Folding Knife, California Legality?
A was given a folding pierce on my 20th birthday, however I am confused over its carrying legality. From what I know here is no problem carrying a folding knife contained by California. However, the blade length of the knife I be given is 6" (!). Is it still legal to transport?I would like to remain near no criminal records.
Answers: There are a couple biggest thing to save in mind beside knives.
Folders are without blemish legit, even when fully concealed in your pocket or everywhere..as long as the blade is not extended and locked in place.
You can hold a fully sized bowie knife on your hip, so long as its within a sheath and not fully concealed.
No gravity knives, no switch blades over 2.5 ", no ballistic knife, no belt buckle knives.

It is considered to be both in most states except all of them.
It's one entity that people can stop them selves from doing, nonetheless they still do it and they end up taking innocent lives. Such a squander and such a shame.

I live in California and you can not convey a concealed weapon with out a security.
You can have your weapon surrounded by the trunk of your car, but it can not be loaded and the ammo can not be stored next to the weapon at all. The weapon must be contained by a secured type of (locked) weapon case/safe of some sort and the ammo must be as I said stored separate in the trunk away from the weapon.
At no time can you hold the weapon inside the interior of your car near the ammo in it or next to out the ammo in it, since specifically against the law to own a weapon with contained by the vehicle. Unless you have a concealed armaments permit.
Also, if you are pulled over by a peace officer you have need of to inform them that you have a weapon near in the vehicle and why you do. I would also suggest that you hold the registration on you when ever you have you weapon within the car. So that you hold proof that it's your weapon, and that it's legal.
