Is there any process around the Feres Doctrine ?

Isn't it illegal for a 16 year matured to live with a 19 year older? Even if her mother allows it, it should be illegal, I close-fisted so many race out there are considered sexual predators when they enjoy consentual sex with a teen and they are over 18 or 21, so shouldn't it be against the law for a 19 year old to live next to a 16 year old and own sex (of course cause they live together) even beside the permission of the parents? when i was 19 i have friends raging from 16-21 to me they are all within the same boat. in good health at least up till 19. i never saw the difference. some are undeveloped others were more developed then the subsequent. i happened to own friends that were somewhere within the middle on the verge of irresponsibility. i don't think that we could fiddle with living together and such. it's just a huge responsiblility. paying rent. worrying roughly pregnancy, if one did get pregnant are they competent to cope financially and emotionally ready?

I say you should only just talk to them and try to convince them to permit you get a piercing. But don't over do it, in recent times ask them for one piercing, a not-so-bad one like your eyebrow or lip and recount them how you'll take well-mannered care of it and that piercings aren't as desperate as they think. Back when they be growing up it was unthinkable to hold one, but times are changing and its becoming more legitimate. But if they still say no I articulate just dally till your 18

It depends. Some school put you in detention to freshly sit there and stare into space, you can't even do your homework. You're suppose to be bored so you won't turn up in detention. You can morally outraged adjectives you like - but the actuality is the thousands of teenagers are having sex every light of day, and yes sometimes they do get pregnant. It's not an great situation, and I think you're right that Nickelodeon should lift her off the upper air because we really don't want young girls to gain the impression that this is an okay entry to do.
But - a teen mother does not always niggardly a bad mother. For every young at heart girl who gives birth and act like a horrid mother nearby is a young girl who steps up to the plate and handle her situation very ably. You'd be amazed at what some girls are capable of when put within this situation. Many stay in university, work very complicated to graduate, and then walk on to a college education -- adjectives the time acting very lovingly and responsibly to their children. Don't condemn her to let-down until we see what she's made of and how she handles it.
I would right to be heard my oldest daughter had a really "normal" upbringing - even though I was freshly 16 when she was born. I graduate from school, go to college, and worked on being the best parent I could be. No parent - 16 or 36 "knows" exactly how to be a parent.
