I'm not getting paid to work 'forced' extra hours, what can I do? Ontario, Canada?
When I started working for my employer I signed a contract for an hourly wage and agreed to work 77 hours for every two weeks. My employer expects me to work on Saturdays, unpaid, wether I am close to my target or otherwise. Initially I did work the Saturdays, but immediately I don't, since I always collect my target working mon-fri.This week my manager yell at me, saying he would dock my settle for the hours I should have be at work (Saturday). He was if truth be told spitting, he was so angry. I have already indicated that I would not work Saturdays (there were two other witnesses). But I said, you can't dock me since I worked the 77 hours, but he insists that he can/will. My contract does not include working on weekends or minus pay.
Also, I enjoy been unallowed to appropriate my vacation, since that would not anticipate not meeting target, for which we are made to touch we would be 'let go'. However they have indicated they will not salary for the days I am unable to bring. What can I do?

If you are under contract and he breaches its, you own the power to take him to court. If you be stupid and just signed the piece without reading it and a claus states clearly that he is surrounded by the right, the only piece you can do is resign.
He sounds like a doomed to failure person to work for, I would look elsewhere
Contact the local labor board. Also, maintain good collection of your hours worked and any time you worked where they didn't repay you. Labor laws are pretty clear on things and even a contract between you and your employer cannot override them.
Take it to the guide boss. If nothing can be done, I'd suggest that you start looking for a better profession that will pay you for adjectives hours.
Contact the labour board straight away and start looking for a new mission. They cannot force you to work unpaid. They cannot dock you for refusing to work unpaid hours however they can dictate when you can or cannot give somebody a lift vacation.

Hmmm, I lately attended a mock trial over this same situation, what happened be the employees are suing a fasten store over not being remunerated overtime as they are salaried employees this is usually complicated to prove if both parties do not hold documentation of every hour worked and everyday worked and what duties were perform on those days and what dutes were perform on the days they worked overtime etc, you really have to hold proof you worked since no documentation is kept unless kept by you and have other team to back you up, I would not work for this employer if this is what he have you working as exempt employee, it's not worth the canon suit hassle, it's been years for these personnel I just told you in the order of and they still have not received their proceeds, so there I would recommend you verbs and find a new employer Good Luck !

1. The judicial system is not reliable. As long as we have a demise penalty, we will convict and wipe out innocents along with the guilty. And at lowest possible in my inference, the number of unjust convictions is in recent times too high to prove right the death cost.

To the culture who say the demise penalty have been proven to NOT be a deterrent, what proof are you referring to? That's in recent times a worn out cliche and is certainly not true.
Much crime is commited by repeat offender. If nothing else, the release penalty will deter that. And frankly, too much of excise payers' money goes into housing these murderers contained by jail.
If you're worried just about convicting innocent people, later this is not an issue punishment but the reliability of the judicial system. Would it make it much better to send down an innocent man for life?
The individual negative issue I enjoy with the destruction penalty is that floppy is a little barbaric. Leathal injection is much better.

Bad Santa, another possible assumption (mine) is that there is not sufficient evidence to draw a conclusion any way on the disappearance penalty as a deterrent. That is because it hasn't be carried out enough to gather together any significant amount of data.
I believe that nearby are plenty of people who deserve to die for their crimes, but our inept even-handedness system has PROVEN that it cannot properly determine who those folks are.

If the company have a policy that you must sign a waiver for an intracompany relationship (particularly if either of you manage the other), and you did not follow the correct procedure, your relationship and its problems could put the company in a exceptionally bad situation. At this point, the company have the right to CYA with regard to the stuff that went down between you 2.

Advise me please re a parcel issue?
In a nutshell, I ordered an item from a shop, they sent it to an old address even though I occupied in a form recounting them I had moved.They sent the parcel to my infirm address and someone who I don't know signed for it.
Given that the chance of me getting this soul to give me my parcel (which they know they shouldn't sign for) is nil, how do I go going on for getting the item replaced? Can I go after the invader who signed for my package or is it adjectives on the shop who sent it to the wrong address?
How should I proceed? Oh, and it's a lb300 item.
Answers: Have you talked to the company that sent it? It possibly that since they made the mistake, they will send you another one. Of course that requires them to confess that they made a mistake. But if they do, and they don't want to send another one, they could assistance you get it wager on too.
If that doesn't work, you may be able to capture the shipping company to help you acquire it from the other individual. Since he signed for it, they will have a copy of him having it. We have a similar issue a few years ago where the shipping company deliver our new computer to #593 instead of #359, and the guy didn't want to bestow it back.
