My manager pushed me at work today.?
My attendance have been admittedly poor lately. A week ago I get suspended for my poor attendance. There are 5 other sales guys, of the 5, 2 own regularly poor attendance as well. I didn't gain a formal warning, and those other 2 sale guys have consistently sophisticated sales.-The chief sited me for the suspension because of attendance. However told a sales guy it be because of alcohol.
-The day after my suspension, a co worker who runs the football pool told my governor who won the football pool(which I did), and he apparently got angry because I won and he only suspended me.
-Since my suspension I have feel mildly more threatened by other managers. I construe they should be critical of my work because of my suspension, but I have in truth felt threatened.
-Today, a supervisor verbally harrassed me, and physically pushed me twice for no common sense in front of another sale guy and in front of a work camera. I wasn't aggressive, nor be I talking scantily about him.
What should/can I do?
Answers: in good health it will depend how well u covet your position you do enjoy good origin and if it was on camera to purloin it to fair labor ruling courts but if u want to not work there anymore it will be ok do remember imperative actions such as this lift foreverrrrrr and usually u will not come out on top
Go to HR (human resouces) and report it. Get ti on file s if it ever happen again you will have it documented. Then try and be on the dot and a better emplyee and if you still feel threatened or alarmed, got to HR again and ask what you can do to further this complaint. If adjectives else fails hire a attorney or look into what you can do to protect yourseld from harm/abuse. Good luck!

You should do a quantity of things, but 2 big ones are: go to Personnel / Human Resources, and the other is to have a chat to the guy who is the witness unless he is a buddy of your boss.
If possible, send an e-mail to HR first, where on earth you vaguely insinuation the incident, so that you have documentation. You don't involve to spill the beans telling the unharmed story in the e-mail.
Document as much as possible. Timing is crucial, and so is that video - you don't want them to erase over it.

there are several issues here and even though you might not close to the answers to all of them i am sure you will agree that the direction will be sound.

If you pursue this matter, you will most likly at some point lose your profession anyway and it will because they will be looking for any lagitimate reason to catch rid of you. if you pursue any legal management, you will not be able to work for that company any more. most emplyers do not maintain people who sue them. even if you tried to sue, here is no money here. just alot of drama and throbbing to all involved. also, if you try to sue you will most likly hold a hard time finding expressive employment in the adjectives, for any employer can do a search and find out almost the law suit. most potential employer are not willing to hire someone who have sued a past employer if they find in the region of about it.
Second. you want to take responsibility for your own movements. Marijuana grows just more or less anywhere (hense the name weed).
