If I take past its sell-by date sick for a wk and used my sick time, can the co. use this time against me to drop me to PT?
They stated that if I don't work more than 34 hours and show up on some report 3 times then the company will automatically drop me to division time. The hours were one and only less than 34 because you lose a daylight when your are out sick. So if you are out 5 days you can only bring paid for 4. Additionally the said I needed to apply for medical be off after the fact because I be out more than 3 days. I'm not sure why you ask this question. If someone hires you to do a work, and the report is a part of the errand, the report is considered a "work for hire" and is the property of the person who rewarded for it.
