Can I be prosicuted for my adult brother (18) using evil drugs if I am living in impossible to tell apart house?

He is 18 and I am 23. I am planning to move home to get away from an rude boyfried. I can not afford to live on my own or I would. My 18 year old brother lives next to my mother as well. I am conserned that if he get into trouble for doing drugs that I can not also be prosicuted. (we live in Pennsylvania)
Answers: I don't reckon you would get into trouble.
Although, if he get caught, the police may search through your stuff too, and make a contribution YOU a drugs test.
If you outdo, you're fine.

xo
No, you can't be prosecuted for his actions unless you are responsible for him perpetrate them.

Generally the answer is no.
Yes-especially if he sells them from the house. Anyone living at hand can be charged if caught. I've been contained by this situation with an wounding ex. and a police officer told me that everyone gets charged because they own no way of knowing who it belongs to.
I lucked out because I have the cops to my house several times and pressed charges on the ex. So they didn't charge me with anything.
as far as iknow you can be prosecuted for your brother using drugs surrounded by the house that you live in.especially if evidence of drugs could be found surrounded by your house.advice would be to check near the laws on this within your local area.hope this help
Get your brother help! It will salvage the whole home trouble
yes but only if the drugs be found in your home and he dosen't right to be heard that you didn't know anything about it. if he say you knew consequently yes. and if he says you didn't know you also own to file papers aginst him so that it dosen't oblige him out eighter in the eyes of the prosicuter and he will probably find a more strict punishment because of you doing so
if they know who owns the drugs, they are locked in your brothers room, you should be ok. if they find drugs surrounded by a common nouns, and your brother denies they are his, they will probably arrest everyone. if your brother hides drugs contained by your room, you could be arrested.

but, the real question is, do you really want to be siting in your room when the swat squad breaks down the door with a reservoir? or (saw this on cops, it was great) the swat truck race up to your house, 10 cops jump stale with chains, hook them to your doors and window, then drag partially your house down the street ?

find another place to live, or turn your brother in and hold him arrested before you move within.

you are going to go from the frying container into the fire. from one bad place to another. living surrounded by a shelter would be better. check the phone book. there may be a management agency that will help you find a place to live.
at the hugely least, aim counseling. abusive guys own to break you to control you. they have to convince you that you are worthless, deserve what you gain. until you get into a shelter and receive counseling, you wont realize that the abusive ex still controls you.
he cant exist as a man until he destroys you as a woman.

How much time do lawyers truly spend arguing in the courtroom?

Answers: Many lawyer, such as those who do transactional work, like tangible estate & business closings, corporate formations, mergers, & the like NEVER see a courtroom. When I be a young prosecutor I spent more or less 75% of my work day within court -- or outside the courtrooms meeting beside witnesses, police & defense lawyers. These days it's much smaller number.
Your question is impossible to answer surrounded by the abstract. It's like asking how much time a doctor spends contained by surgery.

Some litigation attorneys spend the majority of time in the courtroom. Others (e.g., transactional attorneys) spend nil time in the courtroom.
the courts are full, and as I know it, the time you mostly appear in front of a intermediary may be 5 minutes, sometimes half hour, depending on the casing or an hour to a few hours if it's a jury trial. How much time in weeks or months is contingent upon the attorney's caseload. From my time surrounded by law office I can say that an attorney have a lot of archived and non-active files (some can again be made active) as capably as active files so it looks approaching there are oodles clients but I suspect that a small office of one attorney probably have 65 to 150 active cases. Now respectively case requires like mad of work, and each satchel is different and in different stages. Some work is rote, some requires research, while others require junk mail and information securing from different people, some necessitate depositions, some negotiations beteween sides or an outside soul to help both sides be paid determinations, some require witnesses, some require qualified people who can provide statistics and things from the crime lab, etc. And afterwards there are probably 150 different specialties of canon or more. Some specialties require visiting clients, some require clients coming to the organization, some require polygraphs...so you see it's not all judge's time.but the attorney is constantly on the progress rushing here and there. They hold paralegals behind the scene to do the work they can't get to or obtain to in a timely mode for court. And there is A LOT of driving time involved, plus time required to gain the job done.

What is the deal if someone have published pictures on the net?

I lately found pictures of my daughter on the net, she is contained by a paddling pool in one and within the bath surrounded by the other, i know these pictures are not indecent as i took them myself but the person who have put them on beebo did not ask me if they could put them up and i find it quite distasteful that they have done this, I am so angery i want to do as much sh*t for this person as i can, I don not post pictures of my daughter on the network for obvious reason, and i am really p*ssed of that someone else thinks that they can, where on earth do i stand legally on this one?
Answers: You put them on the Internet, knowing this could transpire. They are not copyrighted and you have no recourse. I would simply contact the party and ask them to kindly remove them.
Simply ask them to remove them. Causing them "so much sh*t" because they did something probably next to no ill intention, is a bit pyschotic. You manifestly liked them satisfactory to give them photos within the first place.

Just ask them.
If you are concerned about the pictures self on the net (instead of cause **** for that person) you should want them to be taken down ASAP. The fastest way to do to be precise to contact the person and narrate them to take them down ASAP!

Why you are wasting time posting question here, I really don't know.
The lawyer will ask you to ask the creature to remove them, maybe they dont realise they are cause you this much upset? I always ask blessing when taking pictures of children aswell as posting them on the internet. There is an way out on bebo that allows you to make pictures merely viewable by people on your roll, what if she/he set their settings to that? I think a advocate is a bit extreme. Ask the person first.

And crazy daffodil - by the looks of it you steal pictures stale the internet judging by your DP. I've lost count of the amount of faker sites ive see that picture on.
Contact the company that hosts this persons pattern site or if it's a site like My Space contact them and explain the situation they will most imagined take the pictures down.

An attorney's suggestion is needed to deal beside the rest of the matter. By adjectives means go and get legal warning from a licensed attorney.
If you took the pictures, then you own the copyright (yes they are copyrighted by honesty of being "surrounded by fixed form").

Follow the instructions carefully at www.chillingeffects.org to own them taken down. You don' need to contact the personage involved.

Stick to the simple facts in the memorandum you will write. No malice, no story how the being came to enjoy the pictures, no of it is relevant. Follow the examples exactly.
Beware of barrack-room lawyers relating you you don't have copyright on your pictures. This is uninformed bunkum. You do enjoy copyright (see Copyright, Design and Patents Act, 1982).

In the first instance, you should contact Bebo and tell them that this is your child, that the pictures are yours but hold been published lacking your consent, and that they must remove them immediately.

Even if you bequeath a copy of the pictures to a third party, you do not lose any of your copyright whatsoever, unless you explicitly sign it away.

Who will win this lawsuit?

My uncle and his friend Al agreed that Al will buy my uncles car for 3500. After they shook hand, my uncle took out some paper and wrote, "I will deal in my car to Al Williams for $3500 and Al will settle up me the money when I deliver the car on Monday." My uncle signed the weekly too. On monday, Al refused to buy the vehicle. My uncle sued Al to enforce the contract. Who will win here?
Answers: your uncle
Al will win.

Since Al never took possession of the car, the contract be never consummated.
As you describe it All didn't sign the contract. Your uncle might as well be claiming *I* agreed to buy his saloon.

What are pros and cons of capital punishment?

Answers: You don't enjoy to sympathize with criminals or want them to avoid a shocking punishment to ask if the death cost prevents or even reduces crime and to assume about the risks of executing innocent inhabitants. Your question is much too earth-shattering to settle on the basis of nouns bites or without answers to these.

125 folks on death rows enjoy been released beside proof that they were wrongfully convicted. DNA is available surrounded by less than 10% of adjectives homicides and isn’t a guarantee we won’t execute innocent people.

The disappearance penalty doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the demise penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The annihilation penalty is neither. Homicide rates are better in states and regions that hold it than in those that don’t.

We hold a good alternative. Life minus parole is now on paperwork in 48 states. It system what it says. It is sure and swift and seldom appealed. Life without parole is smaller quantity expensive than the death cost.

The death cost costs much more than life contained by prison, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent citizens.

The death cost isn't reserved for the worst crimes, but for defendants with the worst lawyer. It doesn't apply to people next to money. When is the last time a flourishing person be on death row, consent to alone executed?

The death cost doesn't necessarily help family of murder victims. Murder victim line members across the country argue that the drawn-out destruction penalty process is uncomfortable for them and that life in need parole is an appropriate alternative.

Problems with speeding up the process. Over 50 of the innocent populace released from death row have already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent person.
Pros:

Capital punishment ensure those guilty will not re-enter society. However this can also be achieved through life-sentences. It serves as a deterrent. Knowing you might go and get executed if you get caught for committing a crime might stop you from doing it, conceptually.

Cons:

Some say methods are cruel and unusual and consequently unconstitutional. They also argue killing the killer doesn't make the goverment any better and that adjectives murder is wrong.
there is a man surrounded by Michigan
who raped his 8 DAY old daughter
anally and vaginally
she died of internal hemorrhaging
he also pulsate his girlfriend up while they were on the passageway to the hospital
I say
Its time to tapered the herd
pros: 0
cons: the state should not take out people.

Are u sick that the rights of criminals seem to be more vital to some ppl than the rights of victims?

A perfect example of specifically those who hold a vigil for the sicko who raped & killed the Van Dam girl. How can anyone own any sympathy for a man who raped burned & killed a lil girl? Where are the vigils for her? I'm so sick of these bleeding heart who think that a sicko resembling that deserves more rights than a kid who was raped & kill. People like that should be put a bullet to the boss on the spot. No waiting 20 years for appeals.
Answers: I agree, criminals have WAY more rights than they deserve. It sickens me when you hear more or less things of this nature. Some guy robs a home get stuck in their garage and later is able to sue them for personal damages. B***H you be in someones else house, verbs your head out till you hear a pop!!! What is up in a America that it is OK to hurt someone and afterwards the sympathy goes to the criminal?
As am I ..
As am I..
hooya. the individuals who are running our system is all screwed up and it is other about the almighty dollar regardless what they voice
i respect the right to life issue, nearby is a valid reasoning behind the logic, we hold many supposedly heinous rapists and murderers that are found to be innocent after spending years and years of their lives trailing bars..

for every sound example you can bring up to support the legitimate departure sentence there are multiple sentences that be wrongly handed down to argue against it...

hopefully you read this to entirety.i fathom out their side but prefer to have a landfill within the desert waiting for the thugs, no press, no theatrics just a bullet and shovel the dirt over the dirtbag
I be listening to Age of Innonece by Iron Maiden when I saw this and If you look up the lyrics it's almost this. Im sick of it also. Pepole who broke the law to obtain here are geting support when there not suppose to be here. I agree near you on the Death Penalty also. As soon as there trial ends the 1 week to live timer begin till the lethal injection or gas chamber.

Who will win this lawsuit?

On October 8th, my friend informed his neighbor that he disaffirmed the contract and asked for his money back. The neighbor refuse and my friend sued her. Who will win?

What should the judge do going on for the evidence introduced in court?

My friend Anne vocally agreed to buy Johns house, including all furniture for $150,000. John wrote up a contract of mart that they both signed. The written agreement read, in division, Anne agrees to purchase and John agrees to sell Johns house for $150,000. The contract have many other jargon, but it made no mention of furniture. Before Anne closed and moved in, John removed adjectives the furniture. Anne sued John for breach of contract and, in court, begin to explain about the resourceful oral agreement that stated that furniture was included within the sale price. What should the regard as being do with this evidence Anne is introducing within court and why
Answers: Well... then it become he said she said... without proof of the oral agreement... he will probably stick beside the written one... Sorry to Anne... she should have included it surrounded by the written one. Hope she learns from her mistake.
Do approaching Judge Marilyn on the People's Court. Say to Anne, "Watch this," then turn to John and ask, "Did you agree to include the furniture surrounded by the sale?", and when John say no, tell Anne that her oral agreement is worth the weekly it's printed on.

Your friend should've been smarter than that, and don't blame the go-between.
Without trying to sort out the specific case, I would own to say that the JUDGE is the best conciliator of what evidence is admissible. The jurors are not usually trained in statute, and the lawyers are not fair-minded.

As for the specific case, it seem to this layperson that unless the furniture is explicitly mentioned in the contract or in that are at least disinterested witnesses to any oral commitment on John's part, Anne have bought an empty house.
