so the skin is over and im supposed to get my money hindmost well in a minute the person i bailed out is recitation the NJ district court that this money is hers and that she asked me to bail her out anyway everything has my describe on it (the check i paid the courts, the taking that the court gave me and the affidavit of dosh surety) by the way she's turning herself surrounded by she was sentenced to 18 mos... the DA doesnt sign the paperwork to release my money bcuz the human being i bailed out is claiming that she owns this money!!so now this human being is telling me that I supposedly obligation to go to court surrounded by NJ to prove that this is my money i live in cali but flew out to NJ to bail this ungreatful friend out of top-security prison!!!!so everything is in NJ...my give somebody the third degree is will I really have to step to court or will i just achieve my money back???Answers: prob spawn court..always doing the sturdy way...
