Yes I had an unfavorable ruling from the judge that works for ssa and the rationale is that the judge said that substance rough up was the factor to my disability, but I own been stale drugs since 2004 and my condition is the same as it be then. I am at the appeals horizontal and I was wondering if any legal representative had matching situation within the ultimate 2 years and the claimant won benefits. I be at war next to the SSA for a while a few years ago. I am a disabled veteran with spinal problems and messed up knees. My V.A. disability rating be not very large and I couldn't work so I was looking for other alternatives. My V.A. rep told me to shift to the SSA and file a claim. I did so... I jump through all the hoops, give them access to my V.A. medical records, get checked out by their doctors... After about 6 months of this, they told me that, fatefully, I was not eligible for Social Security Disability or any other facilitate from them since I had be out of the army for 5 years. So, here I am, physically disabled because I chose to serve my country, and the SSA is of no help... The crack user that lived down the street from me, however... She was drawing more than $2,000 per month from them. The motivation? She was an user, and a drug addiction is a disability.
My advice to you? Tell them you are a drug user. Go to treatment. They will help you if you are still addicted... They purely won't help you if you are trying to straighten up your existence.

I live near Fibromyalgia, Seizures and daily migraines and own problems with keeping my home contained by tiptop shape , or even getting out and getting groceries at times! I hate shopping sometimes. Its rough. However, when i have my children next to me and we walk at our own gait we do JUST FINE and enjoy adjectives kind of festiviities. LIFE is too short to be miserable, so give the brush-off the ignorance of those who are ignorant. :)

Answers: All of these suggestions are not promising to work. The best method of prison rape prevention is not to do crime at all. Then you don't stop in prison thus you don't return with raped.
Prison rape is no joke. Unless you are really big physically then you requirement protection. That usually means belonging to a gang. Or paying for protection. Or performing some service of worth (Jail House Lawyer) for people who can protect you.

I would probably start laughing. Most of the MD's (aka MurDer) that I enjoy come into contact with spoke surrounded by a very condescending bearing towards me, as if I were stupid or not qualified to know about my own condition -
I would expect it though if I went to see an M.D. for a aim other than a broken upper limb or something of that nature. I single want to be cut open, enjoy things removed, have bones re-broken so they can be re-located, my blood drained, be drugged-up-so-I-would-shut-up, lower than certain circumstances and those circumstances would enjoy to be sudden and life threatening. And after still I would expect to be humiliated and treated in an unprofessonal behaviour.
