I enjoy no sympathy for illegal aliens so I doubt incredibly seriously that I would go out of my path to get to know them.

First you say aloud that if "right wing people" would get to know forbidden immigrants intuitively, they'd get to the point of man capable of opinion sympathy for them. The difference between an illegal alien and a permissible one is their behavior -- just similar to the difference between any alien and a citizen is their behavior. Just like the difference between a woman who give birth in married state and woman who gives birth out of marriage is her behavior. But the difference between black and white is not based on behavior. Why is this comparison constantly mortal made?
Many "right wing" people know undocumented workers and twig why these workers came here to try and breed their lives better.

Problem is her probation officer said she can't talk to me, but she does. I enjoy never gotten anything legal stating I can not hold any contact with her. Our poster has not told us what the court directive said about the jargon of this girl's probation or how much discretion was delegate to the probation department.
We also don't know anything about the poster which might distribute the probation officer the right to limit contact near her. For example, the "client" could be 14 and the poster 45. Does that change your vista?
The asker states he has never received anything legitimate stating that he could not have contact next to her, but the girl has. She have been warn by her probation officer and she can in certainty run into trouble if she ignores that. Whether the PO in fact has the authority or not is beside the point--it will be the girl who is haul in front of a mediator to explain the situation.
