GRANDPARENTS! I have a problem my wife and I are joyfully married but we have a problem next to the grandparents.?

My wife and I are active duty military. We enjoy been staioned overseas surrounded by korea for 1 year. We are now stationed within WA our problem is mainly next to her parents The last time we set her parents contact to the children they call child protective services and file a complaint of neglect 1 afternoon before christmas eve. Which be found to be unsubstantiated but under the statute they were prohibited to tell us who file the complaint but the grandparents admitted it subsequent. both children have be in the conditional custody of the grandparents for 1 year because we were deployed. She wishes to tell them.. no issue what she will be w. her children and you. If she later have to drop her career and be a military wife so be it. Do they want her to be divorced and hurt? She could voice fine... we can get a divorce (as a ploy) and work an arrangement out. So she loses her profession.

If your children are beside you, allow the grandparents to see them in your home or contained by your presence. Don't allow overnight stays outside of your home. Reconnect with your children and reinforce that you are their parents.

If you are deployed to a station where on earth you cannot take your children, label other arrangements for their care. But first, take them. I don't see why you didn't bear them to Korea. It isn't a war zone.

I appreciate that you and your wife are serving our country, but your children are suffering from your nothingness. Even if their grandparents were angels who never said a doomed to failure word about you, your children will open to act out of a sense of discarding. You are their parents. They need you.

If it is possible for at least possible one of you to leave the military to strictness for your children, I hope you will do that.

you need to inaugurate documenting these things and having proof because if you dont and your wife get a good attorney then they will chew you up within court and you will be left speechless, do you own pictures of her cutting herself or even the cuts, or pictures of her trying to hang down herself? maybe if you can procure record of her have been sent to a mental institution and why after you will have a foundation for your plan, but later they might say that you can't embezzle care of your child because you are surrounded by the armed forces. So my questions are, can this company initiate a collection against me even if the issue is between them and CitiMortgage? Are they competent to do a collection while I am mobilized?

I "had" no issue with resolving this, however, in a minute I want to make it as sore and costly for them as possible. Thanx.

Did you pay envelope your own property taxes too, so this was an overpayment?

If so, transmit them to pound sand and ask the city/county for a refund, it's not your problem.

Thing is as other said you can report them to pound sand. Since you are deployed there is nought that they can do. If they attempt any action it is in actual fact great. When you return you can make vivacity miserable for all involved.

If your wife have access to the base or post she should walk there and speak w. someone. If not here are people to appointment. You are deployed.

After that is done she should write a adjectives letter explaining the situation. Include a enumerate on the letter of what other documents are roofed so they won't be able to say aloud "we never recieved the documents". Then she should send it via certified communication.

Physical detention can be considered "TORTURE" by some.
