Is it legal to buy gun holster surrounded by CA even if I do not have a license? What ruling will cover me?
My brother is a police officer (outside USA) and is asking me to buy a holster for him. It is a lot cheaper to buy the holster here surrounded by the US. I do not know if it is legal to buy a holster even short a gun license. If so, what law will protect me? I do not want to find in trouble next to the government.Answers: This is incredibly dreadful... A holster is not a weapon, and isn't subject to any kind of scrutiny... you can buy adjectives the holsters you want in the US and no personality or law will stop you.
For that business, the US government is forbidden to infringe your right to save and bear arms - this method that if you wanted to buy guns to put surrounded by the holsters, that'd be OK too.
There are no laws surrounded by CA about holsters. Even a kid can buy one. They vend them at our local flea market.

A holster is not a firearm, and is impeccably legal to buy.
If you be to buy a firearm, you would need to jump through the appropriate background checks.

What is the difference between actual authority and apparent authority?
Answers: If I own a business I hold actual authority to make a declaration and to bind the company. If I appoint a manager, but detail him that he has to clear adjectives decisions over $1,000 next to me, then he have no "actual authority" to sign a $10,000 deal.
But, if a client negotiate that $10,000 deal beside the manager he might very well be able to hold me to it because he signed it "thinking" the head had the right to sign it because, as the governor, he had "adjectives authority".
Richard
I can think of at tiniest a half dozen contexts and I don't know which one you are discussing.

After signing the 123 Agreement, the US says that it must be ratify by the US Senate. Is this fair ?
Is thisnot close to changing the rules of the winter sport after the Match is over. Would the US accept it, if the Indian Parliament be to amend the clauses ?Answers: I believe this process is dictated by the U.S. Constitution. The States are represented in the Federation by their Senators, and hold reserved this right as a condition for them becoming members of the Federal Democratic-Republic of the United States of America.
The Executive Branch of the US governing body as represented by the President, has far smaller number power than most people (including US citizens) believe.
There is a root for this. Say what you want about the US, but they've get a terrific Constitution and have not changed government since it was implement, simply because it's based on Law, not time of war lords or people or hoi polloi.
And it has last much longer than most of the governments within Europe, so the Americans are very possible to stick with the set-up.
ALL International agreements must be ratify by the government of respectively country that chooses to be bound by it.
"How" each country ratify such agreements is a matter of their own domestic statute. In the US all treaties must be signed by the President or his designee, and consequently approved by the Senate. The rules in India for ratifying a treaty will be a concern of Indian domestic law, and I'm afraid I don't know what they are. (A hurried google finds numerous references to Indian "Instruments of ratification", but nil about how such instruments are enacted)
This isn't "varying the rules after the match is over" because that's be US law since the Constitution be enacted, and adjectives our international partners know it.
Richard
All treaties must be ratify by the respective legislatures. Do you really mull over that the president and prime minister can do whatever they want on their own? Of course the Indian Parliament will review it, and clear changes if prerequisite.
How do you know when you've had too much to drink?
I don't stir out to drink in the clubs or bar very normally. Last night when a friend and I be sitting around drinking we got hungry but we didn't know if we be drunk. I felt confident that we could be paid it to Arbys and back but we arranged to starve! In my state the legal restrain is .08 but how do I know if I'm above that? Does it seem right that we are required to submit this law so strictly if we are denied the competence to know if we are breaking it in the first place? I ponder that all bar and clubs should have breathalizers so you know if you are too drunk to move out in the first place. Its simply fair.P.S. I've never gotten any dui's or public drunkness anything. I be just wondering if this seem right.
Answers: You can buy pocket breathalizers at any Walgreens.

Legal advice in the region of abusive boyfriend??
i'm not sure if it would be beneficial to embezzle my ex boyfriend to court or not, and i need some guidance. for the past couple months he have choked me, hit me, etc. as well as abused me vocally, basically ruined my natural life, and caused me to try to execute myself several times (the police were involved). my end boyfriend was horrible to me too, although not to this extent, so i don't know if everyone will in recent times assume it's something wrong with me. i do enjoy some mental health problems, mostly depression, but also some other things, and i don't know if those will be used against me. they've gotten worse since dating him.we get in a fist collide once, a couple weeks ago, so obviously i hit him too. i haven't back or since then, but he does it on a regular principle. i called the police the other daylight when he grabbed me really unyielding in the precinct and caused my arm to bruise, but i approved not to press charges in the terminate, i was merely really scared.
i be wondering if i have any sort of a luggage? please help?
Answers: I speak from personal experience. First, amass your important documents when he is not within (birth certificate, insurance papers, lawful documents, social security card, ID, etc.), transport a few things you need (medicine, cell phone, etc.) and LEAVE without beating about the bush. Then call a shelter for victims of domestic terror campaign and seek safe haven there. They own counselors to guide you in obtain a restraining order so he will be court-ordered to stay away from you, or be arrested.
It is apposite that you have call the police in times past. That started a "paper trail" which will oblige your case. You own been hurt by this man, and within time you will heal. Be lenient with your self. Love should not hurt. If it does, it is not love.
Your energy can and will improve, but not until you desire safety. We know that domestic sternness only increases contained by intensity over time. Please do not wait until it get any worse! I beg you.
You made the first step by contacting Y!A for relief. The next step is outlined above. Do not be afraid. Once you move out, the worst if behind you.
Feel free to email me if you own any questions I can oblige you answer. I have be there, and natural life is so much better without the misuse! You do not deserve to be abused. No one does.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Why are you still beside this brute? Are you waiting for him to kill you? No court will award you any damages as long as you are still beside him. Get out now. It will one and only get worse.

Are you contained by an abusive relationship?
By Ginny Lund, M.A., L.P., C.E.A.P.
Women regularly are the victims of domestic violence and other forms of rough up. But, they're not the only ones at risk. Every year surrounded by the United States, more than 800,000 men are physically or sexually assaulted by a male or womanly intimate partner. And, when it happens, men can consistency guilt, shame or anger, just as women do.
Beyond arguing
Most relationships travel through tough times occasionally, resulting in arguments and rigidity. But, abuse is different. It's a shape of one person using trepidation and intimidation to gain power and control over another. Abuse isn't always physical — it can include hysterical, psychological or economic policy, as well.
You may be within an abusive relationship if your partner:
Yells, scream or swears at you
Continually criticizes you or embarrasses you beside put-downs
Monitors where you step and whom you call
Controls the finances and make you ask permission to do things
Deprives you of food, transportation or access to robustness care
Tries to isolate you from familial or friends
Throws objects, kicks doors, punches walls or damages your property
Shoves, slaps, bites or hits you
Accuses you of cheating or is spiteful often
Manipulates you into unwanted sexual act or ignores your morale about sex
Sabotages your brief or schoolwork
Threatens to kill you or to commit suicide
It's OK to ask for oblige
If you've been living next to abuse, you may find yourself doubting your own decision. Men who are abused may not seek help out because they're embarrassed or afraid not a soul will believe them. Or, they may just hope things will take better.
But, abuse normally gets worse over time. It can rationale chronic health problems, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression and headache. It also can lead to injury or disappearance. Children who witness abuse may develop condition and behavioral problems, too.
If you feel threatened by your partner, ring the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-8OO-799-7233 for help or drop by www.ndvh.org.
Yes, you certainly enjoy a very strong armour and you should press charges. Your mental health is irrelevant. He cannot treat you close to that regardless of your health.
Also, go and get yourself a good counselor/therapist if you haven't already.
I am wondering what state you live contained by that doesn't have an automatic domestic harm law. So copious states have adopt the law so that the abused doesn't hold to file charges, the police do.
I regard you have to produce up your own mind rather to press charges against him or not. There is no use for abuse and if you allow him to verbs I guarantee you that he will. No woman or man should be in an discourteous relationship.
I think the authenticity is secondary. But the piece is that if you press charges against him he will realize you are not going to just clutch being stuff on and there will also be a endorsed record of name-calling incase it happens again.which it probably will. The foremost thing is you have need of out of this relationship and find someone who will treat you right. Please, before it is too tardy.
I wish you the best.
What is the punishment for killing owls?
Answers: bizarre question
why do you can`t bear owls?
When is it too far - "Freedom of Speech"?
I often hear relatives say, "It's my right! I can do this or read out that!"Yahoo! seems to exercise this power when it comes to question - they deem some appropriate & others inappropriate. Because of our "rights," who can say aloud that this or that is not appropriate?
"Yahoo! does not repress the content of questions, answers, or comments within Yahoo! Answers. However, we reserve the right to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be indecorous and/or in defiance of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines or the Yahoo! Terms of Service.
Depending on the level of felony, the offender risks deactivation of their Yahoo! ID and consequently everything associated beside it, including email accounts, groups, posts, homepages, and profiles."
My question be deleted some time ago: it be offensive to others, I suppose. I thought I be merely stating my opinion - isn't that my right?
Can someone clarify these "rights" of ours so that I can be better aware within the future? Thanks!

That does not, however, make a contribution you a right to say anything you want on private property- including privately owned domain names. I am the king of my castle, if you walk in my house I am giving you PERMISSION to shift into it. I can kick you out at any time I want for ANY article I want.

**But freedom of speech surrounded by a democratic society also means that an individual party has to be intuitively responsible for what they say. i.e. in attendance are real boundaries under UK law. i.e. actions do own consequences.
**Now here on Yahoo, when you come on Yahoo. You are agreeing to behave within the rules, guidelines & conditions that Yahoo themselves deem adequate on their site. If they don't like what you've said next tough because its Yahoo how make the rules on this site. You hold to agree to abide by Yahoo's rules and they decide what is OK or unsound.
