Christmas Bonus?

The other verbs is that my boss is my husbands uncle. I have already purchased gifts for my household based upon the productive bonus amount. I normally would not enjoy spent money that I don't have but, but I figured things would be impossible to tell apart as they have other been. My daughter is one accused because her boss said she be acting like she be on drugs during a x-mas holiday event. Being a concerned parent I took her to get a drug assessment and the results were cynical, now I would similar to to sue his manager for slander, and being dishonestly accused and relaying the message to adjectives her co-workers that she was on drugs. What are my option of suing this guy?
