Does writing letters to a custody intercede in credit of the trial influence their decision?

Answers: Yes, against the writer. It is unflattering to try an influence a judge outside the challenger system or without notify all other party.
Most judges will not look at or consider such things because the declaration is supposed to be based on evidence, and on the nouns of witnesses who are subject to both direct and cross examination. If the decide considers it at all, it will be see as an improper attempt to immorally influence the court. If you want, send a dispatch to the lawyer and if it is appropriate, the legal representative can then propose the letter contained by evidence and the other side gets a karma to object and to argue whether the memo is appropriate evidence.

If you saw someone smoking a joint within the mall parking lot, would you call upon the cops or just keep hold of walking?

Answers: C. None of the above...I'd stop and take a puff
Keep walking.

What made this country great, is that those used to mind their own business.

We should start doing that again.
Keep walking. I don't believe smoking weed should be a crime, and I'm apalled that the government spends my duty dollars prosecuting and imprisoning people for this "Crime"
Oh, within case you're wondering, I don't smoke myself. I quit smoking weed at equal time I quit cigarettes about ten years ago.
I'd merely keep on walking.
Well I have someone who worked at walmart once smoking one in their coup¨¦ which was parked right subsequent to mine. I knew produce they had the gruesome walmart vest on ... what did I do??

I called the store chief.. I had my 1 year infirm niece with me, and the course the wind be blowing, was right into my saloon as I was putting her within the car form, so the smell was adjectives over her, me and not to mention the second hand..

Its rude to smoke pot within public like that.. so oodles people enjoy drugs tests and such .. if you are going to do it, do so contained by private!!!!!!!!!

I feel indistinguishable about cigarette's ... if you must smoke, don't FORCE it on others by smoking surrounded by a door way, move sour to the side, or designated area!! I HATE the smell.. I don't want my clothes smelling adjectives icky thanks to some inconsiderate joggle standing outside a mall door smoking away.
Probably phone the cops, not a good point for children to be seeing!

Who are these people?

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Stat...

Can anyone speak about me who exactly are the "creditors who hold U.S. Debt Instruments" refered to in this statement:

"The United States public debt, commonly call the national debt, gross federal debt or U.S. government debt, is the amount of money owed by the United States federal rule to creditors who hold U.S. Debt Instruments. As of November 29, 2007, the total U.S. federal public debt was $5.12 trillion.[1]

"This does not include the money owed by states, corporations, or individuals, nor does it include the money owed to Social Security beneficiaries within the future. If intragovernment debt obligation are included, the debt figure rises to roughly $9 trillion.[2] If unfunded Medicaid, Social Security, etc. promises are added, this numeral rises dramatically to a total of $59.1 trillion..."

Thanks in credit to all who answer.
Answers: Just almost anybody. These are listed here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treasury_se...

Anybody that have a savings bond or bought a T-Bill as an investment is a "creditor who holds U.S. Debt Instruments"
Creditors are a mix of individuals, companies and government. A large part of a set of the debt is owed to China for example - indeed, we'd be in tangible trouble if China ever cashed in those debt obligation.

If you buy government issued securities (bonds) after you are also a creditor to the government.

Answers: Thanks to Bush NOTHING ANYMORE.
> 3- "Quarting troops"

Since this is the individual one that is not pretty plain english:

That medium the place where the troops stay. the govt does not hold the right to force you (or even ask you) to let soldiers stay contained by your house or other property. The British were fond of doing a moment ago that to the Colonial folks.

Something that I sent in the post department was misplaced?

I sent a copy of my 401k plan be mailed to my unusual job at metlife and I call to check the status of it and they didn't receive it where do I progress or what post office do I step to talk to somone just about it?
Answers: You can go to the post department from which it should have be delivered, but if it wasn't sent certified afterwards you're wasting your time. They'll take a report but as soon as you turn your posterior they'll throw it in the bin.

They're policy employees, remember? They own no reason to meticulousness about you and your post.

Have a new copy sent, but this time dispatch it certified mail, or to be really out of danger use FedEx.

Richard
FIRST... they don't even take reports, but do adopt claims for insured and registered items. Things get misplaced adjectives the time and usually i't's on the part of the sender or reciepient, in recent times they blame the PO for everything.
A hundred things could have happen, like the sign falling off, or not ample postage... happend all the time. Just give the name and get another copy, the first one (If in actual fact sent out) will probably beat it nearby though.

Is this legal?

My friend be 7 months pregnant when she was offered a position at a large company, the company know she was pregnant. She have quite a bit of complications toward the come to an end of her pregnancy, which all be document and excused from work by her physicians. She had her tot yesterday and today she received her paycheck and was suppose to attain a employee referral bonus she didn't bring it so she called and asked when she be going to get it, they responded by saw she wasn't because she had be fired. She asked why she was fired and they said because you missed to much work beside being pregnant and other having to move about to the doctor. So two questions are... 1: can they withhold her the hand referral bonus for referring and employee that be hired. 2: can they legally fire her because of pregnancy and medical conditions? I thought that be discrimination, can she pocket them to court?

Thank You.
Answers: Can they withhold the bonus? - Depends on the requirements of the bonus program. Most require that the recipient be a current member of staff.

Can they fire her? - Again, yes. She was not fired for anyone pregnant. Their defense could easily be base on the fact they hired her pregnant. She be fired for missing to many days. She have not worked long enough to be eligible for FMLA even if the employer is roomy enough to be required to volunteer it. As such, the employer had no must to give her ANY time rotten for doctors appointments, complications or the delivery itself.

Can she purloin them to court? - Sure. She will however lose.
The employment referral bonus would be based on what the wording of the agreement is.

Can they fire her for missing too much work -- yes. Irregardless of anyone pregnant if you miss too much work they can fire you. She was not here long enough to be covered lower than FMLA, and just because you hold a doctors "note" does not make it okay to miss work.
I suppose it is impossible for anyone to give legalized advice over the internet, especially because nearby is no way to enjoy all of the facts of any demanding situation and laws change by state.

If your friend would like to cram more about her rights and see if she can draw from free legal suggestion and other assistance in her state, she could run to www.lawhelp.org, which has a state-by-state directory of lawful information by topic, including employment. The site also offers listings of organization in respectively state that may provide free legal direction and legal assistance.
She be there simply a short time, and most companies own a 'trial period' built into the contract. This allows them to fire someone they don't like for no basis. Now, it may be possible to argue discrimination, but to be precise unlikely in this defence.

Are you for or against the death cost?

Answers: I believe in eye-for-an-eye, so yes I believe within the death cost. In other countries where they practice this crime is almost nonexistant. All we would hold to do is make an example of a couple folks and word would spread.

Repeat offenders regularly commit their crimes knowing they are going to end up hindmost in prison. They don't contemplation.3 squares and a cot for free!! But if the consequences for say robbing a convenience store would be to cut rotten the hand that stole I muse most criminals would rethink their plans.
As a *moral* issue, I'm for it.

As a *practical* issue, I'm against it.

If I could be confident that ONLY the guilty would ever be executed, I'd be for it.

But there's been a moment ago FAR too many inhabitants who've been "convicted beyond logical doubt" later proven innocent for me to be confident of that.

For example;
A guy within PA was in truth executed for murdering his wife, who then turned up alive and capably and living with her boyfriend lower than an assumed name.

A guy surrounded by Texas was executed for bloodshed a store clerk during a robbery. After he was executed it turned out he be in detain when the robbery happened. He'd claimed that at trail - but the State have papers showing he'd been released the time before the crime. Turns out it be a typo - and that typo cost him his life for a crime he didn't commit.

Even if prosecutors "played fair" and adjectives wrongfull convictions were purely totally unplanned I might still support the death cost, because mistakes would be so rare - but they don't.

Texas in recent times released a guy called Willie Williams after he served over 21 years for two almost exchangeable rapes committed in alike housing project only a few days apart.

What the DA never told the defense be that there be three other rapes matching the exact same method surrounded by the same housing project AFTER Williams be arrested. They also never told the defense that the rape kit (Taken previously DNA testing be used in Texas)

When his legal representative heard something like that he managed to return with the rape kits from Williams cases tested - and the DNA be a hit on the guy who was serving time for the subsequent three rapes.

Look at some of the other examples on the link below.

Richard
For it. While some innocent race HAVE been wrongfully executed, thats too small of a number to compare to those who hold been RIGHTfully executed. Yes, some inhabitants have be proven innocent after their execution but what about adjectives the people who be killed by escaped inmates, thsoe released after doing their time, and those released on parole?

We own to remember that keeping murderers alive keeps the likelihood of them striking again alive as well. I dont judge a killer should be allowed to see tv and work out and play basketball while some family grieves for their relative who be shot to death for 20 dollars contained by a convenience store robbery. (not an actual incident just unencumbered.)
Against. You don't have to sympathize beside criminals or want them to avoid a terrible punishment to ask if the release penalty prevents or even reduce crime and to think nearly the risks of executing innocent people. Your press is much too important to settle in need thinking about these.

125 individuals on death rows enjoy been released beside proof that they were wrongfully convicted. DNA is available contained by less than 10% of adjectives homicides and isn’t a guarantee we won’t execute innocent people.

The release penalty doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the loss penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The release penalty is neither. Homicide rates are sophisticated in states and regions that enjoy it than in those that don’t.

We enjoy a good alternative. Life short parole is now on files in 48 states. It mechanism what it says. It is sure and swift and from time to time appealed. Life without parole is smaller amount expensive than the death cost.

The death cost costs much more than life surrounded by prison, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent empire.

The death cost isn't reserved for the worst crimes, but for defendants with the worst lawyer. It doesn't apply to people near money. When is the last time a affluent person be on death row, consent to alone executed?

The death cost doesn't necessarily help family of murder victims. Murder victim own flesh and blood members across the country argue that the drawn-out demise penalty process is sore for them and that life in need parole is an appropriate alternative.

Problems with speeding up the process. Over 50 of the innocent ancestors released from death row have already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent person.
