He vowed on the night of the attack to return and ‘cut her to ribbons’, if he have not been challenge during the attack he would have cause more damage. Has shown no remorse and is self well represented. Our loved ones has tried to put a civil grip against this man but no-one will take it as they state that the CPS will contract with it. Sister is currently beneath a doctor and psychiatrist and will be permanently disfigured. I would approaching advice to ensure that the he receive the maximum possible punishment.
