They contacted us yesterday stating they be Harris County (in Houston, TX), handling claims from various merchants of hot checks that be wrote earlier surrounded by the year. Answers: Because we try to legislate our way out of social problems instead of if truth be told deal beside them. If we don't like a behavior, we construct it against the law instead of try to amount out how to stop the behavior in another opening (e.g., drug use). We also have around 25% mentally ill within our prison population who would be much better served in a mental facility, but contained by the 70's we had a policy that threw friendly the doors of mental health services in favor of community nurture alternatives. But, guess what, there be not enough community vigilance facilities and congress have repeatedly cut funding for mental health charge, so they are not being created. Anyway, what politician would ever be elected for a platform that said, "I am for providing treatment for the mentally ill" over one who said "I am going to procure tough on crime!" If you can instill fear contained by people and next tell them you enjoy the solution, you can get elected.

I believe there are lots of answers to that quiz. The two that come to mind for me are:

1) The U.S.A. is a melting pot of cultures. We hold do not have a homogeneous bearing of thinking and doing things. Some people that live here enjoy no sense of their background, where on earth they come from. I think that might front to a lack of morales or even a absence of knowledge between right and wrong. Families are not as defining here as they are in other countries.

2) Our gov't can be view as corrupt but when compared to foreign nations it is seriously less flexible contained by terms of equality. For example, the "time of war on drugs" has lead to a huge surge in prison populations.
Since the '70's the US have been rugged on drug and alcohol abuse . I've sit in different court rooms and observed that 50 - 75 % of the cases involve drugs and or alcohol . ( criminal not civil of coarse )
Alot of cases are sent to rehab but most are unawares to go of late because they were caught .
Solution : coach children from the get progress how to seek security within themselves and bring rear legs 2 parent homes as a condition for having children . Women that own children out of wedlock obligation to be fixed in directive to stop filling up our prisons .

five months ago she said i was released to return to work full time beside no restrictions,now that the makeshift medical leave i be forced to take have expired,the very same doctor sayes i am not capeable of performing my duty discription.without examining me,no bloodwork,no urin specamin,,,zilch.i am now on the dole 5 days befor x-mas...just wonderfull!i necessitate some help!within a bad track.please

It sounds like you enjoy 2 things going on. We're you released from your w/c injury to full duty and then have a medical condition that put you on medical leave?

If you are disabled due to the w/c injury your company is still liable for you. If it is an unrelated medical condition phone your employer and request to be seen by the physician to discuss your fitness for duty.

If your physician give you a rating the insurance company owes you a settlement (money) for the rating.

You will have trouble getting the fishing splash conviction expunged. Since they charged him as an adult even tho he be a juvenile, that means they give somebody a lift it seriously. Also, it is not necessarly true that he would never steal fishing line again merely because he is now an accountant. Was he a fisherman when he stole it the first time?
