California Petty Theft Advice --- Please Help?
Recently caught by Kohls California store for a petty theft of $50. Officer charged beside Misdemeanor. Will they put me in Jail or only some fine and community services? The merchandise is of $44 dollars. Can I appeal for Infraction? Why did they charge me Misdemeanor?I am feeling so ashamed about the together thing presently since for few dollars I have lost adjectives my peace of mind, sleep and I am not able to live my majority life. I hold to appear in front of court surrounded by month of February. Has someone faced this benign of situation? Will it remain on my records?
I really dont want to travel in Jail. I am in position to pay fine. Will i be on some probation? Is in that any kind of diversion program that i can request for?

She would tell me she made call to the State of California just to bring in a simple inquiry when she lied. There were adjectives sorts of deviant or just incompetent things they be doing so after about nearly a year, this is when I broke it bad. There were so copious warnings and I could see it a short time ago wasn't working.
Their son began an clean-up of harassment, gosipping, lying on me, and bash me to anyone at the congregation, to mutual friends of my family, to my son's college and just to anyone really. I call up one of the elders from my land hall and reported this conduct, but nil was done. Then months subsequent, I learned he and his friend be slandering me at Radio Shack where the son in a minute worked and that the father was encouraging this behavior.
I again spoke to an elder at my congregation and finally they took the two sons and their father into a meeting, have to threaten to disfellowship them because what they were doing be so blasphemous and ungodly, and it was illegitimate, and then it finally stopped to my fluency. I had also threatened to sue respectively of their families for slander and vilification because the Radio Shack manager told me directly that he believed the vilification about me that he be hearing from these males.
Well, one of the boys' father was an elder surrounded by our congregation and he finally was forced to step down, and his son, subsequently on was disfellowshipped. The basic instigator and his father no longer attend the congregation, no doubt out of loss of composure or just because they are evil and would lone bring dishonesty and uncleanliness to the congregation, and I have hear no more rumors, but it was funny because their annoyance of me and false allegations went ongoing for masses months with no stop until I threatened to sue and brought it to the elder's attention. I believe the suing bit helped put a quash to their propensity to spread gossip and lies going on for me.
What I found most interesting is that when I confided in a few of whom I thought be my true spiritual family from my congregation that if they continued spreading false rumors I would sue, they get MAD at me! --- not the evil misbehaving, lying males, but me! So I asked them, "What have you said to the gossipers who made slander and lies against me? Were you so nutty at them like you are at me?" Guess what their reply be? "Well, we just don't seize involved in adjectives that stuff". But it's funny because they heard beside their own ears, direct slander from these males but never stepped up and quoted them any Bible scriptures about the badness of their conduct. They freshly let it jump on right before their eyes.
I finally applied Matthew 18: 15 - 18, which say "Go to your brother when he has sinned against you and speak near him. (I did that) Then if he won't listen, take a witness and confront him again (I did that). If he still won't listen, nick it to the elders of the congregation, and if he still will not bring heed and stop his evil, TREAT HIM AS THE TAX MAN". This means give somebody a lift him to court if need be, or report him to the authorities. I be on the verge of doing purely that, but in the lapse, they did them ownselves in and two are disfellowshipped and the other two do not attend the empire hall anymore.
Your chance is to take it to the elder at this point of your congregation or church, and if it does not stop after they warn him, afterwards you can treat him as the tax man and sue him. Make sure to let go all record and take copious follow-up as to each time he slandered you and who he said it to.
It's such a harsh thing to do to dish the dirt about others for no angelic reason. I no longer attend that territory hall but for lots other valid reasons too. They are a bunch of hypocrites and I purely cannot be around that blasphemy and bigotry.

If an item is stolen beyond the checkout point and the greeter asks for a acceptance and you continuously walk out of the store and drive away, what are the likelihood of a camera getting you on tape and following through next to getting caught?Also. the car be parked out front...If the licence plate was taken down, are they most expected to do anything at that point?
