Guess what? You just discriminated.
Guess what? All the manly doctors in town can't sue you for it. You're in your rights.

Guess what? You just discriminated.

I bought a leather sofa from DFS UK which I waited 8 weeks for, but it does not look similar to the swatch sample?

They proclaim it from Italy and make it up surrounded by the colour you choose.
It was deliver two days ago and we are not happy to find that the leather does not look similar to the sample contained by the shop.

Can we refuse to preserve it and demand a compensation?

The sales creature we spoke to yesterday said that the leather colour we chose IS supposed to be mottley, but the swatch sample does not show this and ALL the other colour choices we be told yesterday are plain without ANY mottliness at adjectives. If the one we chose is the only one to be exact SUPPOSED to be mottely, shouldn't someone have pointed it out when we ordered it?

Additionally the full sofa feels similar to PVC, the leather is really smooth and slippery, where-as the sofa in the showroom have a different texture and feel.

What is a certified copy of a document? Is it the same as a noterized copy?

Answers: No. A certified copy is one i.e. issued by specific industries: banking, tangible estate, criminal or civil legal cases, and so.
A notorized copy is when a Notary watches you sign something--and puts the notoary stamp on it to prove it's your signature-and that it be you who signed it in front of him/her.
The difference is as stated above. As a footnote, though, I would add on that if you're thinking about writing your second will and testament, have it notarized. The cost is very well worth it in the certainty that your assets, if any, are not frozen.

Isn't it time for a new "Steal this Book"?

1) The right for landlords of an apartment building to vacate their tenant for ANY reason they longing, without describing a tenant the reason.I articulate this because my ex-landlords gave me, and my 10 year antiquated, a 60 day sense to move out, because they weren't getting enough money, so they have so-called recovering drug-addicts, and alcoholics move into good family homes, 1/2 the rent being remunerated for BY the government, BY your local taxpayer, minus their consent! I had to use my 10 year outmoded son's savings commentary, to put down a deposit on the place we now live. My son doesn't enjoy a savings explanation anymore.

2) A woman's "right" choose to abort her baby or not. How have murder ever become a "right"? Once a woman becomes pregnant, she is supposed to be thinking for two, impossible to tell apart way she will devour for two, so why does she have the "right" to over-ride her child's outcome to live, when she thinks her toddler must die? Shouldn't she be made to get a second view, like several people do when they're not at your best? Perhaps from the father? Maybe he will get the "rights" he deserves later!?

3) Affirmative Action: One example: The right of CPA (so-called Child Protection Agency) to investigate parents CONSTANTLY for ridiculous accusations against them and the protection of their children. My son and I go through a law-suit against an apartment complex for disallowing children to play outside, which is of course against the ruling, but they also had CPA investigate us several times, because I was suing their azz! Do you believe CPA noticed? Do you ruminate CPA cared? F NO! Perhaps they thought it be FUN? A neighbor of mine was accuse by her ex-boyfriend of doing drugs, and was "investigated" by the CPA, due to the prosecution, without proof, and she doesn't do them, or drink for the concern! I've known her for 6 years! JFC! This is the LIFE Liberals want???????????

1. Limit people to two kids...near the world population already above 6.5 Billion we are a real hazard to ourselves. We control the growth of pretty much every other species than our own... yet our species numbers is the one cause MOST problems (air pollution, deforestation, urban sprawl).. the problem is really that we are living longer so our kids are no longer replacing us or our parents... I would really like to consideration people to 1 child but I know this does create social problems like kid abandonment...

2. Make it a crime for ancestors who have serious genetic problems to enjoy kids at all.. if you hold a serious problem and willingly go beyond it on to your kids you have NO RIGHT to complain almost how bad your problem is.. you enjoy no right to get treatment since if it be "really" that bad you wouldnt want to go past it on to your kids

3. (if law 1 didnt go and get put in place) I would cut sour welfare to people who maintain having kids while on welfare.. if your duration is sooo hard human being poor then why are you still have kids?? so I would pay for kid 1 and kid 2 but if they kept have kids - their check would not increase

In Court Cases I know sc means small claims what does Ci and P miserable?

Answers: ci could mean criminal intent, surrounded by criminal law, don't know give or take a few P. plaintiff but why not just right to be heard plaintiff, don't know?
I am guessing that you are looking at docket numbers, the number assigned to a case by a court. Each court have its own system. In my court, each grip is designated with post, the year it was initiated and next another number. For instance, CR05-1000 would be the 1000th criminal case file in 2005. CI within my court means civil. P medium probate. SC means small claims. I could single guess what these mean surrounded by your local court.

How can I enforce a vehicular and pedestrian right of way from our posterior garden?

We have other had (46 years contained by our current ownership & previous owners before that) vehicle and pedestrian access from our flipside garden onto an area of ground which is privately owned but open to adjectives. A development company in a minute wants to build houses on this environment and the current planning drawing would remove this vehicle access to our property. I have raise various objection to the council's planning department pointing this out, but they say it is a civil canon issue which is not a reason they can use to stay away from planning permission. I don't want to enjoy to get solicitors involved as this would swallow massive money, as I don't see why we should have to payment for solicitors when our private right of way have existed for so long. I have written to the architects as all right, but so far no reply has be received. Is there a bearing of preventing them from building on the land over which we enjoy access?
Answers: If you wish to thieve on a well-funded developer regarding a home issue dispute, without a specialist solictor, later you are, with respect, a fool.

Answers suggesting you contact the CAB are far-reaching of the mark. If you do run to the CAB, this is not the sort of dispute they will be interested in, and will not return with involved.

You are sugegsting you have a private right of road. I'm not sure you do. You may have, but it is exceedingly fact dependent.

You stipulation detailed legal counsel on what (if any) private property rights you may have. You come across to be proceeding on the basis that they are a given - but until a court say you have these rights (or both sides agree you enjoy them), you don't have them - except surrounded by your head.

You can write to the developers, architects and Uncle Tom Cobbley, but in need a solictor's letter and (at least) the threat of proceedings they will completely forget about you.

Get some proper legal counsel immediately from a proper solictor experienced surrounded by real property - or you'll find that any rights you do enjoy, have be extinguished by a large nouns of houses.
If it's a private road, then you have need of to file for an exemption doing a tour to keep the access contained by place. If it's a public road then you can just lobby your council or planning department to not change the right of method.

I cannot see how a lawyer would not be required if within is any dispute or the paperwork is beyond your ability to fiddle with. You will have to prefer what it's worth to you and plan accordingly. Of course a thorough review of the building and planning requirements surrounded by your region would be the first order.
You unquestionably need solicitor if you want to hang on to this access.
