Which branch of the U.S. government enforce the laws?
Answers: The executive branch.
The executive branch enforce the laws. The judicial branch does nought more than interpret them.
For example, congress passes a ruling making it illegal to cut down pine trees, and the president signs it. TA DA!!! It's a ruling. What happens subsequent? Nothing, unless the executive branch (specifically, some administrative agency that works for the president) goes out and enforce the law -- e.g., brings a lawsuit, impose a fine, or whatever the decree permits. The violator may struggle the administrative action, and it may move about to court -- but all the believe to be will do is write an opinion around what the right application of the law is. What happen next? Nothing, unless the executive branch enforce that opinion.

About copyright on a photo. Please read.?
OK, so I got my graduate photos sample, but I realized that the company is charging almost $200 for 4 photos, so I fixed to remove the watermark on the sample and print the photo myself. Now, my friend is asking me to do indistinguishable thing for them. I am in a minute thinking about charging them and print the photo myself. Is it endorsed to remove the watermark on the sample? Isn’t my photo beside my face on it?Now can it be copyright of the company?P.S i live within Ontario
Answers: You are violating the photo company's copyright.
Their price be $200, and you should have remunerated for your copies, even if you didn't like the price. By doing what you did you stole the fruit of their labor. They could sue you, and they would be right to do so. You could bend up owing them thousands of dollars instead of just $200.
It is not court for you to do what you did. It may be your face, but it is their work and their equipment and their art.
And if you did for others what you did for yourself, they could sue you for tens of thousands of dollars.
Don't focus there is much sentiment out nearby for people who steal other people's work.

david is right.
Not merely that, but modifying the picture, by removing the watermark for your own use is arguably not "Fair Use" either.
Canadian regulation might be slightly different, but not substantially in this good opinion. Copyright laws are pretty much like everywhere in the world by treaty.

Time limit for annulment contained by texas?
Answers: It depends. The Texas Family Code does provide specific time limits depending on the cause for the annulment. In that sense, the other answers here do not appear entirely correct.
In one example, the time limit for an annulment due to a concealed divorce is 1 year from the conjugal (see Texas Family Code at section 6.109). In another example, the time extent for an annulment due to a marriage inside 72 hours of the marriage license is 30 days from the marriage ceremony (see Texas Family code at section 6.110). I know in attendance is at least one other time inhibit.
An "annulment" is a proceeding to have a bridal declared void as if it never took place. Keep contained by mind that annulment in Texas is impressively limited and one and only for the reasons stated below. Seldom do marriage qualify for annulment.
An annulment will be granted if (1) the parties are related, by blood or adoption, or (2) any party be previously married and the prior marriage have not been dissolved.
An annulment may be granted if at the time of the wedding ceremony one party to the matrimonial was (1) underage, (2) below the influence of alcohol or drugs, (3) impotent, (4) mentally incompetent, (5) forced to marry, or (6) was misled just about prior divorce. In most cases, the law requires that the entity seeking the annulment must cease living together near the other party once the problem is discovered.
For more information on annulment, consult Chapter 6 of the Texas Family Code. In distinctive, look at sections 6.102 et seq. A intermingle is provided below.

There are no specific overall time limits spelled out, however in attendance are only a few things situations where on earth you can get an annulment surrounded by Texas.
A marriage can be annulled if, at the time of the nuptials, one party be underage, if the person asking for the annulment be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, if one body concealed a divorce (within the last 30 days), if the conjugal took place less than 72 hours after the license be issued, or due to permanent impotency; fraud, duress, or force; mental incapacity, consanguinity (too closely related); or bigamy.

While I agree that ron_mexico is technically correct something like the time limits on some reason for annulment, there are other more limiting factor than time limits. An example given be that if the marriage happen while intoxicated. If the person wake up and finds themselves married and runs out of the house then they could procure an annulment if filed contained by the time limit allowed. However, it after they discovered this they consequently continue to live as a married couple, the time hamper is not going to help them out.
State of Texas Annulment Laws
Question: I've single been married for a few months. Can I achieve an annulment?
Answer: The length of the marriage have nothing to do beside the question of the availability of an annulment. The Court may admit an annulment if the marriage is cancelled or voidable under greatly specific statutory requirements. One classic example is the regrettable Las Vegas marriage. If one spouse be incapable of effective consent because that spouse be drunk, an annulment may be possible. Another basis for annulment is impotence of a partner that be not known up to that time marriage.

My brother get a domestic abuse charge several years ago (very minor charges - lowest misd.) - go to court and took care of it. Around matching time he got a DWI. He completed adjectives of the requirements for the DWI and probation has be completed. What is he looking at? He is waiting on his lawyer to bid him back, but is freaking out. What can come about?Answers: Could be a computer error. If the cop did not arrest him on the spot, it could be that even he saw the error
If the charge and the warrant are several years old and he have not been surrounded by trouble since, he most likely won't be sentenced to any intern time. The fact that the officer permit him go is a flawless sign. Tell him to just relax and loaf for his attorney to call him wager on. His attorney will know what to do to get the warrant set aside and the defiance resolved.
Does anyone know where I can report a complaint about T-mobile?
I hold had a horrible experience next to them with somebody one able to approachable accounts on my line and me man held responsible and having to take-home pay for it even though I never authorized additional lines. Is nearby anywhere I can report them to?Answers: Similar situation I had beside Sprint a few years back. File a complaint w/FCC AND the Utilities Commissioner contained by your state. Send a copy of your complaint to the DA's office. Sprint credited my details so fast it made my organizer turn.
Report it to the FCC and quit paying for the additional lines. They cannot build you pay for lines you did not authorize. If it continues, put an end to your service with them next to a certified letter as to why you are canceling and why you will reject to pay their impulsive termination fee. (Because they be aware of this problem and did nothing almost it.) Also, file a police report in connection with the additional lines. . .someone else getting lines on your bill is identity stealing.

How long does someone legally enjoy to clear the snow from their sidewalk?
It has be three days since a snow storm, and my lazy neighbor (who owns a corner house) hasn't touched the long stretch of snow i.e. now glazed over near ice. It is hazardous, and I have to move about in the street to way of walking my dog. I know this probally varies contained by different towns, but is there a officially recognized requirement in yours? What happen if they don't shovel their snow?Answers: Each county has different requirements and penalty; call zoning
Nothing will transpire unless you report them. You can probably call the non-emergency police number to do so, or they can at least possible tell you where on earth to call. After that they will get hold of a fine which will prompt them to take supervision of it in the adjectives.
Before reporting them, be sure it's not a guy in a wheelchair or something that can't shovel, or you may shutting down up feeling doomed to failure about it.
i saw them discussion about this on the communication from d.c. the other day and they said that it is the neighbors responsibility and the police or the city will not do anything to produce them do it.
I'm curious about prisoners human being able to seize college degrees.?
Was watching Good Morning America this morning and they did a story on Pamela Smart, the woman who be convicted of coercing her then-16-year-old boyfriend into killing her husband hindmost in 1991 and be given life w/o probation. In the story, it mentioned that she have gotten 2 masters degrees. That get me to thinking about how unmerited it is that people who do horrible things and end-up contained by prison get to complete college degree on the taxpayers' money while law-abiding citizens have to sometimes walk into debt for years to pay for their college schooling. My question is if and when they are ever released, do they enjoy to repay the cost of their education hindmost? (Although I have no impression who or what they would pay it fund to?) This really strikes me as being totally and completely not right -- unsurprisingly, a lot nearly our society is not right, so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Does anyone know how this works? I am just curious in the region of it.Answers: I've wondered about things resembling that myself. I know in my state, in attendance had be a stink a few years back that some of the convicts be b itching because they couldn't get the cable channel they wanted within prison or some such nonsense. What, they deduce they kill someone and they're entitled to live similar to kings? As for the education they capture, I had a friend once who said he'd approaching to commit some crime, get tossed within jail, own his Masters paid for, and next write a book about it.
Perhaps this can be considered rehabilitation? I am more concerned in the order of prisoners who spend their time "bulkiing up" so that they leave lock away bigger, stronger, and more dangerous than ever beforehand.
If this works out, perhaps Pamela Smart will be capable of contribute to society more than the cost of a couple of Master's degrees.
I ponder that same issue, I'm 25 and I'd love to run to college, but I don't have the mechanism to, and I can't get grant, whatever. I option I could get free college and housing and food... it's not reasonable
> That got me to thinking roughly speaking how unfair it is that populace who do horrible things and end-up in prison receive to complete college degrees on the taxpayers' money while law-abiding citizens hold to sometimes go into debt for years to payment for their college education
I am sure she remunerated for it the same method you or I would. Either with money she have, scholarships she earn, or by borrowing the money.
> do they have to repay the cost of their teaching back? (Although I own no idea who or what they would retribution it back to?
You never really applied for college or have kids that did, did you?
