Law Questions and Answers
Power of attorney?
what is the difference of power of attorney and durable power of attorney?Answers: A Power of Attorney is a document in which you appoint someone else to conduct yourself on your behalf on matters that you specify. It can be made to start on the double, or upon mental incapacity. It CANNOT be used to designate someone to make medical decision for you in the event that you are unqualified.
A DURABLE Power of attorney is for designating someone else to act on your behalf on matter of your healthcare. Should you become unable to breed decisions for yourself - the character whom you designate in the durable power of atty - can trademark those decisions for you.
Power of attorneys are mostly for financial and business and a durable is the right to oversee medical stuff.
Edit: That wasn't totally clear. What it vehicle is that if the person that the power of attorney is for get incapacitated due to some medical problem, a durable power of attorney is still effective and the entity who has it can still due stuff including medical stuff if the POA covers that. A regular one would be ineffective.
A durable power of attorney is one that remains valid when the grantor is no longer competent to act within his own right.
A 'normal' power of attorney ceases to be vaild if the entity who grants it become incompetent.

I am atheist going to a cathoilc high institution what are my rights?
is there a decree about teacher being racist against meAnswers: you dont enjoy any you devil worshipping heathen..lol same as any one else at the school
... u cant be racist over religion
and why are u going to a catholic institution if you don't believe
in what they edify??
hahaha
been in attendance. no rights.
why are you going to a catholic school if you are an atheist may I ask?
Racist? Yes here is a law.
Discrimination on the grounds of see is a violation of Federal ruling.
What does your race enjoy to do with you individual an atheist, though?
Richard
Teachers can't be racist because you're atheist.
Racism has to do next to RACE >.>
If you feel that opening go to Public university.
You have know rights. You are within a privet school. In a public arts school you can get away next to looking for laws that will prevent nouns. But in privet you or your parents signed a verbs.
I think the rights, while still in attendance, are more important and enforced contained by public schools. No one made you choose a private catholic college. They can teach and do doesn`t matter what they want, and you can't stop them or claim it violates you because it is not a public, parliament run institution
if your going to a catholic school, next you are going to a private school and since you are voluntarily enrol there, you dont enjoy any "rights" other than those granted by the university to their students as written in their by-laws. if you dont want to be exposed to the curriculum, find another university
First you might want to know that racism has nil to with you anyone an athiest. Unless you are a black athiest, or chinese, or Spanish or Indian or whatever.
Figure out what you really are and post subsequently.
"Athiest" isn't a race, fist of adjectives.
. LOL
Glad that you're in college. :)
It is a private school and have a different set of rules from a public school. Essentially, you are element of the Catholic school that your parents pay envelope for and they'll teach you and treat you as they please ...anything smaller quantity than abuse.
EDIT: It is favourable info to now know where on earth you are from... I don't have a clue what the law are there.
Racism involves nouns against you because you are white, or black, or English or Indian. It has nought to do with religion or hope.
Difficult to answer as I don't know where you live. Most Catholic academy in the UK are NOT private fee-paying school. in the UK "Public Schools" be going to private schools similar to Eton, Harrow or Stoneyhurst.
Your parents decided any with you or for you. If you mix a club you abide by the rules otherwise you leave or you are discreet.
As a human human being you have rights, to cross-examine (be discreet) and not to be bullied or singled out
You should not be going to a catholic school. Especially if you are taking up a place that might otherwise be available to a practising Catholic.
If you enjoy 'principles' which stop you practising this religion, then you should abide by your own standards, and find another college.
Find an atheist school, and after moan about your rights if a Catholic within the class stands up and complains his rights to religious freedom are being infringed.
In conservatory, the same as every other student!

Are sexual predators allowed to move in subsequent to kids?
Well, the local police station went door-to-door hand out fliers of a man who moved in a few neighbors away. And he have molested two girls under 12 and raped one girl over 18. He served FIVE years surrounded by prision and now he's moved essential by. I didn't know people could live subsequent to kids when they rape and molest them!! Is that really right? He served 5 years and prision and they think he's intellectual his lesson? I thought they had to stay away from neighborhoods full of kids?Answers: It is fine for them to moce contained by where kids live what they can not do is move subsequent to something like a college or other places where children congregate.
It would be thorny for anyone to find a place to live where no kids lived. They however must register that they are a sex criminal and in some states they must announce that they are to their neighbors.
Some travel as far as having to post signs that say aloud "Sec offender living here If anyone see children on premises call the local police"
I infer the more they make them do the better their rights dance out the window when it comes to protecting your kids.
1 he should of be in longer than 5 years
2 yes they can as long as the neighbors and everyone else know about their civil store
personally i consider filth close to that need to be hang in the public square by the collar till dead. mind you thats after spending 6 months within a maximum security prison within with passing row and lifetime inmates , throw him in and permit them know what he did, and the only stipulation is that he live..till he can be hang.. :D oh yes, thats a fitting punishment.
until the laws we already hold regarding these sick F***S are used to the fullest extent after they will keep doing this. merely kill them...and be done near it. rehabilitation my screaming aunt fanny!! there is no rehabilitation for this!!
They usually can't live effective schools or daycares but every neighborhood contained by the world will have kids within it.
Pedophiles NEVER are cured and NEVER lose the urge. Harrass the guy until he moves out.
There are ways you can find out where he lives.
You can budge into your county's website under the sex offender's registry.
Type within his name and voila!
It give you the home address.
I don't have kids, but I am not a follower of sex offenders, myself. They contribute me the willies, so, if I am moving into a new apartment complex, I'll newly do a quick little rummage, and out pops the info.
I've had nouns where I found a man be living on the first floor of an apartment building I was in the order of to move into, and just that discovery stopped that from taking place.
Anyway, good luck to you.
FIVE year for destroying a person's duration? Those women and kid will carry that discomfort for life and if they get any STD they might even die and all the pervert get it's five year!...That tells how much lawmaker care going on for women and children. Predator should get duration in put inside because they can't be "CURED", that's a fact.
AS for this guy, yes he is allow to live contained by a neighborhoods with kids (very complicated to find a neighborhood without kids; unless he moves to the desert). It's in tears but probably this pervert will seek victims outside his neighborhood (according to the FBI), so within theory you are safer beside him living around; it's sad but sex offender are given too many probability by the courts.
What he can't do in some states is to move close to a school or a childcare center, play ground, etc.
But for every pervert you know his obverse there are 100 you don't even hold a clue until it's too late so don't assume go will be "safe" once he is gone; keep your eyes embark on.
idk...try writing him a letter or consulting your local police station if you enjoy questions...
Can he get money out of this?
i've be living with someone for two years. we dated for a moment or two while prior, i needed a place to stay and he obliged. he said i didn't hold to pay rent at adjectives.. i said i would, he insisted i didn't have to.. so i wasn't paying for a complete year.. then he said something nearly it and started asking for $300 a month.. so i VERBALLY agreed to do the 300.. by paying him the $300 from that point on. i have be giving him $300 a month ever since. one day he get mad at me (don't remember what it be about) and in a essay message told me that i owe him all this hindmost pay for the year that i didn't retribution any rent. ($2,700). i never agreed to that.. he never brought it up until he got wacky. and ever since, he's been maxim i owe him all that money. here is NO written contract about anything, whatsoever.. not even the $300. so i'm wondering is here ANY way he can sue me for $2,700 and in fact win. also, i was nearby last month and up until the 15th of this month.. and i single payed him $150 for last month so far. so i owe him $300. could he bring back me for this too if i don't pay that? it's not the certainty that i don't want to pay him, it's purely he's a really bad personality, he's been harrassing me & pretty much torturing me the unharmed time i was here.. he's insane.Answers: You state that you have be living with this human being for 2 years; one year without charge and the subsequent being charged $300.00 per month. You state that up until not long everything had be fine. That he got upset beside you, threatened to take you to court over the 1st year, and you are very soon $150.00 behind..I be ok with your story, and would of enjoy informed you that he wouldn't have a satchel against you due to certain things your post contains, BUT and this is a BIG, BIG, BUT, you messed up near your story when you added this: "it's not the fact that i don't want to wages him, it's just he's a really impossible person, he's be harrassing me & pretty much torturing me the whole time i be there.. he's insane." If he be that bad you wouldn't of hold stayed there for 2 years. Sorry, but if I be the judge, you would of hold just LOST your armour, based on that one statement.
If you own a reasonable peacemaker, you should be required to pay simply what you owe for last month and this month, (which could be $450, because masses times judges don't approaching to pro-rate monthly rent.)
If you have a nut-job pass judgment, who knows?
It sounds as if you hold a pretty good travel case though. Just stay calm and sound throughout the proceeding, and let the other guy conduct yourself the crazy. (it usually works for me! *lol*)
First off, if the being is harassing you, make sure you maintain a record of the times and date. You should also file a police report. Without a police report(s) the courts will not be capable of assist you further.
Once you have several police reports, you'll know how to file a TRO (temporary restraining order) or a No Contact instruct. If the person your have the conflict with violate the order, Law enforcement will know how to take appropriate feat all depending on your local, state and city law.
If your still living in like peas in a pod place, I would find someplace else as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if you still obligation to continue to clear payments, I would look into putting them into either a Money writ or Cashier's check and mail the personality the payments. This way you'll hold minimal contact and you won't have to obverse his harassment.

Can I change a vehicle title near a power of attorney?
The man that gave me poa have signed a bail bond on a girl that never went to court...4 months ago. The bond company requirements the money. Can I change the vehicle title into my name next to the poa?Answers: only if the power of attorney cover those parameter there are adjectives sorts of ways to do a power of attorney and if that is covered beneath your power of attorney you can but if not no
most power of attorney's are set up next to a list of what can be done and what can't.
Legally, yes. Whether the DMV will adopt the POA is up to them.
Richard
The power of attorney must be specific. If it states the bail bonds have rights after they must get tentative title in their autograph then turn over the vehilcle close to a normal public sale.
If the power of attorney doesn't specifically state that the car is involved they cannot.
However if it is a common power of attorney giving the bail bonds right to sign anything for the girl then they can merely sell the coup¨¦

My son took out a 5k dollar duration insurance policy on his son when his son was born. The mother of the child have all the paperwork for the insurance policy. I ask because she claims she still owes 3k dollars on the child's funeral and wants my son to pick up the tab, but I own to wonder where the natural life insurance went if she couldn't afford to bury the child.Answers: your Grandson have passed away, you didn't get to know him.. and your worried roughly the money instead of mourning the loss of a child..
that's pretty low in my book!
So your son compensated no child support for 3 years.. he didn't offer any sort of emotional support for the child.. didn't confer Mom a weekend without the boy- zilch? Now, you're all up contained by arms over 3k dollars she wants him to settle in funeral expenses?
Wow..
Funerals cost just about 12k. She's being a hell of like mad more forgiving of your son than I would be under one and the same circumstances.
Where'd the insurance go? It go to her part of the funeral- and offered here some nouns during what is undoubtedly the worst days of her life and an unimaginable interval of grief for any decent parent. If within was ever a time to set pettiness aside, it's very soon. For once, your son needs to man up and pay cheque a little. If not for the mother, out of respect for the son he neglected for an entire lifetime.

The owner of the life insurance policy can choose who is the beneficiary of the policy.
If she owned and remunerated for the life insurance policy, she may own changed the beneficiary to be only herself, or someone else surrounded by her family.
