There is no good side of communism. At first it sounds exiting and equal , a country where everybody is treated equally and ( kinda sounds close to democracy, but its not ) Because no mater how much you strive for equality somebody will always rise to power and foul language it, and all your rights purely get trampled away. I'm Romanian an this country lived below commy rule for over half a century and in attendance was no 'best thing' around it. Between getting spied on and terrorized, and anyone expropriated out of every single property you owed, the leaders decided they be above the system. Thats how communism works I guess, and there isnt one single piece I would chose as 'best' about it . I despised it and the terror it give my parents.

Why don't they make harsher penalty for people who constantly bounce checks?

where on earth i live its getting crazy..Half the places that used to take checks hold stopped...when ever i ask why they say because to frequent people bounce checks here...Now im not going to feign, i have have a few bounce, very far between, my mistake and i remunerated my dues right away...why don't they make harsher fines though for those who constantly bounce checks, jail time, bigger fees, or do what the goverment does and appropriate it out of there money checks or wellfare checks.does anyone got a solution to serve making checks bounce..

Get yourself a check card, it is quicker, & at smallest you won't be turned down! Most of them look like credit cards, but the money comes right out of your checking reason! I have one & I solely write checks for bills I can't pay online!

As with oodles Americans, I work full-time hours but I do not receive health benefits. I just this minute had to own emergency surgery

While at the hospital I saw a number of young at heart, seemingly able-bodied, able minded ancestors getting their hospital services paid for near Medicaid, and it struck me that I WORK and DON'T HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE and many of these populace DON'T WORK and DO HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE!!! So I'm paying for THEIR health insurance near MY tax dollars but I don't enjoy health insurance! What's wrong beside this picture???

As a side note...

I live fundamental a casino, and know many of those that work at the casino. If you had insurance, the insurance company would not be paying alike amount they are asking you to pay. The hospital bills you for equal amount they bill the ins. companies, but the insurance companies negotiate the price they will pay the hospital. The ins. companies never earnings the amount they are billed. It is only reasonable that you negotiate with the hospital to a lower price also. This is another course the hospital covers their cost of care for those who do not hold ins.

abominate to piss you off more, but i dont know how hospital reimbursement go but pharmaciesdont get reimbursed for crap crap on medicare D and medicaid prescriptions. If youve hear on the news how masses pharmacies will markup a bottle of pills $20 over cost for the cash paying uninsured, that's a big basis why- they lose money on a lot of insurance and goverment rewarded plans because of low contract rates, many of which are so low you lose money by serving them, so they overcharge the uninsured (who dont hold contracts so the pharmacy can charge whatever they want) to bring in up for their losses. i dont know how it goes contained by hospitals but i wouldnt be surprised if its the same. and partially the people on goverment assitance come rolling into the drive through next to a brand new pickup. so not with the sole purpose are you paying for their healtcare, you might have over rewarded by hundreds if not thousands of dollars because the goverment underfunds their programs

Unless you signed a contract, you were probable an "at-will" employee, which ability the company can hire and fire for any reason or for no origin at all.

However, if they fired you for an unseemly reason such as nouns (gender, race, age) or retaliation (for reporting some sympathetic of legal defiance by the company to the proper authorities) you may be able to bring a suit against them for unlawful termination.
Sorry but your out of luck. If you signed the waiver that they can fire you at anytime during the 90 days zilch can be done. I worked at a new store passage for Bed bath and Beyond. They hired alot of workers lately to get the store all set for the grand hole. They fired over half the crew. Some of the folks that were fired be over their pay clamber. They fired all of the highly developed paying employees while kept the low paying ones that be not as good of workers. Advice subsequent time someone wants you to sign the waiver know that the position is not a sure bet and keep looking for a better career.
PS I know a best buy who did the same piece fire the higher paying human resources and keep the low paying workers.
