The state I live in also have no set laws in relation to the minimum age for children to be left home alone. However, if the Division of Family Services is call, the child must be able to demonstrate a proficient smooth of responsibility. For example, the child must know the proper procedures for being locked (answering the door, using the phone to call for sustain or assistance, knowing not to cook or use knives, knowing house rules for what is appropriate play while the caregiver is out, etc, etc)

Answers: If the estate remains "unsettled" (you did mention unsold houses) then in that is no pay out until the item is wound up. The executor can release funds (as in "some" funds), but until the article is converted into cash, and the taxes/death duties rewarded, don't expect a "pay out".

I just want to shift to the Court house and file a lawsuit. But I'd similar to to know who I can sue. The HOA? The Management company? And who do I serve? the Board member(s)? EDIT - To Fraginal. Small Claims Court can't sustain him. Small claims courts can award judgments of actual financial damages solely. They have no power to award "injunctive relief", which is to notify someone to do something - in this overnight case "Fix the boiler".

Here is the story.. (well it's actually my friends)She is surrounded by college and had to turn within a final which was a serious newspaper they had to write. Her friend contained by the class asked to borrow her paper because she hadn't done it even so and needed help/ideas. My friend let her borrow the daily. The girl never returned to class, won't answer her phone or anything. I know my friend shoudn't have permit her borrow the paper but she did and very soon since the girl hasn't returned it, doesn't that mean she vitally stole it? Can we file a police report?
