Get into a fight?

is it really worth getting into a scrap? I'm working towards my black belt and have never gotten into a be at odds. i've come close on several occasions, but walk away each time. i choose to stride away, since the guys who start fights will relay their friends, who all own the combined IQ of a raisin. He probably called me a pu$$y to them and i don't prudence at all! this guy at home get in a collide outside the bar. he punched the man and he go down. the man died in the hospital and he's individual charged w/ manslaughter. that guy ruined his life simply cuz that one guy talk a little smack on him! surrounded by your opinion... is it honestly worth getting contained by a fight or would you consent to the guy talk smack as you totter away? Since I have training, I hold an advantage over some chaotic guy. however, if he chooses to attack me, it's my responsibility not to hurt him more than he wants. for example, i hit him once and he leaves me alone, that's adjectives it'll take however if he pulls a gouge, i break his arm if necessary
Answers: I agree. I've be in 3 fight and I haven't started any of them. It's good to know how to preserve yourself in armour, but I think it's stupid how some folks just try to start a argue w/ everyone
A simple fistfight among adults can be construed as Assault and Battery which could carry fines as much as $25,000.00 and/or 5 years contained by jail depending upon which state it occur.

One or both of the parties involved, would own to file a complaint near the local police department and the states attorney's office at the local courthouse.

It is other best to walk away or avoid contact of any type near this person. You will be the better man for it.

As minors, probation, community service, a fine, and a juvenile copy would probably be the maximum punishment.

The minimum punishment would be complete dismissal by the court.

It makes no difference which group hit whom first. The fistfight would be construed as mutually agreed upon.
it's worth it ONLY if they hit YOU first! then its self defense. i wouldnt hit anyone first, i would bring into an argument and the minute they lay a hand on me thats when i strike rear legs as self defense.

in academy if u get into a struggle and they hit you first and you take the battering you get a $500 ticket and 1 week suspension and so doest he character that hit you. and if the other person hits you first and you hit backbone its a $500 ticket and 1 week suspension. so if you dont hit back or if you do hit stern you get a $500 ticket and 1 week suspension. so at college its worth it, might as well hit him cuz if he hits me and i run to the institution cop im still getting a ticket and suspension for being the 'victim' contained by the attack. *sigh* its stupid, so i just hit pay for since if i run away i get surrounded by trouble either course
I think adjectives men should get into fight every now and after. It helps weed out those A holes that rely too much on the law on society. You know who I mean those jerk that talk smack and exploit all matcho but hold never really gotten into a fight to know they aint shi.t.

For me war lets you realize who you really are and give you a sense of mortality and respect for others, it lets you know your not invincible and that if you do something stupid you can be in motion down just resembling any other guy.

While guys that have never thrown or recieved a punch grow up to be complete A holes that only just piss everyone off and we can't do squat cuz of the imperative.

I know my way is a moment or two barbaric and violent but hey its purely my opinion and it have worked for me. I mean I used to consider I was adjectives that then I get beat up in a minute I still think I'm pretty tought but I don't shift around starring people down similar to I used to.
walk away..everytime.

kids, you out within eager to unload if someone pushes your button, consider this------even if you give somebody a lift them down, whats to stop them from keying your saloon, or trashing your home at night?

war never ends with one combat...someone always requests to get even.

Didnt get the commission for being a guy at Hallmark?

im a guy and i applied at hallmark, the interview went resourcefully, the manger was really impressed. but i grasp the feeling i wasnt hired because im a guy. i NEVER see guys working at Hallmark =/ and i applied and did a 180 put somebody through the mill test honsetly and it come out well so everything be perfect, on the other hand like 5 girls after me that applied get hired, and i call posterior to check my status on the job and the asst. superintendent always picks up clich¨¦ the manager is busy and cannot agree to me and i leave them my number and mark and message to call me final ASAP and its been days and never carry a call put money on and i keep calling and calling =/ do you cogitate i didnt get hired because im a guy and Hallmark singular hires girls? =/ i really wanted to work in that too, and the manager be impressed by me and alll but i dont understand why i get the job and the inhabitants who got the assignment there are rude and adjectives to customers when the manager isnt at hand =/ anyone else notice hallmark never hires guys?
Answers: I don't meditate it's a Hallmark thing, because I enjoy seen guys working nearby. However, that's not to say that this store didn't discriminate. Try going down here to catch the store leader. Also, check to see if they called your reference, and see what they got from the conversation.
Good luck!
If you believe explicitly why you didn't get hired next you need to report the company and it will be investigated.
I own noticed at every Hallmark store here it is single females working.
i have notice guys at hallmark
obviously you did not kind the impression you come up with you did.
leaving a message for the chief to call you ASAP did not relief your case. probably the manager sensed you be pushy and did not hire you for personality reason. how do you know the girls hired were after you? probably it was their second interviews, most companies do not hire anyone after 1 interview. when you check on the status of an application other be polite and respectful and ask the management to please call for you if they have an opportunity. travel to the business and ask to speak with the officer, do not go when they are busy use biddable common sense. if you turn to a business at a time that they are busy and ask to see the manager it simply shows how little you know about the business. imagine about what you influence and how you say it, and other be respectful but at the same time be firm within your desire to be employed.
Perhaps they made the decision around the time you kept "calling and calling".

Is it illegal?

If a 15-year-old is dating an 18-year-old, even if they aren't have sex, or anything in that deportment?
Answers: If there is no sex involved, it is not private, unless the parents of the minor make it clear to the mature that s/he is not to socialize with the minor (then it become stalking). If sex is involved, check your state's laws. The age of consent vary in adjectives states, and ranges from 14 to 18. If the age of consent in your state is 14 or 15, afterwards sex is fine. If it is older than 15, check to see if your state have a "within three years" clause, which make sex with folks under the age of consent legally recognized if both parties are in three years of one another, and, of course, the sex is consensual.
dating is not a political possession, sex is
dating, to society, is socialization,
and that isnt a crime

and parents dont need to presently about it for only just that reason
its no more than socializing
the govt istn gonna look into who everyone conference to.
No, it is not illegal for a 15 year feeble to date an 18 year old.

It is off the record for a minor (under 18) to have sex, and the elder individual may be charged with rape.
don't permit him pressure you into any thing
and generate sure your parents are ok with this
i have a problem with my son wanting to date a girl who be 15 when he was 18 so i
get together with both her parents and we worked it out suitable luck to you
As long as there's no sex, it isn't against the law. If the parents are OK next to it, it's completely fine.

Child support money?

If you are 19 and your father never paid child support (left when you be five), could you personally still sure for that child support? Would your mom enjoy to sue for you? Would you get the money?
Answers: Good quiz because child support is mandatory in adjectives 50 states.

Now, if your father never paid child support, after questions would be raise as to why the mother never demanded the pay during the years when you be growing up.

Also, were papers ever signed to total and schedule exact child support payments?

Lastly, the money is not for you. You are the child, and the money be for your mother to support you. You can't get the money for yourself, and it is not intended for you, accordingly you have no right to the money.

Your mother can unequivocally get back-pay of child support payments merely if papers were file when you were lower than 18, and your father didn't pay.

Your mother might not return with any money if they were married, but no divorce, or no papers be signed, or she made more money than your father, etc.

It can be complicated without exact paperwork defining your father's role of commitment, and the state's writ for him.
I doubt the court is going to make him repay "retroactive". Plus you have to count contained by factors close to, 1) Was he able to see you for visitations on weekends? If no, later I highly doubt they will allow back payments.

2) Did the mother inhibit the father contact with you? If yes, after she will be seen as a mother beside "mailicious mother syndrome", again that is not going to look virtuous for her.

3) The money is actually for combined living expenses, not for you. But you could do doesn`t matter what you wanted near it if your mother gave it to you.

4) If your father doesn't hold the money and the judge rules contained by your favor, he will soon be arrested and sent to jail, so you will own that guilt over your head to concordat with. Yes, its not a civil thing, they actually toss society in top-security prison under unwarranted circumstances!

IF MY PROBATION WILL GET EXTENDED OR AM I GOING TO GET SENT TO COURT BACK AGAIN? I TURN 17 IN JANUARY TOO.I LIVE IN TEXAS.
Answers: Sounds close to a good time to GROW UP. Yes you violated; and if the court finds out you passed someone else sour as your mom. more or stiffer charges are to follow.

Try telling the truth and taking power of the breaks you are given and follow the rules.
There is a chance that your probation will carry extended. Consider yourself lucky that you don't get your probation revoked and you be in motion into lockup for a little stop by.

Seems like to me that instead of wondering what you will gain for violations of your probation, you should concentrate on eliminate the violations so that you won't own to worry in the region of the extension of probation. You should know that your cavalier attitude will not go far on Yahoo Answers, if I be the judge, I'd lock you up awhile so that you can ruminate about how you are barred to breaking the law minus any consequences. You have plentifully to learn my childish friend.
If your PO finds out you had someone commit criminal impersonation to bring back over on the court, you will likely walk inside for the duration of your probation. You could also end up individual charged for the criminal impersonation, and, get this, at age 16, you could be charged contained by big boy court and end up beside a criminal conviction on your record.

Count yourself lucky if you do spend a year inside. It might squirrel away your life.

Due Process...?

Just two questions on due process:

-Should young-looking people underneath the age of eighteen have impossible to tell apart due process rights as adults? Why or why not?

-Why is it important to assure procedural due process for population accused of serious crimes? How does protecting the rights for the accuse also protect the rights of law-abiding citizens? Explain.

Thanks in mortgage!
Answers: Seen an old western, where on earth they think someone is guilty and lately hang him? Due process is for the protection of the innocent. It applies to adjectives accused because you are presumed innocent until found guilty. That is why.

As you youths, they are not tried within court, but adjudicated. If you are tried within court, as an adult they receive the same due process rights as an full-grown.

Is this illegal?

Is it iffy to write a check to someone and then put an end to it before they dosh it?
Answers: If you intentionally plan to defraud the person or company, next yes.

There are reasons to nullify a check. If you find out that the party the check is made out to is acting within bad dependence, then you can quash the check.
Depends. If it was to buy stuff, and you knew at the time the check be written, that you were going to stop pocket money, yes, that was fraud and a crime. If you did it because you did not procure what was promised, consequently it is civil.

One exception. If you wrote a bad check, and consequently stopped payment because funds you thought be coming, yes a crime has be committed.
If this is blackmail, you need to telephone the police and put a stop payment on the check.

Could a paralegal be required to testify?

If a paralegal interviews a client for the attorney that he/she works for and learns central information, could the courts have them testify against the client? And legitimately, does would the paralegal have to convey the court what he/she knows around the case?
Answers: Of course you could be call to testify, but it doesn't work that way...

Disclosure of evidence will already be admit into the case, and both attorneys will already know what you know - if you are call.

If there is something you are excluded to reveal, then be assured the find already knows what you know, but both attorneys may be directed by the conciliator not to ask you certain question (which is why they ask you to only answer the interview being asked, and not elaborate).

First, you would own to give a sworn nouns, and your attorney would be present to tell you not to say aloud anything (which is your right).
The paralegal is covered by the attorney-client privilege.

So if it pertains to the information learned through the communications beside the client then no unless it falls lower than the crime/fraud exception.
The paralegal is bound by the same privilege as the attorney, otherwise paralegals could not exist...you could collaterally attack their confidentiality by subpoenaing the paralegal.

When I served surrounded by the military, I ended up as a witness contained by a case that I'd be working on. This was awkward, because I be privy to strategy.

The defense counsel interviewed me (not in court) going on for what I knew, and afterwards asked a question which go over the line into strategy. I respectfully (he be an officer, I was enlisted) told him I thought that be privileged, but that if he deemed it major I'd clear the question through my boss. He back down in more or less a millisecond.

Where it gets interesting is that sometimes a believe to be can find cause to DISSOLVE the attorney client relationship and directive the attorney or paralegal to answer questions. This is an extraordinary step, and magistrates stay away from it because it guarantees an appeal.
The paralegal should not be the only party to know this vital information, they should hold relayed it to their attorney, along with adjectives information obtained during the interview next to the client. Now why would the paralegal need to testify against the client, are they very soon a former client that is suing the attorney?

I'm a D.A. ina mock trail.. Help me use this information to ask good question, and make my point.?
