After my father passed away my brother gifted me what he considered necessary of dads money..?

Now my lawyer requests him to sign a paper stating he endowed me what he wanted and that we are through. He will not sign that article. When it is only for my protection. Should I be worried. We enjoy a verbal agreement that others are aware of. But I am not close by any system to my brother. The letter be mailed to him 2 months ago and very soon he will not respond to any of my emails or calls reguarding this. What can I do??

If he asks for the money back, seem to me the lack of a written document will work against him too. You claim it be a gift, he claims it be a loan, but neither has anything to support their statements. Especially if you enjoy relatives who can back up your story, I don't infer he'll have any allowed grounds to get it vertebrae from you. All the same, conceivably stick it in a money account and basically let it sit and accrue interest until this blows over.
You brother may hold created a bit of mess if your dad left a will, and more of a mess if he didn't.

Should Action Be Taken About the Abuse of "Abuse"?

Americans have a civil right specifically called Freedom of Speech. Yahoo Answers have a rule that two complaints causes a post to be delete. Of course, they want to use this as a way to hold on to profanity, obscenity, etc., off these forums. Unfortunately, this is not the channel members are using the Deletion process.

They are using the "Abuse" switch as a weapon against anyone who disagrees with them any politically or in religious matter.

This is clearly against the civil rights of all Americans. It is stifling the political and religious view of other people, denying them their right to Freedom of Speech. Any complaint more or less this only results within a form letter.

Perhaps an attorney should be consulted, and Yahoo Answers explain their deficit of control over these forums. I am saving a copy of every post of mine that have been delete and I ask that everyone who has a delete post save a copy. I am also abiding posts that DO use profanity and obscenity and are NOT deleted.

I find it amusing when people try to only blame it on yahoo guidleines when it is actually yahoo users using the misuse option to attain the question delete in the first place. I give attention to yahoo should change the policy and variety it harder for fascists to delete questions and answers purely because they disagree with the view stated.

The people who articulate too bad are probably one and the same people reporting our question and answers in proclaim to get them removed. They prove themselves to be un-american and anti civil liberties close to free speech.

Look, if someone reports a post that does not violate Yahoo rules then you enjoy the right to appeal. You get a form dispatch response and are told how to have your appeal review. If you embezzle the time to do that, then Yahoo read your post and responds. I've done it. You get your points rear and there's no more issue.

Yahoo Answers have it's own rights to have what it desires to have represented on it's website.If they choose a policy to determine how they want things on their website to be modified, later they can. If they choose to eliminate your answer, they can. This is not a US website. It is world yawning.

I agree AND disagree with you. Yahoo Answers is private and you agree near their rules before your first post. No different than any other "contract" you sign. You would be wasting time and money trying to return with any "legal" satisfaction. Problem I enjoy is when you appeal a decision, you once in a while get any answer except a "copy and paste" of the Community Guidelines wise saying they decided you violated them. I read a request for information that was nil more than a bunch of letters thrown together beside no actual words include. I answered by telling the bough he would need to restate his/her interview to get an answer. I get reported for not answering the question. Yes, you are wrong. Child molester imply some sexually mischievous conducts. Spanking a kid is not one of them. There is a fine line about abuse. Often that fine chain is physical bruises or injury. If there is none, after a simple spanking is not abuse. The parents must know how much force to use and use extra precaution, but it is needed contained by disciplining unruly kids.

I have of late one question. If instead of a nativity display, the local establishment set out a Hanukah display or at some other point a Budhist display or perhaps built a small mosque on the town square, how would you quality about it?

I truly want we could all a moment ago chill out and enjoy and respect respectively others holidays and traditions. But since we can't governments inevitability to stay out of the holiday display business.
