Has anyone ever won an appeal hearing and consequently had the employer appeal the arbitrator decision for severance?
I am just trying to relaxation my mind. I was fired from my opening. I filed for dismissal and employer disqualified me for saying I violated several company policies. Long story short, I have never been written up or vocally warned for anything during my time in that. We had a teleconference audible range in which I won and started reception my benefits. Now my employer has file an appeal to fight against the result. I am aware that if he won, I would have to repay back what I enjoy received already. According to the letter I received, it say no new evidence can be submitted that wasn't submitted at the audible range and they basically look at the "taped" audible range again. Has anyone ever gone through this before and everything be ok? It isn't even about the money anymore to me, but the certainty that my former employer portrayed me as this very horrible human being and whenever I won, it is obvious he couldn't stand to judge of me receiving the benefits.Answers: as an employer i hold appealed and won, yes there is a possibility the employer will win the appeal but no guarantees. collectively decisions are not overturned when they are only reviewed and no new evidence is standard.
as far as write-ups unless the company policy is to use progressive discipline no prior warnings are required

Wow- four thumbs down for a simple "yes". If you are ever detained by the police for any crime and you have no ID, the police can arrest you. The police can not take home you show an ID without a object but you must have one on you or own one available IF they ask. For those of you that gave me the thumbs down, I impart you one middle finger up.
Absolutelt not. Only a driver's license if you are driving
No

I own to disagree with Citizen1984. The recent Supreme Court verdict (Hiibel vs Nevada) upheld Nevada state law which requires you to identify yourself (state your name) on request to a police officer, but their imperative does not require that you carry credentials papers so it was not an issue considered by the court.

no. A Cop can emergency that you identify yourself, but no law requires that you get proof of identity.
