was at a dreadful hospital (#1mcw) ..same one that we discern killed my mom 4 months ago..took 4 tries for nurses to bring anything and abundant mean nurses. I be rushed there after a serious glorious speed crash..hit in driver's side at in the order of 50 mph..they did 4 cat scans..they admit me about 4 days and released..me no-one told me if anything be wrong so I assume I had no broken bones, internal injuries, or person in charge injuries..never talked to the doctor..sunshine after released began to own extreme nausea off and on..for subsequent 4 days I had i--4th daytime pain increased surrounded by an area by breastbone size of small seedless melon..I have grippe, grabbing, spasmy spasm and some nausea. I thought it was food poisoning due to drinking eggnog that be reduced in price but diarrhea individual one day..I next thought it was from a concussion I have 6 staples in skipper and knot of head) but call hospital and found out they cat scanned my head/brain and since no-one told me I have a concussion or give me any literature IAnswers: Medicine is an art. The skills of artists alter. That is why there are so lots lawsuits.
Take this to a lawyer. If this can be proved you might basically win a lawsuit.

They must produce witnesses or some other evidence. You have the requisite to try to disprove any evidence they prove if you can do so. (If one of the witnesses was a parent, you should receive it very clear that the parent did not witness anything, and is of late repeating what their child said. You should interview the student instead if his or her testimony will oblige you.)
You should make them point clearly to what rules he violated by the arrangements they can prove he engaged contained by, and how others have be punished in times gone by for similar infractions.
