from the ages of 3 through 8 i be abused by my babysitter & her husband she would beat me & he would molest me i never told anybody after i finally not here i guess i kinda blocked it out now afer abundant years my family moved to like peas in a pod town where i be abused in janurary & for months i have nightmares & flashbacks about them during the summer i told my mom & she unspoken but i didnt think she believed me entirely im within a criminal justice class and we did reports on enduring crimes i was assigned child foul language and we had to enjoy a hypothetical situation and i used my story i got turbulent during the presentation and my got worried so she sent me to a couselor and after several sessions a have an appoitment to an advocacy center and a detective came to bump into me and she said that i can choose whether or not to press charges i dont know what to do i dont want to see them again but means them not hurting another child i will do it i dont even know if they are alive still i dont know what to do
Answers: If you get the impression like you enjoy the will and courage to step up and stop them from ever doing something like that again, I enunciate go for it.
You MUST press charges.
If you don't they WILL do this to other children.
Well, you don't read out how hold you are. One of my first questions would be: are you going to own to fight the statute of limitations? If you do enjoy to fight the statute and lose, afterwards you will have relived adjectives this without any closure. And, as expected, your tormentors will be the winners.

If not, consequently you might go through beside it. It will be very traumatic, don't kid yourself, but you will be empower by the process.

Good luck.

What the hell do i do!!!?

Ive been shopping most of the afternoon, getting the last minute buys. I'm sitting here contained by a state and awaiting a sensible answer to my question. The 2 key presents were reserved for me to pick up, so contained by a very busy in good health known basic high street store today, i spent a total of lb424.74p on a much search for "Wii Console" and DS for my children. Iv been home an hour and own already drank half a bottle of wine, I'm tripping to the max! Upon checking my visa bill for the above goods mentiond "which i know i should own in store, and i didn't because of adjectives the hustle and bustle", iv signed and been charged lb24.74p??? All sorts going through my team leader at the moment. Have i stolen these goods unknowingly? Should i return to the shop? Is this fraud blah blah blah.i perceive awful please help!!!
Answers: First past its sell-by date. Calm the F down.

Secondly. Happy Christmas, and hope your kids enjoy the presents.

Do not verbs too much about it. The store can hack it with a loss of lb400.00. They probably lose 10 times that much surrounded by shop lifting, and damaged stock.

They cannot do you for anything, as it was their idiosyncrasy. If there is any come-back, of late simply say that you enjoy not checked your receipt.

Stop Fretting !!!
Do not return it find sober and find god.

GOD BLESS YOU.
Good on yer..keep the merchandise and keep shtum.!

Its give or take a few time someone got one over the greedy retailers...!
you enjoy done nothing wrong, it be the fault of the banker.
they have your card info ego let them go and get in-touch with you.
it might purely be that they will notice the mistake and of late take more money out of your statement.
but if they don't, look at is a Christmas present from fate.
ecstatic Christmas..xx
They can't do anything much about it very soon.

At the time of you paying for your goods, you did nought wrong - it was an honest mistake, however, immediately you realise it, you are technically guilty of the theft. In truth, though, they'll never do anything about it and you never involve worry - unless the console go wrong and you have to lug it back - but after, I'd just give somebody a lift that one on the chin if it happens and buy a alien one.

If you continue to grain really guilty, donate lb400 to the homeless/rSPCA etc.
Enjoy your wine first and relax - It is not your mistake. When you are ready to net a decision, you agree on what is right for you and if need be, phone the shop.

YOU DID NOT STEAL THE ITEM OR THE MONEY.

The mistake be made by the shop and you signed for it. Phone the shop if it is worrying you.
Oops, some poor sales assistant is going to be surrounded by the job substance next week...

First of adjectives, congratulations on being competent to get a Wii... I would read out kudos to you for getting it at such a bargain price, but sadly you will have to clear the full amount.

If they haven't already done so, the people at the shop will discover the error when they bread up the tills at the end of the day's trading, so I suggest you inform them pronto. That approach, you won't have them getting the police involved... which they may do if they don't hear from you.
Mistake or not, they aren't going to tolerate lb400 walk out of the door, so expect a phone ring soon, either from the shop, your credit card company, or the police (if you have paid currency, you probably would've got away beside it, but you can be traced via your card details).

Better to contact them first: if you can't face going backbone to the shop today, give them a phone, tell them you haven't get time now, but you'll be pay for in tomorrow to sort things out, and after finish the rest of the wine - sounds like you deserve it.
you havent committed any resentment here. Dont worry nearly it. If youre having a crisis of conscience, consequently go vertebrae to the shop and speak to the manager and clarify it near him / her, but if not dont verbs about it, or telephone call your bank tomorrow and check how much your symmetry is and the last few transactions to engineer sure it isnt a printing error

Should Guam , The northern Mariana Islands , Puerto Rico , and Jarvis Island be annexed as US states?

Answers: Why would they want too? They already have most every right we enjoy and more in some areas.
Well, you haven't tabled all US territory, but you got a dutiful portion of them.

It is not up to the US to "annex" them as states. Statehood is something that should be posed to the territories first, and if the territory decide to hope statehood, then the US can accomplishment, either to agree or disagree.
And the U.S. Virgin Islands: St Thomas, St Croix, St John, and Water Island. I meditate the people within should at least know how to vote.

Would we have a covering legally for member of staff discrimination?

My wife is 8 months pregnant. She works at a restaurant as a administrator and her boss, the General Manager, is leaving December 18th. Their Regional Manager be at the store yesterday interviewing possible candidates. He proceeds to narrate her that she has not even considered her for the assignment because she is pregnant and will be out for three months which will be the transition time. This guy proceeded to go on and kept truism that he did not even consider her for the job. She have been in attendance for 13 years and 5 as a manager I believe. He told her previously that when she go for manager training she tested out at a GM height. Now he tells her that she is not even mortal considered because she is pregnant. She said he kept telling her that if she take paid time past its sell-by date and does not come back from depart that she has to repay that money. She have told them since she got pregnant that she would be rear legs. She was told earlier if the GM leaves she would be inline to take over. She cant even catch an interview
Answers: Yep, she has a valise. Go to the EEOC office and if within fact he did read out "I did not consider you for the job because you are pregnant" - Not just does she have a valid claim, she have a win claim.

Welcome to the real world.

Why surrounded by the world would the company select a new GM when that personage will be out of 3 or more months shortly after being promoted.

It make every sense to pass over her at this time and hang about until the next opportunity when she will in reality be able to WORK at her living.

What are your ideas in the region of Capital Punishment been re-introduced contained by Britain?

Everyday, we hear on the news something like people individual killed and so on. Especially contained by London, people are kill every now and later. Is Capital Punishment really the solution to this issue? What are your suggestions? Should it be re-introduced or not?
Answers: I believe that the reintroduction of a death cost is a step backwards socially. The fact that it be abolished contained by the first place is evident that 50 years ago relations thought it archaic. No one human being or community have the right to decide who lives and who dies. Bestowing this power on society have not led to flawless things - it instills governments and nation with a hazardous sense of power and I think in fact contributes to the breakdown of lawfullness. Can you think of a country which advocate the death cost that you would consider to be socially advanced?

An eye for an eye? Yes I can understand why relatives retaliate in the warmness of the moment - you punch me, chances are I'll punch you stern. But to premeditate the end of a enthusiasm? Murder, plain and simple.

In my humble opinion logically!
In Sudan we have property Punishment, if you had it too, you could be more close to us.

God bless Sudan
I think it might work. We are a smaller nation that Pax Americana, we own a smaller population (Obviously), so I would be a supporter of its return.

Think of the drop in the prison population...slightly literally
In America, they execute people and crime is highher so it doesn't stroke as a deterent.

Also, if you take into rationalization all the appeals and legalities associated next to an execution, it actually costs around 7 times as much to execute than to put them contained by prison for the rest of their lives.

So, it doesn't act as a deterrent and costs much more money.

I see no other reason other than vengence, I do not resembling the idea of a venegful state.

Finally, if you use the arguement that its for merely those that are definitely guilty, you are next suggesting we have 3 verdicts:

Not guilty
Guilty
Really guilty

It make a mockery of the whole system as surrounded by law you should be any guilty or not.
it wont work, it does not work in America it wont work here.
the crestfallen thing is some poor bugger will attain sent to die who has not done it.
population don't think, i know not a hundred percent murder some one ill singular get 10 years
Right support to Victorian times, when even children of nine used to be hanged.
Now THAT is civilization!
Executions should be broadcast live on TV. You can other switch from lethal injection or slack to the electric chair newly for a bit of variety so the audience don't return with bored and you could also do beheadings on special occasions as economically. You could even have an live auction or phone-in vote where on earth members of the public draw from to flick the switch. It would beat watching some of the rubbish on the box now!
The English can be quite ruthless when they wan't to be.so it is no suprise property punishment is being talk about as a possible solution. subsequent complete control from Brussels!!
Regardless of public opinion to the contrary (I contemplate most want vengeance not justice) Capital Punishment will never be re-introduced into this country.

Despite industrial advances surrounded by DNA etc. mistakes are still being made.

Probably the biggest staple in the coffin (no pun intended) of the re-introduction brigade, be the comment of the judge surrounded by the famous Guilford Four trial (IRA atrocity), when he sentenced them adjectives to life internment.

He said. " I have beyond question that if capital punishment be still available to me, you would have adjectives hanged".

They were then freed as innocents.
It should definitely not be brought rear! Can you imagine what state this country would hold been within had Margaret Thatcher and Tony Blair have the death cost on their side?!

Bloody hell, a slippery slope that one and worrying that people truly consider it to be a good concept.
You will have frequent answers saying that the destruction penalty doesn't work. Statistically they are wrong - in attendance is not a single case of ANYONE who have been executed EVER committing another crime. It is 100% influential.

BUT: there are two answers to this cross-examine. The first is that, were in attendance a referendum, the population would vote overwhelmingly in desire of the death cost for some crimes.

Unfortunately, that matters not one speck - the death cost is against European Law and the question will NEVER arise again as long as we remain member of the EU.

That's democracy. The figures for homicide BEFORE abolition within 1965 and today make incredibly sorry reading. There were 80 homicides contained by the UK 1965 - last year here were 800. And surrounded by London alone, 24 TEENAGERS have already be murdered this year.

Well done the liberals.

(Incidentally Ron, the Guildford 4 were found (eventually, on appeal) Not Guilty. That be on technicalities and the Appeal Court Judges took great pain to explain that the nouns of the appeal did NOT mean that they have not committed the offence - merely that the convictions be unsafe and unsatisfactory. You will find very few empire who were involved closely near all of the IRA trials that finished with the convicted men and women self successful on appeal who are anything other than 100% CERTAIN of their guilt. You will remember the "George Davies is Innocent" solicit votes. He was successful on appeal, with the sole purpose to be caught yet again committing another robbery.

Very, highly few trials end next to anything other than the right condemnation: I will conced that some do, but forget that with the soaring profile cases that are always quoted. They have huge financial resources behind their court teams (US money).

The police at the time saw the crimes up close and personal. There is no instrument - NO WAY AT ALL - when you see what they did that you want to convict anyone other than the inhuman monsters who did it. No self-righteousness is EVER gained by convicting the wrong relatives.

You will be telling us that Martin McGuinness is innocent subsequent - He was convicted by the Republic of Ireland's Special Criminal Court surrounded by 1973, after being caught near a car containing 250 lb (113 kg) of explosives and nearly 5,000 rounds of ammunition. He refuse to recognize the court, and be sentenced to six months imprisonment.)
it have ought to be brought back within all its forms!

Starting beside the slipper or cane at arts school

followed by for public stocks for delinquents. drunks and asbo kids and speed freaks!.

followed by - public flogging near cat o nine tails
for burglars shop lifters drug addict, and wife beaters.car thieve, and all other minor criminal manner

followed by electric shock treatment for drug dealers, child molesters, rapists, and drunk drivers! and more serious offence.

followed by,
strangulation by garrote for avoidable deaths ,terrorists caught surrounded by the act!..

followed by
Hanging drawing and quarter for all forms of murder,
Life within prison with no fortune of parole for crimes such as child molesting, murder, rape etc. is what I believe in. Never the extermination penalty.

As to so call 'traitors' - it bears repeating that one man's 'traitor' is another's freedom swordfighter. The state is not sacrosanct.

BTW, Mr. McGuinness is innocent until proven guilty in a court of imperative, mate.

Edit: I am well aware that surrounded by the distant past, Mr. McGuinness be imprisoned for six months. Is not what those usually mean when they refer to 'crimes' they attribute to him - but that can not be proved.
Perhaps you should institute time without parole. But within any case, please nick a look at the way the annihilation penalty is person implemented contained by the United States. You don't have to sympathize beside criminals or want them to avoid a terrible punishment to ask if the departure penalty prevents or even reduce crime and to think give or take a few the risks of executing innocent people. Your ask is much too important to settle on the cause of sound bites or lacking answers to these.

125 people on disappearance rows have be released with proof that they be wrongfully convicted. DNA is available in smaller quantity than 10% of all homicides and isn’t a guarantee we won’t execute innocent citizens.

The death cost doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the death cost to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The death cost is neither. Homicide rates are higher contained by states and regions that have it than contained by those that don’t.

We have a moral alternative. Life without parole is presently on the books within 48 states. It means what it say. It is sure and swift and rarely appealed. Life minus parole is less expensive than the extermination penalty.

The departure penalty costs much more than enthusiasm in prison, mostly because of the lawful process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent people.

The disappearance penalty isn't reserved for the worst crimes, but for defendants next to the worst lawyers. It doesn't apply to family with money. When is the concluding time a wealthy entity was on disappearance row, let alone executed?

The extermination penalty doesn't necessarily assist families of murder victims. Murder target family member across the country argue that the drawn-out death cost process is painful for them and that existence without parole is an appropriate alternative.

Problems beside speeding up the process. Over 50 of the innocent people released from annihilation row had already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent personality.
You can not teach associates not to kill by bloodbath them - the old "do as I articulate not as I do" hypocrisy just doesn't deter anyone, and 1 innocent existence taken through judicial error just negate the entire process and argument. So be honest here; how long do you think back the first innocent was hung by mistake? Personally I reason the first 1, even if guilty, would be a colossal mistake.

Writing an initial complaint?

when writing the first version of a complaint, do you register all possible law being violated? example: which set of law would you use: ADA or Rehabilition Act or other federal laws? wouldn't you, for the sake of brevity, only just cite ADA and forget about FHAA and statutes?

A pattern site said to write a successful complaint, simple sentences are best--I find this hard. does anyone enjoy links to a webpages that would train or have examples of such parse. thankfulness.
Answers: You need to include adjectives possible claims arising out of the same incident or circumstances or you may be considered to own waived them. That's why citizens hire lawyers.
Simple sentences are best. You don't want the reader tossing it because you've put surrounded by a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo. Possibly data the ADA or FHAA guidelines.

Since I don't know what the complaint is about, I'd word one similar to this.

Dear Sir or Madam (unless you know the person's name),

I am writing to you in good opinion to a situation I found to be troubling.

On (DATE) I was surrounded by your (type of business) and noticed you have little or no provisions for persons next to disabilities.

The ADA states that businesses are required to (copy and paste a short statement within direct reference to the offense).

I would approaching you to have the opportunity to correct this situation minus taking it to the proper authorities saving you citations and/or fees. Should you choose to fail to acknowledge my request, I will contact the ADA.

Sincerely

What can I do, what are my rights?

I have a room mate who is doing drugs and drinking surrounded by our apartment, just get a DUI, drunk driving on a suspended license, coming home at all hours of the hours of darkness, and brings home a different person every dark to sleep on MY brand new couch. I am losing sleep, I have a feeling uncomfortable within my own home, and when I confront my room mate about it, the reply I win is, "My friend was too drunk to drive home" or "I'll seize my own couch so my friends have a place to sleep". I describe my room mate that his friends don't pay rent here so they are disallowed to a place to sleep but he is not seeing it my way. We are both on the lease to the apartment. Is in attendance anything I can do to get him out?
Answers: Tell the Landlord that your roommate is doing drugs surrounded by the apartment. Let the Landlord know that your next step is to phone up the narcotics section contained by your local police department. That alone should get act from the Landlord.
Welcome to the roommate experience. If you're both on the lease, short of calling the cops about his drugs/drinking within isn't much you can do... OFFICIALLY. Call your landlord, explain what's taking place, and I bet he/she can find a clause with which to evict him.

Oh yes, better do it like greased lightning before he get you in trouble, you might find yourself charged as an auxiliary if the cops come busting in.
Buy him out of the lease, or hold him buy you out. Other wise in that is nothing you can do. If it's a serious issue, call upon the land lord and report the drug violation. If he won't do squat call the police.
Since he is on the lease it is officially his residence so he can bring whom ever he chooses into your apartment. Sorry.
Wait. His DUI may land him within jail, which will lose him his available job, which means he can't discharge rent anymore. You'll have to find another, and the replacement should be made while he is within jail.

BTW, look scrupulously at the lease.
Ask him to keep his overnight guests within his own room (not in community space similar to on the couch). If it is 'your' couch, are you using 'his' microwave, etc.? That kind of nouns in shared space can newly be a fight waiting to begin.

Tell him that you are concerned about the drug use and drinking, and that not just are you not participating, you can't allow him to do illegal things contained by the apartment. Your lease WILL have a clause nearly 'no illegal activities', and you can remind him that you could BOTH go and get thrown out, arrested, etc.

Overnight guests are probably allowed, but there MAY be a clause within the lease that limits the number of night a person can stay in need being on the lease.

OR, make clear to him that your lease is for TWO residents, not three -- and that any time he has a guest stay, he desires to pay a larger portion of the rent. (If rent is currently $600/month = $20/night. You respectively pay $10 immediately. For one 'guest', each dark, the split is now $14 him, $6 you.) Charging them 'rent' might slow down the frequency of guest visit. He has to discharge you $4 cash any time a guest stays over.
Don;t enlighten your landlord going on for any lease violations unless you are prepared for the lease to be terminated, which medium you are out too.

Your lease, even if you both sign it, is a "joint and severa" contract, connotation each of you is 100% responsible for adjectives of the clauses.

If there is a drug clause defiance, even if they are not yours, you are responsible for the lease violation and enjoy no recourse to the landlord's response.

see nolo.com renter's and landlord's law books for definitive info. they are probably within your local library.

Would amending the U.S. Constitution to allow a moment of silence in school undermine the 1st amendment?

Answers: Um... I don't deliberate so.

Allowing silence doesn't mean outlawing speech, logically speaking.

And free speech gets at the expression of one's honest beliefs and opinion. It doesn't mean population don't have to shut their mouths every in a minute and then so that society can function.
Wouldn't the conflicting undermine the 1st amendment?

Right to free speech surely process the right to have private thoughts on a business with doesn`t matter what deity you prefer or beside yourself if you don't. Why does speech have to be choral and audible?
I believe the Constitution would allow it even without amendment, if the First Amendment be interpreted correctly.

So my answer is NO.
No, providing that the moment of silence was not within any way intended to be religious, for example if ancestors were actively impelled to pray in silence.

Plus, you wouldn't stipulation to allow silence as it's already protected by the 1A.
Yes. The term "moment of silence" is a ploy self used by the religious nutcases in proclaim to slide prayer back contained by public schools.

If one requests a "moment of silence" - or to say a prayer, one can help yourself to care of that beforehand class.

It's baloney.
