
I hold 2 DUIs and @ public intoxication charges. Im having trouble finding a accurate job. Im really bright and interviews dance well till they do a circumstance check. And inevitably i dont get the Job HELP!! what can i do to win a good opportunity. and yes I quick drinking.Answers: You can bring your criminal record expunged as long as it wasn't a felony. A DUI is not a felony. However within is a time line which you own to meet surrounded by order to expunge your store. It's 5 years from your last offense. So if this happen 3 years ago, there is nought you can do now. You'll enjoy to wait 2 more years. Go to your state's court's website and look up Pro Se forms. There should be instructions on how to expunge your paperwork yourself. If not, you will have to hire a advocate to do this. And they usually charge no more than $1,500.00.
What you need to do is contact your local congress personage. Write a letter to them asking them to comfort you get it expunged. Follow up on it by making an appointment and seeing their staff within person. Have a few quotation letters to provide them.
That's really the only mode you can get it past its sell-by date your record and out of the administration computers.
What kind of rights do you return with when you turn 16?
Like, you know when you turn 18 you get to start out if you want and stuff, what happens on your sweet sixteen?Answers: You can seize a job. You usually go and get more freedom if you have be a trustworthy teenager. You can usually grasp your driving permit or your actual drivers license. Other than that, mom and dad still rule the roost.
I hope your not wanting to exit home at 16. What resources would you have to run care of yourself financially? Your probably thinking "what is she chitchat about?" But really, believe about it. If you move out home, you have to hold a place to go to (home), you enjoy to have food to chomp through (home), you have to enjoy clothes on your back (home) and you hold to finish your education (home) There is no basis for you to want to leave home at such an hasty age unless there is some type of verbal abuse that you have undetermined.
Good luck! You can spread your wings at 16 but you merely can't fly yet! Give it time. Pray alot. It works. I promise.
Depends where on earth you are.
In the UK, for example, you can buy cigarettes at 16. In some US States you can have sex. In some you can drive. In both the US and the UK you can win a pilots license.
Richard
Driving was indubitably the big one. I'm having trouble thinking of anything else, at smallest in my go.
I guess the sex thing is true surrounded by some states.
In some states you can get a fixed drivers license.
That is about it.
Men and women held to a different standard when it comes to abortion?
I recently asked a quiz about men have rights when it comes to a child. Women have a right to abortion, men hold a right to pay child support. I get a few answers saying that men should not hold sex with a woman if he is not prepared to own a child. Shouldn't women be held to the same standard?! If they want the right to chose shouldn't they choose if they are arranged to have sex or not? Why are men held to sophisticated standard than women?Answers: I feel that women should really be held to one and the same standard as men. As someone said, women are the ones who have to get the baby. They are the ones who will be birthing said toddler and doing the feeding of that toddler (if they choose to breast feed). For a man it can be over the moment his seed exits his body.
Both population should enter that intimacy agreement that if a child comes out of that union after it should be cared for by both party. If one or the other party is not prepared to do this after their "Bits" should be kept to themselves!
Perhaps because of the fact that a man have the option to step away after the initial act and budge on with his natural life unaffected by a pregnancy is why men are held to a highly developed standard. A woman has two choices, both of which can be perform whether the man is about or not. Have the tot - which carries long residence ramifications whether the child is offered up for adoption or not, or abortion - which carry long term scar whether is was voluntary or peer pressured. The pressure on the man is to stand up and be counted after he have laid down to be mounted...to put it bluntly. I guess people are trying to grasp men to be involved in individual responsible for their actions as too copious will use their option to bow out earlier the final curtain call.
Ultimately it take two to do the horizontal tango and hence two should be held responsible for the life that get created!
To some extent, I agree with adjectives those points. If a woman is the sole legal participant who can settle on whether or not she will have the child, consequently why isn't the man the sole legal participant who can wish whether or not he will support the child?
I'm all for men have more rights regarding the abortion itself, but I'm not smart satisfactory to figure out a path to put that into appropriate legislation. With or without a court demand, if a man wants the child and the woman doesn't, near is NOTHING that anyone can do to stop the woman from terminating the pregnancy however she see fit.
I do hold men and women to the same standard, as I grasp that both parties are responsible and that contraceptives are not 100% influential. If you aren't ready to bump up a child, you aren't ready for sex, and it doesn't event whether you have a vagina or a penis, or both if that's your item.
But I suppose that as long as there is biological inequality, at hand will never be gender equality.
Well, both men and women are mostly equally responsible for child support. Only if the man is making more will he have to foot more.
But yes, it does seem unwarranted.
I recently posted this reply to a similar sound out...
I'm a woman and I agree that a man should have a speak!!!
First and foremost, couples who engage contained by sex SHOULD know each other economically enough to know how respectively other feels just about having kids... Is plagerism the same as copyright Infringement?
Answers: No, you could plagiarize something that is to say 500 years old near no copyright. When you use material that someone else created and don’t administer the creator credit that is plagiarizing. However, the bits and pieces could be copyrighted and then it is both a copyright despoliation and plagiarizing at the same time.
technically no.
but they are similar.
not if you go and get a good ample lawyer...:)
No
Not really, plagerism is representing someones written work as your own.
Copyright infringement can be via writing, logo's and other items not related to writing.
Yes & No.
Your arts school busts you for plagarism as it's an acedemic offense.
The RIAA sues you for copyright infringement.
Either way it's a bummer.
No. it can still be plagiarism if the stuff is in the Public Domain, as long as you present it as your own work. It's not actionable, but can affect your reputation. Or Employment, if you write for a living.
Copyright Infringement mechanism that you copied from a living author or publisher with an involved copyright, thus impairing their potential to receive payment for their ingenious work.
Can someone be sued if a judgment have already been made within their favor?
Here's the shortest version: My sister get divorced from her loser husband. A judgment be made in the divorce that once the youngest child turns 18 she must pass my ex brother in regulation $20k roughly for the house they lived in together. She still lives surrounded by the house and her youngest won't be 18 for another year. Over the summer, my sister took out a home equity loan, my ex brother in canon ran her (my sisters) credit report, found out she took out this home equity loan and requests his money now. Remember, their have already been a sentence in the courts that said he get it when the youngest turns 18. There is still roughly 50k equity in the property and he is solely entitled to 20k. Obviously, my sister is upset thinking she will lose the house or have to money him now instead of when the authority ordered. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. BTW , she lives in Michigan. He have an attorney. (He doesn't have a post, but he has an attorney!) Can he sue and what are the likelihood he'll win?Answers: How could your ex brother-in-law run your sister's credit? It is felony with stiff fines and up to years surrounded by prison to run a credit report under false pretenses. He could lone have done this justifiably if the mortgage was still surrounded by both names and showed up on his credit report. If it is still contained by both their names, she should not own been competent to get a home equity loan on the house surrounded by her name just. A divorce decree does not negate the ingenious mortgage contract, he could still be responsible for paying off the mortgage.
One of them must enjoy committed some type of fraud.
He can sue, but he won't prevail. He's seeking to overturn a divorce decree purely on the font that your sister took out a loan. That's not going to get him anywhere.
Further, the fool's attorney should realize that his client run an unauthorized credit file report on your sister. Does he REALLY want his client exposed to dealing under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ?
In the "shortest version", usually a few prominent facts are left out.
Your sister's divorce direct is probably not as cut and dried as you state here. Her ex probably was ordered to loaf for his money on the assumption that there be little or no equity at the time and that it would be a hardship for her to buy out his interest. But circumstances come across to have changed.
He may enjoy a pretty good valise here. Your sister should get a attorney.
Actually, it would more of go around the other path. He ran her credit report? Thats Jail time and civil liability...willfull...$1000 statutory, damages, plus attorney fees. Sue Him
Federal District Court.
Read the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
