Is the US still the land of the free?

If the US is so proud to be the environment of the free then why is it that US Citizens are the ones that fulfil the law and the Immigrants are the ones that can run ramped through out country? Is that really the ground of the free for the American Citizens in the US? Or are they only trying to make it look similar to were still the stop of the free?
Answers: The US hasn't been the "Land of the Free" within quite some time very soon... We have become the "Land of the Sheep"... We ALLOW insane level of taxation, we ALLOW abominations such as the misnamed Patriot Act, we ALLOW administration intrusion into the most private aspects of our lives, we EXPECT the government to earnings our bills, provide us insurance, make our lives "comfortable" ... To answer my own request for information, it's currently illegal for inhabitants to come here and work lousy jobs for little take-home pay. Even though without them, none of us could afford the cost of food.

We have just now sold our house and have moved on.
