Would Humanity Function Without Laws?
I was thinking... What would crop up if Laws/Government did not exist? My thinking is that the fear of other's whereabouts would be enough to keep hold of society from being crooked. Yes here would be no punishment if you killed someone, but what's to stop the friends of the lifeless from coming to kill you? That concern might just stop the human being from doing it. It's just something that I thought of immediately... What do you guys think?Answers: Yes
Only if: Humanity can stop its Self from getting on respectively others nerves, and or if Problems don't occur, which would make happen conflict,
No
Because: Conflict will proberly occur anyway and other do, And then in that are the insane who think can proberly rule everyone, man a good perspective or do whatever they want, which is humanity's greatest desire,
So surrounded by conculsion: Who knows, Possbile, but We dont really know
My Opinion: Mebbe, I preference it could, but Doubt it,
but I could be wrong.
Ps: but in a funny paradox, Laws also bring conflicts.
(Im confused now @.@)
You could argue i.e. exactly what is happening very soon. We are busy creating laws that are NOT enforced.
Criminals aren't punished contained by accordance with the tenet. Seems like the criminals in a minute have more rights than the victims.
I have a friend who be in an stroke of luck in a parking lot surrounded by Texas. The cops refused to issue a ticket.?
This coincidence occurred within a restaurant parking lot. The other driver failed to stop at a T-intersection inside the parking lot. The cop wouldn't issue a ticket since he said it is their policy only to issue tickets for violation occurring on roadways, not private parking lots. The other driver's insurance company is eager to obtain my friend to settle. The other driver failed to abandon the right of way even though my vehicle was stopped. She plowed into my coup¨¦ and totalled it. I suffered a serious injury which is still being diagnosed by my doctor. One legal representative I contacted said he wasn't interested since the accident occur on private property. My question is "Is their a directive that requires drivers to obey state traffic law while driving within parking lots contained by the state of Texas? Particulary right of way traffic laws"Answers: I dont know but concider that no thing where the quirk occured that harm be done and every state allows you to sue for losses caused by another, he might enjoy insurance that is to wages in liew of a lawsuit but he is ultimately at breakdown and a judge is to be convinced that he is at defect, and may well dispense you a lein on him personally, within is an attorney in every town that will pilfer this case for you. Harm done by the character lays on the one that caused it. and you are to be made in one piece again by the responcible party by the tenet of the land.
probably not you.. may enjoy to sue the owner of the property... If you know who the owner is and how powerfull he/she is you may be out of luck... But every state is different...
Good luck
actually -- no. It is up to the specific rules and guidelines of the private property. It is matching way here surrounded by GA. I was surrounded by an accident contained by a parking lot also, which the cop refused to issue any ticket and claimed that if anyone have any problems we had to contact their own insurrance and couldnt record against the other's insurance company because of the private property clause. I think you can still sue them for injury, seperate from hte misfortune itself, but I'm not 100% certain on that -- if a legal representative said he wasnt interest because it was private property, after obviously it's a tought situation.
My best warning I can saw is just hold in touch next to your insurance and the other drivers insurance and keep calling around to an assortment of different law firms for abet.
Your remedy is civil.
Contact your insurance company; they will handle it.
Whether the state prosecutes this driver or not will not comfort you in any road, so it is irrelevant to your objective of recovering your damages.
In the state of TN- the right of agency is not guaranteed by law to anyone and parking lots are immune to traffic regulations enforced by police .
ADD: How serious can your injury be- if your Dr. is have such a hard time diagnosing it?
How do I obtain Certified Court Documents within the state of Kentucky?
Is there a levy? Can these be emailed or faxed?
Answers: A certified true copy can't be faxed or e-mailed in KY. YOu call for to go to the court or enjoy a title agent go here, pay for and come by certified copies.
Most states charge a flat fee of a few bucks for certify and .50 a page for the copies. A title company will probably charge you an additional35-50 bucks to pull them
In 'most' counties they can solitary be obtained directly from the clerk of the court, and there's a copying charge for regular copies, plus a fee to hold them certified.
If you aren't close to the county where you call for them from, you can hire a legal messenger service to turn get them - but they are NOT cheap, as the messenger have to do the same piece as you'd have to. Go to the court, track down the wallet, wait for the clerk to get copies and certify them, pay for them, and consequently take them to you.

Cold at work is this right?
my friend works at clarks shoes in england (fitting shoes on kiddies) the heat has broken contained by her work and her employer is making her continue to work even though it is nearly as cold as outside(which surrounded by england in winter is freezing-literally). is here a legal heat the work place must be and how can she measure the room tempAnswers: For non-physical work, the minimum working warmth in a place of work should be at least possible 16degress Centigrade.
If the temperature is below this later you have the right to rebuff to work on Health and Safety grounds.
Be sure that if you have any coalition reps or any sort of union protection before refuse point blank to work.
If the employer threatens to sack you because of your refusal to work, then providing that you own been next to the company for 12months, you could take the luggage to an Industrial Tribunal.
As to measuring the room heat, then I would voice it would be up to the management to prove that it be above the legal working temp, a bit than you trying to prove it below.
There is a proper tempeture gague limit both on the illustrious side and the low side either side of this and the staff obtain to go home.
she must bear a tempeture gaue into work and also phone up the Dept of Works and Pensions to find out the legal side of things they will point you within the right direction as in who to speak to.
Good luck I am not sure if the conditions touch up with the legalized tempeture if when the staff go home they will procure paid for it. Find out when you speak to D of W&P

We use a thermometer here within the USA.
Yes.If you work indoors then here is a legal requirement for the warmth to be kept above a certain plane.Obviously she would need a thermometer to estimate the temperature.
Here's the interconnect the the Health and Safety website
http://www.hse.gov.uk/contact/faqs/tempe...
that is poor work environment she could certainly sue them for forcing her to work under those circumstance. do they enjoy an union?. i don't know in the order of the laws over in that but is still not a reason to generate someone work under an unsafe environment. desire legal recommend.

I am in England - Yes in attendance is a legal cut-off date on temperature, below which force don't have to work. I do not recall the exact amount, but she can contact ACAS (look it up on-line or in phone directory) and they will confirm. I know it is surprisingly glorious.
She would need to benchmark the temperature near a room thermometer.
You measure room temp next to a THERMOMETER.
Here in the States it depends where on earth you live if your employer has to hang on to you comfortable.

yes they're is a law maxim that the temp. should be around
70f or 20c. Bring a small thermometer and check the temp. and if it's too cold note the date and time and complaint first to the mediator, then the owner, later if all fail go to a work center or check for gov.healt agency where on earth you live. Good luck.
In the UK your friend would have to check. She can thieve the room temperature beside a standard thermometer. Its a good concept to keep a day after day record so in that is a pattern to see. Also, as beside landlords, there is a correct level of "livability" that have to be maintained. If your friend be to get sick, and it be able to be connected to the cold working conditions, her boss (being in control of the resolution, but not following through and fixing the heat, could have to settle for any and all med bills.

All I'm waiting on is my Drug Screen and Background Check?
I'm not scared roughly the drug screen since I've done nought for anything to pop up. BUT, what does a background check mean? I've never gone to jail or gotten speeding tickets or anything I'm a "super virtuous girl" but, what do they look for when they do this?Answers: Depends on what job they are doing the screening for, for authentic estate I had to submit fingerprints so the "law" could check to see if I pulled any scam in other states. Friend that applied to work FBI have to have friends from yesteryear screened to see if he acted unusual or expressed odd concepts and beliefs. Or could be they purely need to check to see if you didn't embezzle money from your previous place of employment.
it is generally a criminal records check. If you are as you say-so, a good girl, after you have nought to worry more or less. Good luck
The text states that "The column between crowd control and thought control can be very emaciated." How that is so?
Answers: resourcefully, if you were to force race who want to protest to be confined to certain areas, that could be thought control. You claim to be controlling the crowd, but you are also keeping them from voicing their opinion.

Can someone under 18 live alone?
Answers: 18 year olds are officially considered adults. Anyone under the age of 18 is a minor. Minors cannot enter into rightfully binding contracts (leases for renting apartments, buying a car, etc...).
The singular exception I can think of is that I be 17 when I went to college. I lived surrounded by a dorm -- not sure if you consider that to be "living alone" or not.
CAN they? Millions of african orphans do! But do you want to live like that? Sure, but they are going to hold plenty of trouble. For example they wont even be able to sign a lease agreement as it wont be binding. They cant enter a contract for a motor..or anything else.
They should really consider a good grown mentor to live with.
Honestly yes but singular if they are independent and responsible. Also if they are mature satisfactory and can handle it.
Yes. But you enjoy to have an over 18 guardian or parent allow you legitimately.
You can also be immancipated, where you are properly classed as an adult.
In indubitable cases; usually as an emancipated minor.
have to be 18 to sign a lease.
If you are reasonably emmancipated, proving that you can financially pay for the necessities of natural life on your own.
However, finding an apartment would be very difficult since you are not competent to enter a binding contract under the age of 18.
Why can't the Police arrest "Nudist" who walk around in your birthday suit in front of children?
In Oakland County Michigan they enjoy people (Resort area) who wander around naked adjectives over the place but never get arrested. (Summertime of course)Answers: Not if they're contained by an area designated for nudism or clothing flexible. If they are following the laws of the nouns and they contain themselves to the resort or legally sanctioned nudism nouns, they are doing nothing wrong and are not breaking any law.
**ADD**
There's a distinct difference between "nudists" and "sex offenders." You really should try to cram the difference. Unbeknown to you, there might remarkably well be a completely clothed sex perpetrator right next door to you, (and following your logic) you'd supply him the "benefit of the doubt" of being a fully clad person because he's clothed when contained by public and therefore meet your "standards" -- and yet the nudist down the street might truly live a blameless life span and yet you'd love to see him arrested simply because his lifestyle offend your senses and supposed morals.
Depends on the law where on earth you live? What does the law vote?
No, they should no be put on a sex offenders chronicle, they're not sex offenders, they're a short time ago naked and disrespect you . . . it's not the same point.
I was thinking indistinguishable thing.
Why cant we arrest the mennonites and the amish for walking around computer stores or power plants????
Because there's nought illegal or indecent around nudity contained by such a setting.
People who think that bareness must automatically mean something sexual unmistakably have some sort of sex hang-up. enjoy you consulted a therapist ?
To "midwest"... self nude in public does NOT automatically constitute "indecent exposure". Indecent Exposure is a crime that requires "prurient intent" - you hold to not just be nude, but be nude next to the intent of offending people, or because you are turned on by mortal nude in front of others. Thus a "flasher" is committing indecent exposure but someone swimming nude contained by the sea isn't.
BUT. most places hold a local ordinance that prohibits public nudity regardless of intent. That directive you would be breaking if you went to Safeway nude, even if you have no sexual intent.
Richard
being undressed does not have anything to do next to sex, necessarily. it is your own repressed upbringing that makes you see it approaching that. being nude is inherent and not sexual.
it's private property. if you don't understand it, freshly stay away. it's as simple as that. stop sticking your nose contained by someone else's business. no one is human being hurt.
"Resort area" sounds like private property.
...and when did the human body become obnoxious.
...and when did nude become directly associated with sex.
Then so should women who totter around in the precinct with their butt cracks sticking out above their jeans and their boobs slack out of their tank tops. I turn my daughter's eyes away from women resembling these because I want her to learn to respect her body and find a adjectives husband who will respect her as well. So I guess I could lable those women as sex offender too?
You can't set a specific line as to how much skin is horrible.
Your question if truth be told has several parts to it.
In some countries or communities, nudism is a faultlessly legal practice. In this scenario, it would not be an arrest competent offense, regardless of the age of people within the area.
In the United States however, it is a crime to roam around nude, and is known as "Indecent Exposure". This is an arrest competent offense, and is typically a misdemeanor in most states.
Of course, if you see an developed acting inappropriately towards a child, the right thing to do is notify the police.
if it isnt against the tenet to be naked afterwards the cops cannot arrest you. If it is private property and the nudity is nonsexual they cannot arrest you.
You cannot merely make up law. You can get your congress to make it a statute, but you yourself cannot just form things that you dislike illegal
in good health they are at a resort, so pretty much they are allowed to. unless they left the resort and be walking around town in the buff, later yes, the police could arrest them then.
They should one and only be put on the sex offenders elevate if they have sexually frazzled someone.
It has to be posted contained by a specific area that it is a nudist resort or nudist shore. then the other those are fully aware and there fore making it endorsed to be nude in the designanted areas. but beyond the areas than the nudist would be arrested.
Public state of undress is not a sexual offense. And as for why they aren't arrested, it would probably depend on whether there is a local ordinance in the region of public nudity. But I believe public state of undress is generally believe to be a protected form of self expression - as long as within is no sexual element involved.
Remember that one factor of free speech is that you don't have a right to not be affronted.
i feel ya, ya dats messed up. they should totally carry arrested the police aint doin their jobs...who know maybe they lik it or sumtin. but if i be u i would call the police on them and if they did nothin that mak it a big issue and acquire news medium.
Is it possible to obtain a text of enforcement of child support thru the State of (Florida)?
Can the dept of revenue issues a kind of transcription of all the activities made in writ to enforce child support payment? If the custodial parent asks?
Answers: If the salary is being made through the court depository, yes. If not, no.
Yes. They are your archives and you are entitled to have them. I would put the request within writing and give as much information on the sketch as possible. Make sure to keep a copy and follow-up if you do not hear from them. Child Support Enforcement is required to respond to correspondence in a certain time target (according to state laws) regardless of the outcome.
