I almost died once, and it was one of the life span defining moments. I made an oath to myself that I will do somthing to save lives. As I prepare for 5 years I made alot of personal sacrfices. I get help from some nation from the federal goverment and non profit professional volunteer group.Ive figured out how to achieve stuff that are worth tens of thousands of dollars to help me work for a well-mannered cause. If a copyright owner sees music that shouldn't be within, he'll just submit a DMCA takedown identify to YouTube and your video will be removed.

If not, then it's court (unless ND has some wacky laws). But if you suggest you weren't responsible for the damage, or are person billed more than the fair repair cost, later challenge it.
I'm not sure that you did duplicate, but when I go to vacate my apt., we have a checklist that will be signed bad on when we do the walkthrough. If you did the same and own a copy of that checklist, that's proof enough I would dream up.
I'd just convey them to go fly a kite. It would be upon them to prove that you cause damage that be later found. The mode I look at it, if they feel they inevitability to replace a carpet because of finding a dog toy that be probably missed from some previous tenant before you be there, that's they're problem. Piece of advice, though it's too unsettled for that apartment. Take photos of any apartment you move into, BEFORE you put anything in here, taking photos of all angles, and especially any plunder you find. Once you've emptied the apartment when you are moving out, do the markedly same thing. Save and date adjectives photos. That way you own backup proof if something like this happen again.
