Hi. My host has 'lost' my trellis site has have not been competent to find their backups for 2 weeks - can I sue them?
I run an ecommerve site and two weeks ago my host 'lost' my site - they are still not sure what have happened.They can also not find any of their day by day backups of the site.
So far I would estimaet I hold lost about $8,000.00 surrounded by sales. not to mention my entire customer database.
Can I sue them for lost revenue - does anyone know a tenet firm that would handle this type of bag?

A. Man I hold run into the exact same thing. Any change you give to your child or their mother is not counted. It does not thing if you wrote a personal check to him her. You will not get credit for that money.
