so this guy starts a fight beside me for no reason when i thought we be friends while im kicking it with his enemy who arent his friends and i beat his ***. the subsequent day he go around looking 4 me with a tack hammer. he said he is going to get his uncle and come find me. his uncle is supposed to be some highly respected guy contained by a asian gang you all enjoy probably never heard of. but so these 2 are going to come look 4 me and any kill or bounce me. what can i do? i have no proof simply guesses. i have ways of protecting myself but the end no matter what is going to be me limp or in reformatory. and DONT say restraining directions. that **** dont work. do you really think culture will stay away from some one just cuz a piece of composition says you hold 2?Answers: Well, you are in the canon and ethics portion. The legal response to your problem is to get hold of a restraining order. Since you hold no faith surrounded by the legal system [evidenced by referring to a restraining demand as just a piece of paper], after the there really isn't a legalized answer for you. While it is true that a restraining order "is simply a piece of paper", it's helpful to you because that instrument if you see any of these people, consequently you could call the police and they would be arrested earlier they started attacking you. Even if you don't get a restraining proclaim, you can still call the police if you see them and you touch threatened at all.
Those are your allowed options. Non-legal responses would be: fur, move away, try to apologize, or the terrible notion of attacking them/defending yourself, which could end up landing you within jail.
I recommend calling the police.
Well realistically in recent times call the cops dude.
How long can a person travel to prison for throwing a rock through a window within Florida?
Answers: I would assume that this is a misdemeanor property crime (vandalism). I would also assume there be no racial or other tactless motives. Assuming that, I would imagine someone beside no prior record wouldn't serve any detain time at all, if they agreed to kind reparations and were sorry for their whereabouts.
The statute defines pull to real or personal property as "criminal mischief" and states that the crime is a misdemeanor if the hurt is less than $1,000. A second point misdemeanor has a maximum top-security prison time of 60 days and a fine of up to $500, and a first degree misdemeanor have a maximum jail time of one year and a fine of up to $1,000.
"806.13 Criminal mischief; penalty; penalty for minor.--
(1)(a) A human being commits the offense of criminal mischief if he or she willfully and maliciously injures or damages by any way any real or personal property belonging to another, including, but not fixed to, the placement of graffiti thereon or other acts of vandalism thereto.
(b)1. If the ruin to such property is $200 or less, it is a misdemeanor of the second amount, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
2. If the destruction to such property is greater than $200 but less than $1,000, it is a misdemeanor of the first amount, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083."
Good luck,

Anyone who intentionally tries to inflict damage on others, whether by rock or otherwise, has no high regard for the life and safekeeping of others. This person must enjoy way too much time on their hand and a mindset that includes violence.

There is no quick answer to your query.
You're already doing the first smart thing: research. Of course, Yahoo Answers! is solely the first stop. Look around the Internet for other helpful websites on self-defense-- especially those geared toward women surrounded by urban areas.
Next, I'd suggest you try to find a self-defense class. I'm not talking more or less martial arts but to some extent the classes often qualified at colleges (for the female students) or given at YMCAs, YWCAs and the American Red Cross. You should find exactly what you have need of to know there. What you'll be qualified is how to make yourself appear smaller amount like a dutiful target-- by staying away from places you're likely to be victimized, projecting an assertive and confident bearing to deter would be assailants, being alert to your surroundings and positioning yourself surrounded by situations to be more protected. There's a lot more. The websites and those classes serve up that information within the way that will be most adjectives to you.
I picked your question fundamentally because you asked about getting a gun. And my high-speed answer to that is "probably not." I'm a big proponent of individual gun rights, but I also know that lots people hold their own firearm used against them. And firearms are for defending against serious bodily harm or death-- not against some youth who rides by and grabs your butt. If you own good point to fear for your natural life or personal safety, next seek out qualified professionals to instruct you on the proper and out of danger use of a firearm, practice a lot at a gun continuum and then be prepared for your life span to change drastically if you desire to carry on a regular font. (No going into post offices, checking your weapon at a courthouse, have to protect not only yourself but presently your firearm too, etc.)
Less-than-lethal devices like TASERs and chemical irritant are probably a better bet than a firearm. (Don't rule out a small blast horn any.) But its still assumed that your use of that level of force would be commensurate beside the threat posed to you. You can't "mace" a guy who grabs your butt no event how annoying it might be. So, you should still seek out professional warning (often given by the same citizens who train the safe and proper use of firearms) on the best less-than-lethal device that would be right for you.
Follow these steps leisurely until you've reached a apposite level of comfort out nearby.
Be careful and save safe.
Spray em, its self defense =)
Take Self defense classes! Those skills will serve you resourcefully in vivacity
Good luck

Don't dress provocatively or extravagantly while using the public transit, and check to see if Texas allows you to hold a small taser gun or pepper spray in your purse.

Answers: criminal
I know the sparkler "bomb" you're talking in the region of, and how they're made, however, they are just that. A BOMB and is most imagined in this daylight and age, going to be looked upon as a threat to someone. Making bombs is illegal. I know they're fun (like little sparkler bombs and mentos and coca-cola bombs) but, you'll probably find into trouble.
Why is it not a crime that she is pregnant by a 19 year old and she is 16?

He is only 18 (born april 29 1989) and she is 16 (around april 4 1991).
That stated, it appears that this is not a shield of statutory rape. It apears these kids are less than 24 months apart surrounded by age. Under Louisiana (where she is from) and California (where she resides while filming) statutes she is able to consent to sex next to Casey.

Answers: of course
consequently we got together near the neighbors and toasted marshmallows. as the fire burned down we all sit around and sang folks songs from the 60's. after the fire be completely out we moved to the lynching at the city park, we wanted to be sure the kids have an opportunity to witness the bravery of those "hooded" upstanding members of the community who put on the show.

What is the penalty for file single if your legally married?
Answers: There is no cost, but the total taxes paid by the two of you may be more than if you file together.
But it may be worth it if you are married to someone in their own business and you don't know what go on there. If your spouse hide income from the IRS, you won't be on the hook for it if you did not file a amalgamated return.
If you're married, you may want to file separately if file a joint duty return would bump you up to a higher due bracket and cause you to earnings more taxes. For example, if both the husband and wife make $50,000 a year they will reimburse less surrounded by taxes if they file separately. This is because the percentage rewarded in tariff for a person making $50,000 is smaller quantity than half of what a personality making $100,000 will pay because taxes increase as your income increases.
When respectively partner makes around the same amount of money, usually they are better stale filing separately. When one partner make significantly more than the other, filing mutually is better.
I know this is kind of complicated, and it's difficult to explain. See the attached interconnect for a better explanation.
If they catch you, they procure to go fund as many as 7 years and audit you.
If Grandma really was run over by a reindeer, can we sue Santa?
I bet that would enjoy to hurt.HOHOHO
Answers: Yes!!!! Of course! Not just for running over Grandma, but for breaking into race houses as well!
In the United States, you can sue anyone for anything. You must present fair concentration to the person you are suing surrounded by the form of a summons so that he may be in court to save from harm himself.
The easiest way is to simply foot the summons to Santa when you see him. Hide behind the Christmas tree and foot it to him when he comes out of the fireplace.
IMPORTANT: He must reach out and pinch possession of the document or you have not properly served him and he won't hold to show up in court. You can't only just slip it into his belt while he's heading back up the chimney.
I don't know roughly speaking other States, but in California you can clear 2 copies of the summons. Mail one to his legal mail address and hand deliver the other to matching address. This constitutes proper service. If he doesn't show up in court, you win automatically.
Unless you can explain the milk and cookies, I wouldn't bring up the breaking and entering article. ;o)
Merry Christmas!
If I have an unalienable first amendment right that not a soul can take away, not even the courts?
Then where on earth does yahoo answers get rotten deleting and invalidating answers or question when their TOS does not have the power of federal directive?Answers: lol are you serious?
The truth is that the Government is the ONLY thing that cannot purloin that right away (except for the FCC).
Any other organization have the right to censor and silence you.
The right to free speech does not cover what you can do on Private property.
It says that the establishment can not punish you for you opinions.
Because it is not the administration that is restricting your speech, it is the private party reporting to a private entity that they don't want you playing in their sandbox because the rules are too complicated for you.

Basically, because Yahoo pays for this service, they can do what they close to. End of story.
Otherwise, I could force you to pay for the printing of doesn`t matter what story, book, newpaper, etc that I wanted to publish.
You might want to research your belief better. Your inalienable right can be restricted.
Geesh. A thousand times a day...
You don't hold any constitutional right to free speech on a privately owned forum.
You can not walk into my house and practice your First Amendment free speech minus my permission. If you do, I'll practice my Second Amendment right to accept arms, and chase you out!
This is Yahoo's house. They make the rules.
But I agree that they are outstandingly arbitrary in their enforcement of their own rules.
Just surrounded by case you missed it...
