Boyfriend's ex wife is using his name for accounts, what can be done?

My boyfriend have been divorced for one year, lawfully seperated for two. Since the divorce, my boyfriend occasionally recieves bills (a hospital bill, a credit card bill, ect) for accounts he did not create, from his exwife's city and state. His exwife is a heavy drug user and have forged his name frequent times during the seperation. Today my boyfriend recieved a letter from a collections agency, once again from the ex's city and state, for what appears to be an electric bill.

What should we do? Can he press charges?
Answers: Definitely. And own that little witch arrested for fraud. Send a copy of the divorce decree to every company that sends you bills, including the collection agencies. If they don't own your signature on any documents and you have never lived at the address or been to the stores you are getting the bills from, they can't trademark you pay, but you enjoy to FIGHT this. It won't just stir away without abundantly of effort on your cog.

press charges against her. call for the cops, but if he is allowing it to happen here is nothing the cops can do.

#2) fax/present to bank and whatnots a copy of the divorce decree and enunciate "I am not with her anymore"

Should these parents be accused of a crime?

This be in the word recently- a 13 year old girl have been conversation to what she thought was a 16 year mature handsome boy on my space for 6 months. Then all of a sudden the "boy" wrote horrible things approaching "the world would be a better place without you!" etc; she get really upset and went up to her room and hung herself, died the subsequent day at the hospital- turned out in that really wasn't a "boy" but was made up by parents of a girl that she just this minute had a falling out next to. Answers: I read about this surrounded by several different articles and the tragic part be that both parents were extremely aware of this situation. They monitored her myspace account and be usually in the room when she be on the computer.
The daughter was incredibly open near her mother about the relationship and the Mother tried to discuss her daughter into abandoning the relationship adjectives together.
This was not her parents condemn, and no they shouldn't go to put inside, losing a daughter is punishment enough for sure.
Besides; they did everything they could, it be a cruel prank played by another girl and this is a deep societal issue. I would blame movies resembling Mean Girls before I blamed her parents.

Well no I still don't think she should enjoy been arrested but I am sure she have to live with the fluency that her little prank caused some girl to steal her life. What she did be morally wrong but it was also the victim's choice...
Maybe this will abet others realize how powerful cruel acts can be.

You would cogitate they could come up with something to charge the mother & the other those involved with. I be really upset by this story as well. She be just a short time girl and they were really cruel to her.
Technically the parents can not be convicted for a crime because near is no law within that state that would convict them.
However, if we are on the topic of moral and ethnic decency, later without a doubt those parents should be sentenced to top-security prison for an indefinite period of time. The inhumanity on the sector of the parents in the said covering show a defined lack of any morals or thought on their member. The article was made by two juvenile girls, the girl's mother gave them blessing to create the Myspace page.

Last I heard, the parents of the departed girl are trying to sue the two girls and their mother.

Unlike modern attorneys, the Framers of the Constitution intended their writings to be buried by the average person. I enjoy NEVER seen any explanation that be as easy to deduce as the actual amendments.

Why is the drinking age 21 in usa?

I dont realize this at all. I only just turned 18, and I can legally drink alcohol surrounded by EVERY country in the world except the fused states. I am a european immigrant, and in europe you can drink at 16 contained by some countries. Dont people here recognize that the more you prohibit something, the more people will treat roughly it? Why do you think that when the drinking age is lower, smaller amount people drink(proven)?? You can do everything at 18, except drink? Someone please explain this to me I am awfully confused.
