Well, I don't think cost should ever come into it. We are too hasty in this society to consent to the price of something affect a decision instead of the facts - even if it is natural life or death. Think around all the things insurance denies because they expect it's too much money.

So, that aside I am a little ambivilent in the region of the death cost. I can understand the concept of it. If someone hurt my nieces or nephew, it wouldn't be the judge they would own to worry almost. Yet, I know that solves nothing.

CPA Violated Client Privacy/Confidentiality?

The guy shared beside the BBB our entire dialog and other relevant information that the BBB did not need to know give or take a few me. For instance, he informed the BBB that my wife's wages had be garnished by the IRS (which is true). Also, when I call his office he have his secretary listen in on our conversations on two occasion unbenounced to me. I only know she was in attendance when I heard her breathing and asked him if someone be listening contained by on the conversation. Each time he responded by saying yes.

Do I hold cause for an increase here? In Texas, you can sue up to 10K. I am wondering if I should budge for the maximum. This guy is out of control.

Answers: I hold no direct knowledge but I hear mixed reviews. Some say-so they help and some only just rack up fees.
The best way to find out how to collect is probably to ask your local domestic court!

Yes because they support you get the money for your child and kind sure the guy pays. Which he should. Even a woman should pay if the child is living next to the father. That money is suppose to be for taking care of your child.

Some of them collect social security numbers, name addresses, ask alot of information and do nil to help; they carry back and give an account you that they contacted the government agency and that "they are doing everything they are competent to".
