A dispute in the amount owed on a contract for action...?

My husband bought the house and 45 acres from his mom on a contract for deed surrounded by 1991. We married in 1995. My entitle is not on contract but that isn't the problem. To your quiz on Hearsay- it would be rank Hearsay to say-so the least. Let's construe that any out of court statement is Hearsay and unless it falls within one of the exceptions to the Hearsay Rule it is inadmissible.

Answers: You should be able to notify if they are copies. Have you watched the DVD? What is the characteristic? What is the quality of the cover art? Is the fund of the DVD colored (light blue or whatever) like a blank dvd would be?

If it is a copy, notify the company you bought through (ebay, paypal, amazon, ect) You may own to return the discs, but they will handle the allowed issues and get you a repayment.

If you know where the hawker is, you can alert the local authorities, but you may or may not see results.

If the DVDs just come out, price compare. If you got yours significantly cheaper than what they are within store, then yeah, they are probably dishonest copies.
