I am gong to verifiy this near the labor board, but I received the statement below from my employer. I was surprised that although my timesheet states "Overtime - 1.5 rate" my employer be only paying my overtime at the regular rate. I emailed them and this be the response:

I'm sorry for any confusion around this. But that's also standard in the industry.
