My estranged husband died in sept 07. His friend is claiming to be the executor of our home-estate.?

My homeowners insurance co call me today to say that my departed husband's exgirlfriend called them to vote that she is the executor of our estate. This is BS! She is not on the mortgage or insurance policy. She is a golddigger. Can this actually occur. Attorneys please enlighten me . We live within 2 different states. She had a short affair next to my husband. Yuk.

But I don't know where on earth he is, and I don't think the office of the Guardian Ad Litem knows where on earth he is either. My interrogate is, if he is not being served, next how it's gonna be? If he can not be located then, what the court will do? Also, I know he reported his taxes for the second 2 years and I thought that that would be enough to track him down, but they did not, and the explanation I know is because they sent me a letter asking me for his info, his location, which I don't hold. I work part time as a nanny and be doing it for 6 months. I just found out on coincidence that they are using a nanny cam. I am also an EMT resident. I am finishing my internship with the hospital and next to the ambulance company.
The Problem, I don't care that they use a nanny cam but what I do hold a problem with is that they may be tape conversations that I have on my cell phone near My Fiance, my bank, or concerning patient strictness. They have a right to know what is going on next to there child but How far do you push it? Some conversations are quit personal. I am afraid that they may of overheard conversations dealing next to patient diligence, my money issues or personal problems me and My fiance are having?
What I can do?
